Had a truly excellent experience at Cafes Pfaff. The owner was generous with his time and expertise. Very high end coffee machines, grinders - even a fool proof tamper (applying the right pressure is a bit hit and miss for me). Great selection of coffees. Was also a plus for us that the owner speaks English.

Best moka I've had in Paris so far, a lot of other places just don’t know how to steam milk. Soft fluffy milk foam and nice design. It's a great working cafe with nice lighting, but the wifi can be weird--I can't access certain websites that requires high security like logging into school credentials.

I was looking for a coffee machine and I have been super well informed about the different products and technologies. Service was perfect, I learnt a lot about the product I was going to buy. Thanks for your time and your service. By the way, a great choice of different coffees !
