Objectively the bar is fine, so everything went fine till it didn't After having spent above 1000 euros at the bar, we decided to leave and go for pizza nearby, but the pizzeria was only selling take-away. So we went back to the bar and asked them if they would let us have our pizza at the terrace (which would have taken 10 minutes), but instead they decided to treat us like dogs and made us leave. It was raining heavily, but they wouldn.t care. Their argument: WE SELL FOOD IN HERE This isn't even about service, profit or whatever, this is simply about behaving like humans. These business only caring about money-making forget that above all there is a human relationship. The bar is ok, the quality of the facilities is good, but don't expect any human touch. At least not from the "so called manager".

I went to BAM Karaoke for the first time this past December, with a small group of friends, and we had a wonderful experience and such a good laugh. The rooms are very sophisticated, with options to order food and cocktails, play sound and light effects. It really is a fantastic idea for a great moment with family or friends. I highly recommend the place!

A really good place to have karaoke time. You can book a time and a room for a 2h session for roughly 14€ per person. The host of this BAM was particularly nice and matched the ambiance !

Amazing place for karaoke. They have a very extensive list of songs and artists to select from (French / English). My American family had a blast, we had to come back for a second time before they left back to the USA. If you like cocktails, the Bastille Malfy is a excellent!

I didn’t actually got to this karaoke place but I got into awkward situation where their customer service was amazing! My daughter ( minor) booked the place using my ccard without asking me. I called in the minute I new which was 1.5 hour before the actual booking time explaining and cancelling the reservation. They asked me to send an email to customer service as they didn’t know whether a refund can be done is such a case. I did send an email and a reponse came back in 2 business days with acknowledgement of the mistake and a full refund! Honestly I was happy and surprised from the amazing customer service. Thank you so much

Way better than a lot of the karaoke places I've been to in America. The room was resplendent, and very fair at 40euros for two hours. Loved that you could order drinks and food from the screen, and that the volume automatically lowered when a service person came in. They were also very kind and generous in speaking English. The options to record video/photo were awesome and awful in retrospect LOL. The song selection was up to date, and honestly two hours is enough to get through all the songs you know, but we ended up extending our time because it was so fun.

This place was so much fun! The whole experience is amazing and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to have a fun night in Paris. Great song selection, awesome cocktails and really nice staff. Shoutout to Samad for being a great member of staff!
