If I had to use two words for this place it would be surprised and amazed. At first when seeing this place I expected decent food with a cool vibe. But from the second you walk in the door and the service is wonderful and the unique vibe of the place leaves you happy that you made the effort to come. Now the food… sensational food. I’ve had lots of chips and steak sandwiches in my life but this place by far takes the top spot for best in both of those categories. The food is made with passion and love and that’s all you can ask for when looking for somewhere to eat. Although my recent Trip to Melbourne has lots of food involved I think I can hands down say this was my favorite place to go. When I come back to Melbourne I will be bringing lots of friends and family to this amazing establishment to indulge in the amazing environment and food that this great spot has to offer.

My new favourite burger joint with a large range of burger options. Beef patties were tasty but not greasy. Chips and onion rings were crispy. I've never had better sweet potato chips. Owner/manager was friendly too.

Tasty burger, lovely sweet potato chips, and friendly staff. I came here on a Friday night, after training. I was famished and found the perfect place. Go with the classic burger. It’s a juicy 125g beef patty, fresh lettuce, soft bun, and the sauce blends in nicely. Just a perfect burger. The sweet potato fries are fresh and lightly salted, fantastic addition to the burger.

Food was good but the drink was used when delivered in the sealed bag. And when requested for refund they gave nothing. Sad experience. Never again. Update after owner response: I have just received a response from the owner and it’s quite callous and just downright pathetic just like the rest of the responses to everyone else I’ve seen on Google! Shame on you for NOT at least taking ownership. You have deliveries through Deliveroo, absolute shame that you don’t even accept that! Else scary ignorance!! I have proof with the receipts that I’ll upload now. Shame an owner is forcing me to do this. I’ll take extra effort to remind my friends.

Fantastic burgers :) Lovely onion rings that are well seasoned and the spicy beef burger has a really nice tang with the mustard and pickles.

Their meat products are sourced from halal butcher. Classic burger is really good, my kid liked the chicken burger as well.

Great customer service! Super quick delivery to our table. The burgers were great, full of flavour and so filling! Loaded waffles with the cheese jalepeno topper were insanely good also!

Good burgers, prompt service and clean shop. Outdoor area was not available when we went but they do have more seating out the back. There was an retro arcade machine there too. #burgers #prestonlunch

Amazing burgers, the Southern Fried Mushroom burgers is so juicy, and the ingredients are so fresh. Definitely on my top three burgers in Melbourne list.

I loved it! Their sfc beetroot burger is one of the yummiest i have ever had! Their classic angus is yummy too! The staff is just super friendly! It's just too small only two tables to sit in. But super recommended! Hidden Gem !

Highly recommend this place, I have come with my partner and we have had the best classic hamburger in this suburb. + soft bread, + the delicious meat, +The amazing fries... you can see the good quality of all the ingredients and to finish we ordered a vanilla milkshake, and it was the best choice we could make, the place is very clean and friendly staff. all the best guys Archie and Chris

Pretty good burger but when it arrived the bun was soaked, a qtr of the bun was so soggy it stuck to the cardboard burger box. Waaay too much mayo/sauce. Made it so messy to eat, less is more.

Wish we had taken a photo the burgers were amazing, the best I've had in Melbourne. Service could not be faulted, very friendly and welcoming. Bent over backwards to accommodated seating requirements of a member of our party with a bad back. Very customer focused.

Got the classic burger, onion rings and chocolate shake. Excellent burger, looks like a poster burger and tastes fresh and delicious. Onion rings and chips have excellent flavour, can’t get better really. Shake is huge and delicious. Outside is ok but was a bit of a dreary day to be honest. Great burgers though and will get more in the future

Absolutely amazing. Really delicious burger and chips. I also got the peanut butter milkshake and it was so rich and gorgeous. The manager was really nice and polite and a really clean and cute atmosphere.

Easily best burger place in Preston. Have tried their beef, chicken and veggie burgers and they're all fantastic! Great atmosphere inside, super friendly.

I have had good burgers in my time but I can confidential say that this place takes the chocolates. The combination Burger was fantastic also the popcorn chicken bites. Its pricey but you get what you paid for. Will definitely be back very very soon.. Do yourself a favour and head down, you will not be disappointed.

Finally went in to check out the new bagel and coffee menu and it was divine! Coffee was perfect and the salmon bagel i had was truly delicious. Great vibes, great music and lovely staff

Their mushroom burger is out of this world! Perfectly crispy, not watery at all and their onion rings are oddly fresh and delicious!! Not oily which is the usual case. This place is a must visit! Love going in and seeing Mikey when I go to pick up my order, such friendly staff and great food. You can really tell the love they put into the food they make. Nice work Kickass, the reviews really show it!!

Truly amazing burgers, this is one of the only burgers I’ve had that was so filling, the milkshakes there are also really good, i had a caramel milkshake and it was one of my favourite milkshakes I’ve had in a long time. The customer service is superb, they care about making sure you get the best experience and food they can offer, I’ll definitely be back. However, I encourage whom ever is at the counter to not watch the customers eat, it did make me uncomfortable, so uncomfortable that i feel uneasy eating there again but still amazing! Seems like a friendly bloke. Vegieburger was fine. I ordered it without tomato sauce but it was still so saucy the patty slid out the other end on the first bite. The mustard tasted just like I remember American mustard. Very nostalgic, but not really the taste I was after! Lovely onion rings. Chips tasted fresh.

Couldn't taste anything but mustard. Cheese added as an afterthough Ordered the classic. This was not a great burger. Cheese wasn't melted, and there was so much mustard you couldn't taste anything else

This is the place! Awesome chippies! Awesome burgers! Got the veggie with the Southern fried style mushroom. OMG this burger is the bomb! Sat outside out the back. Great price too. Will definitely be back. My new favourite burger place!
