Absolutely disgusting attitude these people. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. On Christmas Day I call before the reservation begins to confirm location I’m in is correct and they basically say why don’t you read and go F yourself and before she hung up she made sure to clearly state if you’re not here you are not getting nothing back no refund merry Christmas bye hang up. Totally disgusting and needless attitude. I disputed, got my refund right away and booked direct. If you were second guessing. This is NOT it. Go elsewhere or direct with Eiffel Tower. People gave the French a horrible look.

Uber is cheap and is readily available any time , very convenient and affordable pricing # Take the big bus tour # can also Take the bus to Disney book the same along with tickets to save money # go for the fast pass if you waan enjoy all the rides and avoid the along queue / waiting time # if you have only entry tickets for one park go for the Disney land park instead of Walt Disney studio# visit Eiffel Tower at Night , go till the top # the view is magnificent

Editing: so I recently got an email from this company about this review. So to be fair, they did refund 39 euros out of the 180 euros and I was not even asking for all of it. I had told them to keep the entrance fee of 34 euros. 17 for each adult and my child was free. I also didn’t ask for a refund for the second tour at Eiffel Tower because at least the guide was with us till the end. We messaged from the very beginning of the Versailles tour and we didn’t hear back from guide till now, one week later and he was very rude. Everything I said about being unprofessional is true. Read other reviews about their attitudes toward customers. If he would have messaged apologizing and asking nicely about the review, I would have changed it because of them trying to be nice and apologizing for their mistake. Not to a 4 or 5 but more than a one star. I also added the photo as proof of their comment back. I have proof to everything I have just said if they want to say I lied about anything. ———————- Save your money and don’t book with this company. Unfortunately we booked two tours with them before coming to Paris and both were bad. The first one in palace of Versailles was the worst. The guide lost us in the second room and she didn’t even notice she lost us. We never found her. We contacted the tour company right away and they never answered my messages. We looked from room to room and nothing. We could hear her through headphones and she would not say what room she was in or noticed we were going. She kept on walking. She was very short and didn’t even have one of those sticks to see her. We ended up loosing her in the headphones piece too so it made it harder. When tour ended all they cared about was to get their machines with earpieces back. We explained what happened and even asked if we messaged the tour company which we had said yes and showed them the proof and no response. They went on to say, oh they barely answer messages. Then why ask if I messaged then?! When they thanked us for returning their machines, they said they had lost 10-15 of them that day from people who also got lost and never returned them. So you’re saying you always loose people but don’t care? Second tour was of Eiffel Tower. Guide was better than Versailles but barely told us history of the tower. He gave us like 5 minutes of facts while we stood in front of the elevator and then left us when we got to the second floor. The line to elevator was long and wait was an hour a there is absolutely no advantage to booking with this company because we still had to wait behind the people who just bought elevator tickets for that day for a lot less. Please just book just tickets in advance straight from the place you’re going and don’t use this tour company. There is nothing about skip the line tour.

The worst tour agency in Paris, you're better off paying full price. They do not deserve to make another penny from tourists. Avoid at all costs, just look at how they respond to negative reviews. Someone needs to teach them some manners.

This was the most HORRENDOUS experience I have ever had with a company. Please beware of booking through them directly, or through a third party site like Viator. To start off, our tour guide was late. Our tour was for 8:15. We did not start until approx 8:40. On the way to the palace of Versailles, the tour guide announced to us that we would be ending early. When we arrived at the Palace, he forgot something in the car so we waited an additional 15min. We arrived around 9:15am, and started the tour at around 9:30am. He rushed through the entire tour, which lasted a total of 45min. He was clearly only interested in him finishing the tour. He was not open to questions, was not knowledgable, and it was very apparent to us and other tourists that he did not care. He then dropped us off at the gardens by ourselves, in the cold and freezing rain. There was nobody in the gardens touring due to the weather. He should have given us the option of doing the gardens or just going back early, but he did not. He disappeared. We then tried to call the tour operator at 10:30am and requested for him to be called so we could go early. We were getting wet under the rain, with my 3 year old son, and we could not go back into the palace. She said we could not leave before 11:30. Someone please tell me how that is morally ok - leaving a family in sub 40 degree weather with nonstop down pour to wait for OVER hour and a half. She said we could not leave early, and then hung up on me. I am convinced she did this so they could seem as if they “did their job”. My husband and I had to take a taxi back to our hotel, which cost us 40 euros since they refused to take us back early, and I was not going to let my son stand in the rain. This is by far the WORST experience I have had and I do not recommend. By the way, we paid a total of $470 US dollars. The two tickets cost $36 euros, the kids ticket was free. We would have been better off buying tickets directly with the Palace and paying for an Uber. The biggest waste of time and money.

