    Thank you Chick-fil-A for putting on such a wonderful party at the senior center. My 86-year-old mother and I had an absolutely fabulous time. Thank you for thinking of us seniors. You've got a lifelong fan now. Food was excellent. Atmosphere was unbelievable. Thank you, thank you, thank you

    This location has shorted me my drive through order on more than occasion now. Each time, their response was cold and uncaring. Double check your order when you get it because the managerial staff and customer service response front his location leaves much to be desired.

    The food bad , salty and the french fries was not fresh. Slow services, I waited for more than 15minutes then they forgot the straws for two times with more 5 minutes waiting. Bad experience

    I now understand the hype with the chicken sandwich here. I had my first spicy chicken sandwich and it was so juicy and tender. I wish it was just a bit more spicy. And the BBQ sauce just made it even better. The waffle fries was cool but not the best I've had and the shake was too small. 7/10 and only because the sandwich was hit. Service was excellent and faster than any place I've ever been to even with the 100 cars in the line. Overall great but definitely not worth the $14 I spent. Too expensive.

    I would not be writing this review for everyone to see if customer service had the decency to respond to me. Especially after my third email. I am a frequent customer at Chick Fil A. On June 19th, I received a spicy chicken sandwich that was pretty much just breading. I obviously did not eat it. I’ve heard some people complain about Chick Fil A’s quality lately and sadly, I agree with them.

    I always have issues with the quality of food, their service, and their employees can be rude as well. I went there for dine in today, our order was lost for 10 minutes, not even on their board. Our large fry was stale and under stuffed, so they proceeded to dump a small fry on top of the large right in front of us. The workers proceeded to look back at us and talk to each other in little huddles as we were eating. Honestly one of the worst chick fil a around.

    Place is run like a well oiled machine..They have the system down to a science..And it starts with however they process new employees. All the employees are top notch and very pleasant. The lines seem long but we are always through the lines in the fastest time possible. Best food and the order is always correct.

    Food is as expected, drive through and in store is always fine. However when ordering through a Uber eats etc… they ALWAYS forget items. I mean 10/10 times. Paid money for cheese sauce and got about 2 tablespoons of cheese. Boo. Not happy.

    The workers here are always nice, but Olivia (who took my order) was so incredibly sweet! She honestly left me in a better mood than when I arrived. I appreciate people like her who go out of their way to be so kind :)

    The guys that were handing the order and was goofing around and socializing. This resulted in my order being incomplete. They forgot 2 main items and I called and nobody will answer. I am considering disputing the whole transaction since I did not get the complete order and dealt with them being unprofessional. Otherwise, the food is always good from what they did give me.

    This place lost my trust. I don’t know how else to describe the fries I ordered besides funky. They tasted funky and like I was eating trash. And it was only some of the fries not all. I even smelled some of them and they smelled like trash too. I hope I don’t get sick..probably won’t be ordering from here again.

    I used DoorDash for the first time and love chick-fil-A which is why I picked Chick-fil-A because I knew they wouldn’t mess up on my order but of course they didn’t put any chick Fil A sauce in my bag. I’m stuck in a hotal, unable to leave due to pulling a trailer. Now can’t eat without my sauce which haven’t eaten all day and I don’t care about a refund all I wanted was my sauce with warm food which I didn’t get! Very disappointed!!!

    This place is usually pretty good. Double check your food before you drive off. Asked several times for ranch at the drive through. Got home and no ranch. They even said my order back to me with ranch at the end of it. 6 ranches on my receipt lol.

    Horrible I go up every freaking morning before work for breakfast and THEY ALWAYS SOMEHOW MESS MY ORDER UP. We all work for our money I’m sick of waisting mine on a company who can’t do there job. horrible service and horrible management I will never come here again they definitely lost me as a customer OPEN SUNDAYS TO NOT EVERYONE YOU GUYs ARE HIRING ARE CHRISTIAN 😂

    Unnervingly slow for one car being in the drive thru at 9:30 am on a Tuesday. The breakfast item I did receive was just an ambient temp. Not warm. The breakfast item was also not put together the right way. When it was opened, it all fell apart. Just a garbage experience. For a company that wants their drive thrus to be elite and efficient, it was nice to see how this particular franchise operates when it is at its slowest.

    I asked for grilled chicken sandwich with a side salad. The gave me fried bacon club sandwich. The side I had throw away because the lettuce was brown and the tomatoes were spoiled and mushy. I called the restaurant right after I received the wrong spoiled food, they wanted me to come back that night unfortunately my son was in the ICU unit because of a heart condition. I told the team member who answered the phone this. She said that she was the manager Brittany and could return at my convenience. She said she would give me replacement food. I called on Monday and I spoke to Brittany I told her that I did not want replacement food I just wanted my money back and was going to at the restaurant that day. She told me that she was working in the kitchen today and to ask for Gabrielle. I had to jump through hoops just to get my money back. I will never go back to chick filet again. Not only do the get the orders wrong but they are very stingy with the condiments. When I placed the above order I asked for three chick filet sauces and four mayonnaise I also did not get that . Since the minimum wage for fast food workers the service is terrible and the food is subpar. Whatever happened to pride in a job well-done.

    Order was badly screwed up by the agent in the drivethrough. The salad I got was fantastic, the dressing was out of this world. My friend's sandwich was not what she ordered and she was disappointed. The add ONS were missing and to get them she had to pay for them, a charge of about a dollar but it would have been a hassle.

    Long drive through line, but went quickly. Ordered Chicken strips meal & fries and it was hot. Lemonade is delicious and free refills if you eat inside.

    Overall weird vibe in the parking lot with people taking orders on iPads instead of in-front of the menu, where you can see what's available. I sat in line for what felt like 15 minutes after placing my order. They managed to forget the fries for my meal which I didn't realize until getting home, so I got ripped off. The sandwich was overall pretty decent, but I won't be returning. Edited to provide more details*

    Ordered a sausage burrito but they put fried chicken in it. Took 10 minutes to get out of the drive thru at 630 am. Not sure how to get a refund but was a waste of time and money.

    This place has cut back on their chicken sandwiches. I used to love this place. Friendly staff. Manager said if I brought it up earlier he would have replaced it. Shouldnt have even been breaded or served in the first place.

    The new grilled sandwich is delicious!! Top it off with bacon and BBQ and your taste buds with dance and sing. Skip the extra toppings and you got yourself a real clean healthy meal!

    This place must be under new management because I have never seen it so dirty. The floors were very dirty, and the washrooms were filthy with dried BM on the toilet seat in one stall. Basically saw one young man doing most of the work. We will not be back.

    We always had a good experience at Chick-fil-A yet this location was gross! Spent $55 for my family and I to drive off and start eating and have a black curly hair in fries and also in my ice! Disgusting!!!!! Someone better wear a hair net!! Everyone was so grossed out I basically just lost $55..

    I RARELY write reviews, but the service I received has bothered me enough to come online and share my experience. I waited in the drive-thru (was long at the moment but that’s not an issue for me). It became an issue when I checked my food and it was wrong. I decided to come inside and have it fixed but the manager, Angel, seemed to have an attitude with me. I understand that everyone has bad days but all I had asked for is that my food gets corrected. I had no attitude or tone of voice while talking to him but those things were reciprocated back to me. I’m sure Chick fil A advocates kindness but he did not portray this trait at all during my visit. But, in the end I did get my food corrected with a side of bitterness from a so called “Angel”.
