The food was so delicious and the staff was super friendly. I love the family feeling I felt as soon as I walked in. I will definitely be back!

Having never eaten from a Charlie’s, I wasn’t sure what to expect when my wife chose it for dinner. I generally don’t pick cheesestakes, but after tonight I might start! First off, the meat is sliced impossibly thin. While this might seem like a small detail, it creates an incredibly soft and chewy texture which invites you to take one bite after another. The layers of meat and toppings (in my case, cheese wiz and sautéed onions) pack so much flavor into the sandwich. I actually needed to consciously slow down to enjoy the sandwich before it was gone. It was a bit easier to distract myself with the buffet of sides we ordered. The fries were fresh and crisp, delicious both ways we ordered (plain and ultimate—the latter being a delicious symphony of ranch, cheese and bacon). My wife also got some mozzarella sticks (a fun menu surprise!) which delivered on expectations and scratched that fried cheese itch. We even tried the boneless wings, which dramatically exceeded expectations (fried crisp on the outside, and the white meat chicken was soft and pillowy—no hint of sliminess that often accompanies boneless wings). Beyond just the tasty meal, the staff was welcoming and friendly. One gentleman checked on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed. I’m not sure if all Charley’s are this good, but I’ll be back soon after eating at this one!

Holy smokes !! There was a deal going on for Charley's on ubereats. Buy one get one chicken teriyaki sub - I never had Charley's before. I got two of those and a order of the ultimate fries, and a large 🍓 🍉 lemonade! DELICIOUS. I was totally not expecting it to be this good! Food was delivered warm and toasty, fries were still crisp. The flavor the sub had was off the hook, and the fries were salty and delicious. Whoever was on duty did their job and did it WELL! Thanks for an awesome first taste! Definitely gonna enjoy Charley's more in the future!

First, the chairs. So uncomfortable. Where the back attaches it cuts in too narrow for any average person. Second, the food. Barely average, no seasoning whatsoever so if u like a bland sandwich this place is for u. The tangerine part of the tangerine lemonade tastes off, like it was allowed to go bad. Third, service. We asked for fresh drinks minus the tangerine and our nice plastic cups that we paid extra to have were tossed and not replaced even after inquiring. Bare minimum customer service is not good enough. Had to call for a manager because we spent @$40 for a meal after really hoping for better. Should've got Penn Station!

When they first added a Charleys near me, my thought was "Another sub shop, that's boring". There's a Firehouse, Jersey Mike's and Subway literally within 10 minutes from the area. It took me a minute but okay, I ate my words. I learned not to judge next time. Chicken cheesesteak was so good and the price on a large sub is cheaper than any of those places listed above, for better quality meat. I'll be heading back, for sure. Also, it's nice seeing adults working there and not teenagers with their headphones in or such. They actually looked like they care about their job and enjoy cooking the subs. Super good atmosphere.

This Charley’s is absolutely amazing! Even better when you get the right crew! Peter and his crew are absolutely fantastic and beyond friendly! I do have to say though that the tea is brewed only once a day and can turn very quickly. But I have never had bad food from the restaurant and I’m always looking forward to going back!

Everything was delicious. Staff was friendly and productive. Drink station was a little messy. Manager was out cleaning and stocking.

Today me and my boyfriend were looking forward to having Charley's and I remember seeing a new one in Fairview park. I checked online and it said closed at 9pm on Sundays so we figured we had plenty of time. We got there at like 7:53pm. They seemed to be closing up. We were greeted with a smiling face and he immediately started taking our order. I asked the staff what time do they close and he expressed 8pm. I felt horrible and showed him on google it shows 9pm. I hate being that person to walk into a restaurant right before closing. But all of the staff had positive attitudes, worked together to prepare our order and it tasted amazing. They did not make us feel like an inconvenience (although I’m sure us arriving so close to closing time was a huge inconvenience). I appreciate each and every staff that contributed to preparing our order today and hope they get recognized for their efforts!