Highly recommend!!! Had amazing experience. Wondering guide. If you love art or first visiter, both good. It was a very smooth tour with no waiting time. The Louvre is massive place and has many masterpieces, so better to visit with professional guide . Also you can have a very good experience and you can learn how to appreciate art and history with a guide who is knowledgeable about ART and history. It's a smart and perfect tour for traveling. It's A Scam. Worst Customer Service. Paid £200 for Effile tower tour, We arived to Effile tower on time, but ended up geting on exact sheduled tour time to their offices. No answare for calls, no real time service, Just closed doors. Succed to contact them next day and as expexted got bad service with zero understanding and costumer support. And that on top of almost twise the ticket price on Effile tower itself. Looks like they strategically placed meeting point away so for someone new its very difficult to find them and they take free money. All other places we went had meeting point just outside of the venue. Made our first day, worst..

Loved Paris, just spoilt slightly that the Metro has virtually no escalators or lifts, so not accessible for those who may have limited mobility.

If you are older, don't use this company. We met in front of the office and the tour guide moved so quickly that he did not bother to look to see that I was left behind because the light changed. Shouldn't a guide count his people to see if everyone is there? This guide did not but just kept going. One of my friends ran up and told him that we were left behind and he said he would wait--but he did not. By the time I got to the Eiffel Tower I was so tired that I could not go on. This is definitely not a company that cares about older people.

We had a wonderful trip to the Eiffel-Tower. Our fantastic guide was Billy. We loved his perfect mixture of information and entertainment. And he‘s a nice guy as well. Organization was awesome. We bypassed the line and and went straight up to the second platform. It was a great experience. If you ever visit the Tour Eiffel, make sure Billy is your guide. Thanks!

On our recent trip to Paris our travel agent booked two tours with Paris Trip, one to the beaches of Normandy and the other to Versailles Palace. Both guides were amazing and incredibly professional. We couldn't have asked for better trips. A little more time in the Palace at Versailles would have been nice but we only booked a half day so that's on us. Thank you for making our trip so memorable.

Unfortunately there are parts of Paris that are filthier than London (because of its inhabitants), but it was a great experience being there for a couple of days.

We booked our tour to go to Versailles palace yesterday afternoon and we had the most amazing time! Our guide was absolutely incredible! Unfortunately we didn't catch her name but I'm sure she remembers the 2 guys from London! Thank you very much for everything!

I would surely recommend this place for you to plan your tours in Paris. Amazing friendly people who can be your best guides. They gave me the right ticked to Eiffel Tower 3rd floor and catacombs. Bother places I could skip the hours long waiting in the queues! I’ve heard of stories where people had to wait long hours even after having “skip the line Tickets”, but with the directions from these guys, we could straight enter the catacombs and the Eiffel Tower! Love it with worth price

We had booked the full Eiffel Tower trip - we went from the Eifel Tower to the office meeting point, to then walk back without much talking from the guide, he took us up with a 5 min talk at each level, but did not join us to the top. We felt that the premium that we spent on top the entry fee was not justified by the few minutes of tour given by the guide.

Fraud guys especially the lady at the reception The only one to trust was Marcella. The Paris trip operator who was supposed to give the full information & gives incorrect information. While i arrive at their office, they notify us that children also needs a ticket. They have our tickets and they are the ones responsible for issuing the tickets. How do they expect us to give a ticket. No support from them all, they are their to just do businesses and these people don't care what you go through. These guys can call you up and follow up to be on time but they can't advice on the tickets which ultimately is in their control. Its better you take the ticket directly from the eiffel tower website. These paris trips are actually frauds and sitting like ducks only for money.

