    Je suis passée aujourd’hui pour demander si il pouvais « restaurer » ma bague que je l’avoue je n’ai pas pris énormément soins à cause de mon boulot. Et la vendeuse me dit non malheureusement.. MAIIIS elle m’a directement fait l’échange de la bague. Je suis tombé des nu ! On a tellement l’habitude d’être envoyé boulet et que là on me l’échange directement, j’en suis particulièrement touché car c’était un premier cadeaux. Je remercie particulièrement les vendeuse pour leurs gentillesse je recommande vivement ce magasin :)

    Personnel super aigrie , ne répond pas au bonjour . Je viens pour échanger une bague , je pose des questions elles n’expliquent rien elle reste sur la défensive elle a l’air saoulé . C’était une blonde et une foncé de peau a l’accueil deux femmes super aigrie et non professionnel

    J'ai apporté une montre pour réparation le huit novembre. Le délai donné a été respecté et je l'ai récupérée au terme de trois semaines en réglant un prix tout à fait correct. Je précise que les bijoux réparés nous sont remis dans un très joli coffret , ce qui est très commercial. Accueil très sympathique, souriant et professionnel par l' équipe de Saint-Lazare. Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir pour un éventuel achat. Je recommande ce magasin.

    deplorable welcome, I stopped by this morning, I usually know the service well, I have a whole collection myself and my family. But the saleswoman is really pissed that we go back to the store at 8:30 a.m. She asks questions, gives no advice, even avoids looking. I ask her to try on a ring, then I give it back, thanking her and saying that in the end it's a little too thick and I'm getting the worst of it.
