First time eating here, the food is nice, portion is so big. For food i can give 4.5/5. But the staff attitude is something to discuss. Firstly there's no greeting from them when u first enter the restaurant. I don't mind that, but for a restaurant that have some reputation, i think u need to do that. We came in to the restaurant with a view that the staff was playing with their phone. Not so nice to look at. Also i notice that the staff were eating outside food at the big table for family, with the bag scattered around, the cutlery, tissue and their own phone on the table. Also the table is near the counter, and in the middle of the restaurant, so your eyes will automatically darted to that view when u first enter the restaurant and it's not that pleasant view to look at. When the order come in, the staff bringing the dish with only the spoon already inside the bowl. I was actually speechless when i saw that. It was a noodle restaurant, and u didn't bring us a fork or chopsticks, and just a spoon?? If u want us to get our own cutlery at the counter, why bother put the spoon inside. Really don't understand why the staff do it like that. My sis need to go to the counter and bring a fork. What a nuisance. Also the fact that they already put the spoon inside really intrigued me a lot. It's a table manner, the staff really need to learn that first. It is not polite to put a cutlery inside the dish when you serve the dish. Cutleries must be place beside the dish. Do a research please. Also the staff always with their phone. Like a lot. This really need to be fix. Also i think it was better if the staff at least wear an apron when working, not the full one just the one apron that u tied at the waist is enough. I know uniform is such a bothersome if the staff was just a part timer, but the fact that the staff just wear anything, really need to be fix also. I think management really need to take this issue to the higher level. Educate your staff well, it really reflects your restaurant image.

Staff untrained, rude and so unprofessional! Staff playing with phone, laughing and gossiping together while eating outsiders food in one of the table reserve for customer. Management should do something about the quality of server and provides more training to staff! Poor attitude & lacks of mannerisms from all the server except from the chef preparing mee tarik at the window.

Malay customer service at its best. It's hard to beat the extremely low work motivation of the stuff at this restaurant. Seems like they make a competition, who is the least motivated. Plus speaking also seems to be a problem. No thank you, welcome or anything.

Big portion and the taste was very good but the services really need to be improved: 1. We ordered 5 dishes but only got 4. When we almost finished the food, we asked the waiter on the other one. The waiter went to the cashier and seem “discussed” with her colleagues. We assumed that they checked and requested the kitchen to cook the food ( coz they didn’t inform anything), unfortunately after 15mins still no food. We asked again the same waiter and still no update from them. So i decided to cancel the order. 2. We provided feedback to the cashier and he said “its normal thing there”. So sad as we as customer provided feedback for them to improve ☹️

serve freshly prepared hand pulled noodle or lamien originating from Lanzhou in Gansu Province in various cooking style - the signature soup or stir fried and even mee curry (Malaysian taste?). also serve rice dishes - fried or white with braised meat and vege. the lamien is a bit springy compared to the usual local egg noodle. lunch sets with drinks are available at a discount

Nice and clean restaurant. The food is good yet quite expensive. If you want good services go early around 1130 am -12 pm. The food will be more and tasty. I have dined in at 3 pm above, the food served messily and not so tasty. Taste bland and seems like something is missing. Overall is good.

For those who like big portions (like me!) You will definitely love this place. The dumplings are must have! Halal certified Chinese restaurant.

I just cant brain how they hire their counter staff. Some just very shameless arguing at the table area. And when wanted to pay, they only accept cash?? What a nuisance. What kind of shop don’t have any QR code or Card Payment. Even mini market have at least QR code. And when I ask why they dont have such option, they just laugh at me (like im asking stupid questions), and said that the payment terminal always got jam. Useless rude staff

I went to dine at this restaurant on 15 July 2023 at abt 7-7.30pm. I was so disappointed with the unfriendly, rude and not welcoming staff there. They just looked at us waiting to be seated (cos we're not sure if we can just walk in or need to wait for seat) and when we wave to make some enquiry. One of the staff with very rude look & manner came and told us in very rude manner : Are you all dine in or take away?! If you dine in "masuk jer laa!". Very disappointed with the toothpick lamb/mutton too! cost Rm38 (it's fine with us the price) but it was serve cold! It will be my first and last dine at this Warisan Mee Tarik Batu Pahat Mall branch!
