Fortunately, I had used the Bulgari store near the Ritz for a similar circumstance during a prior trip to Paris, but this time we were only scheduled to be in Paris one full day, Sept 7, 2023. My son took my watch to them late that morning and asked if they could change the battery and clean it. They said they would try, but if not, we could retrieve it near closing time before 7 p.m. They had the watch ready by 6:30 p.m., battery working and beautifully cleaned, for only 40 Euros. Service was impeccable.
