I
have
been
following
Julie's
pilates
classes
for
8
years
and
what
a
pleasure
to
meet
her
every
week
with
her
enthusiasm
and
dynamism!
The
practice
of
pilates
brought
me
a
real
strengthening
of
the
deep
muscles
(no
more
back
pain)
in
a
good
mood
but
above
all
with
individualized
support
(correction
of
postures,
proposal
of
several
options
depending
on
the
level
or
the
small
ailments
of
the
moment)
.
The
new
studio
is
a
real
cocoon
(++
for
the
care
taken
in
decoration)
with
professional
equipment
(the
mattress
and
accessories
used
in
the
session
are
provided).
I
also
started
vinyasa
yoga
classes
last
year
which
give
me
a
different
but
complementary
practice
from
pilates
that
I
can
no
longer
do
without!
As
with
pilates,
Julie
is
caring
and
adapts
to
everyone's
abilities
and
progress
(+++
for
the
moment
of
relaxation
at
the
end
of
the
session).
I
can
only
recommend
this
studio
for
the
quality
of
the
classes
and
the
inclusiveness
of
the
practices
(all
ages
and
all
body
types)!