NEVER BUY TICKETS FROM THIS PLACE! THE WORST TOUR COMPANY I'VE EVER BOOKED WITH. They do not in anyway feel obliged to honour your booking if they don't want to and the customer service is shockingly poor. We had booked with Paris Trip through Tiqets for the Eiffel Tower tour at 19:45 and the whole process was a disaster. We wanted to make sure we were able to see the summit of the tower and contacted Tiqets customer service and asked if we could get summit tickets, they sent us a link directing us to what they said was summit access, so I went ahead and purchased the tickets. Upon review of the tickets, I see no option for summit access so I contacted them again to enquire that I'd definitely be able to visit the summit of the tower and they told me that our ticket was not a summit ticket even though that's the ticket I had requested. I asked if, in that case, I could get a refund and purchase the summit tickets instead and they refused as its against their policy to refund/cancel bookings even when I explained to them that it was there staff who had made the mistake. They said the reason we weren't able to purchase summit tickets via the link we were sent may have been because their partner company Paris Trips didn't have any availability for the summit to which we asked why we were not informed of this before they had us purchase our tickets and they said they weren't aware of Paris Trip Summit availability which is very poor organisation on their part, they then said we needed to contact Paris Trip to enquire about availability for the summit, but we tried contacting Paris Trip numerous times even in Paris and they still wouldn't answer. Already disappointed by the lack of help from both companies, we still proceeded on the day. The ticket said to meet 15min before at the Paris Trip shop, but just to be safe we were more than 30min early. We sat down nearby (within viewing distance) and waited. 19:30 we made our way back over & the shop was LOCKED, nobody was around. We proceeded to go to the Eiffel Tower to see if we could see the guide and we couldn't. We showed our vouchers at the Eiffel Tower info office who provided us with 2 numbers for Paris Trips and we called both numbers 5 times and still no answer. In the end we took some pictures of the Eiffel Tower and left without getting to go up it. 2 days pass and we're in the centre of Paris again and decide to go to the Paris Trips shop to enquire about a refund as we hadn't got to use the Eiffel tower tickets we had paid for. To our surprise the shop was actually open and there were people inside, we enter & explain the situation to a lady and before she could respond a rude man with black hair beckons me over to whom I had to explain the whole issue again for him. He asked me for the name on my booking and checked a text on his phone from the guide that he then showed to me, HE HAD RECEIVED A MSG AT 19:22 WITH A LIST OF GUESTS THAT HADN'T ARRIVED NEXT TO THEIR PHONE NUMBERS. THIS WAS A 19:45 TOUR THAT WE WERE TOLD TO ARRIVE 15MIN EARLY FOR (19:30). SO NOT ONLY DID THEY LEAVE EARLY FOR THE TOUR, BUT THEY HAD MY PHONE NUMBER WRITTEN DOWN & DIDN'T CALL ME! We asked why they had made no effort to contact us like any good tour company would, and the man rudely responded that its not their job to call us and that If we had booked a flight we wouldn't have received a phone call which I find ridiculous as this is not an airline or a travel company, its a tour company where your ability to make money is based solely on guest experience and reviews. This poor excuse for a tour agent had the audacity to accuse us of lying saying he had "proof" that what we said wasn't true and shows a message from 19:22 saying that we hadn't arrived when at the very least they were supposed to give us until 19:30. We were only sat across the road waiting and if they had called we could've made our way over. Its a joke and his attitude was disgusting. As we didn't want to leave Paris without going up the Eiffel Tower we ended up queuing and paying full price at the ticket office!

Sergio was our guide at Versailles. He was so informative, happy and clearly enjoys doing these tours. We enjoyed his humor and relating the history with today and also details/significance of the paintings/sculptures. We had a lovely group of six with us who were from Ghana and Guyana. It was a perfect morning. Thank you Sergio fromthe Kealeys (Iowa, USA).

