I was greeted by the first very friendly saleswoman to choose shoes which I tried on and chose in size 42. I then moved on to the clothes and I chose 2 jogging pants and a pair of shorts. I pay for everything and I go out, then finally in the street, thinking about their fittings I realize that the size of the shoes was very correct and that when doing sports the foot tends to swell so I return to the store 20 minutes later to request a size exchange for 43. A second saleswoman tells me that the size is unavailable and invites me to try the shoes again, which I happily accept. When putting them back on I realize how far I am touching the bottom of the shoe, the saleswoman feels the end of the shoe, clearly pressing on my toes and assures me with steely confidence that there is space. She is blatantly lying since she just touched my toes. She then refuses to reimburse me even though the pair was purchased within the previous half hour and never came out of its box outside the store. I find it completely unprofessional to lie so blatantly to a customer. In the end I accepted a credit and left with items that suited me but I will never buy anything in store again the next time. I will simply come and try the items in the cabins and buy them online since at least I will be able to be reimbursed in the event of a problem.

Very disappointed by the quality of the shoes offered by the LCS brand. This summer I bought a black and gray R1100 pair at the boutique on Rue Montmartre where I am used to. Today I noticed two tears on my left foot on either side of the shoe. Looking closer, I see lower quality on the parts concerned. I can guarantee you that I take care of my shoes. I don't wear them daily and they are in good general condition (almost new). But this is the last time I buy a product of this type from Le Coq Sportif. Wanting to play the "French" fiber, I am forced to say that the quality is never there with their shoes. Either they have a hole in the toe (the loose seam at the big toe), or they literally tear. It's really shameful. I imagine that there is no after-sales service and that without proof of purchase (I did not keep the box, nor the receipt and no proof of credit card payment following a checkout with liquid) I have enough for my pocket. I have nothing to say about the welcome given to the store's customers. But a good reception does not make good products. Without commercial contact from LCS, I will never set foot in one of their stores again and no more pennies will go into their pockets. Count on me.