Vehicle was very nice. Item the driver was awesome. The tour said half day but it was only 2 hours. We ran the palace and the gardens and still ran out of time.

We did a guided tour of the Eiffel in Feb 22. Our Guide, Ricardo, was amazing! Very friendly, super knowledgeable, knows of the tricks in the book to ensure his clients get the best possible experience. Whilst you can find out a lot of “fun facts” about the Eiffel tour online, Ricardo sure has the inside scoop which makes the whole experience that much more special. Highly recommend Paris Trip and especially Ricardo !

We hired a tour from this company with a direct group pass to the Eiffel Tower and an accompanying guide who was supposed to explain how to access it and give us some information about the monument. Madeleine was our guide, who distributed the tickets at the meeting point without any control and without making sure of the people who received them, when she started walking towards the Eiffel Tower her pace was very fast and she was told that one of us had heart problems and could not walk so fast, to which she replied that there was not a problem and that she was waiting for us on the other side of the security checkpoint, after the first security checkpoint to access the monument already we did not see her again, we got in line for the second control and Madeline was not waiting for us, we did not see her once we went up the tower and not did we know anything about her, quite unfortunate that a guide leaves you lying that way... besides not fulfilling his job. On the other hand, waiting at the second checkpoint, another guide from the same company, Billy, was interested in our situation and after explaining what had happened with his colleague, he told us that we could join his group. He welcomed us and he performed a perfect tour for us, very entertaining and we enjoyed it a lot.

Skip the line at the Eiffel tower, great value - We were very impressed by both the value and level of service we got with our Eiffel tower tour. While the tickets here are more expensive than buying directly from the Eiffel tower website, we thought this was totally worth it to skip the lines both to ascend to the 2nd floor and to the summit. The ticket also included a river cruise along the Sienne, great value!

I was happily surprised, since I have never booked a tour with Mariott Bonvoy. Marcela was my tour guide and she was amazing. She spoke both English & Spanish and made the group comfortable. her explanation of all the sites we were seeing was impressive. I would highky recomment Paris Trip Tours & Marcela

Me and my mother visited Paris in January 2023. We could not find tickets through the official website of Eiffer Tower and for the first time we booked through Headout. We booked the visit to the Eiffel Tower. Our guide was Marcela. I think the most important thing when booking these tours is primarily the tour guide, he/she makes all the difference. Marcela was very sensitive and caring with my mother and showed a remarkable sensitivity to the elderly without acting at the expense of the rest of the group. She led us smoothly to the entrance of the Tower and from there we soon reached the 2nd floor. She gave us a lot of interesting information about Paris and some of the monuments we could see from above. She could speak English and Spanish and said that the wishes she could speak Greek ! She always maintained a positive and pleasant mood which she transferred to our team in that Parisian raining day of our visit. For these reasons I am satisfied with this experience.

Apologies if I got this wrong, but booked something with headout for Versailles with Paris trip. Guide said he didn’t have his contacts, but that didn’t matter because he could do the tour blindfolded. No info on the palace, just a stream of consciousness. The audio tour would have been much better. Finished tour with a rant about Bonaparte having fought only defensive wars and was victim of British propaganda. Half-wit

Did the entire tour of Versailles in English with a guide who couldn’t articulate a sentence. Please have the courtesy to organize tours in a language that your guides speak decently.

Marcella was a wonderful tour guide. She turned our one star experience with her male co-worker into a 5 star experience. There was a little confusion because we weren’t told we needed to pick up our entrance tickets at a completely different location, so we were late getting to the Paris-trip office. The male guide that was there was so bafflingly rude and wouldn’t even talk to us. He completely tried to ignore us. When we demanded that he help us, he would only tell us that our tour guide’s name was Marcella. So, we ran back to the tower in hopes of trying to find her and she very kindly found us and politely escorted us up to the second floor. Her tour was superb and she turned a hideous experience into a delightful one. Thank you, Marcella!

Kind tour company who worked with us even though we were a couple of minutes late. Our guide (Presley) had perfect English. She was a total rockstar who we wished we could have explored the entire city of Paris with. Do not hesitate to book your Paris experiences here!
