This establishment messes up every other order i place, how do you forget to put sausage on a sausage wrap, how do you mess up a double double every other day, how can u forget cream in an ice cap. Highly recomend going to a different timmis, everyone i know says the same as well

Never have what you ordered, but will gladly let you pay for it. Whatever you end up buying will just be slop. Not to mention it’s Dirty inside and they don’t even have a garbage can outside. Would not recommend

I sat at my table waiting for 45 minutes. Not once did an employee come to wash my hands. What on earth is that employees must wash hands sign for?

I am glad its not a regular stop for us. I would actually like to give 0 stars. We ordered 2 drinks. Peach lemonade. We waited more than 10 minutes. Customers came and left with their orders. We waited for our drinks. When I asked politely about our 2 drinks I got a sharp response, We are busy and wait your turn. I said its more than 10 minutes. All of sudden, magically my drinks appeared. I went outside to find out that I have rice in my drinks. Since when does Tim Hortons serve rice? I went back to let them know that I have rice in my drinks. The response was, what do you want me to do with it. I suggested a new drink. As I was explaining, another worker started laughing that I had rice in my drinks. Seriously? I didn't find any of that amuzing. Turley poor customer service on so many levels.

Worst experience ever the service was slow, we couldn't hear the server over the speaker and they never have any baked goods, the cold drinks never came with any ice. My ice cap was really watery and the muffins they did have were hard as rocks. I thought they're whole franchise was about coffee and donuts, not come guess what we have and don't have today. But I do hope things getter better for location.

I'm glad I'm only visiting. Thus is one of the worse tim Hortons I have ever been in. The old lady that took my order was more interested in chatting with her employees then getting my order ready. Thank you to the young lady that seen thus and got my order ready. Never will return here.

Wow, where do I start? Stopped in for a snack.... floor and most tables were dirty, washrooms were HORRIBLE! One employee wearing a mask properly, the cashier was wearing his mask around his chin!!. I mean, if your going to wear a mask, do it properly! There were several bees or wasps flying around inside, mentioned it to staff as to risk of someone getting stun. Employee did not seem to understand what a bee or wasp or hornet was. No one did anything about it during our snack break. Absolutely the worst Timmies I have ever been to. Will DEFINITELY never visit there again!!!

Me and my boyfriend went to get breakfast around 10:20 am on a Tuesday I got an ice cap with a bagel and he got a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. We got our drinks right away but waited at least 15 min for the food. After eating everyone else get there food before us i said to a worker that we still haven’t gotten are food, my boyfriend got his food right after but it wasn’t what he ordered. Another 10 min goes by and I finally get my bagel but it also wasn’t what I ordered. We didn’t bother telling them it was the wrong food cause it would of taken another 20 min.

Very slow. Never get the order right unless you go in the store and watch them make it. It's hard to screw up a black coffee but they manage.

It's not a bad place. But they've got some really shady people frequenting the location. It's a family restaurant yet it's a predators hang out spot. So that's discouraging. Completely throws off the atmosphere. The staff are friendly and the coffee from this Tim's in town is by far better then the one across town. That's the only reason we return. If it wasn't for certain people who are frequenting the place it would be a lot nicer of an experience. The service is slow but it's a busy place. Food is a bit hit and miss. Sometimes it's fabulous. Other times it's mediocre. A good place to stop for coffee if you aren't wanting to stay to enjoy it. Take it and go. ESPECIALLY if you've got your kids with you.

We came here on a whim today after getting groceries and it was the best coffee we’ve had in awhile. their drinks are consistently good, we had a ice capp which was not just chunks of ice sitting it coffee, it was blended beautifully and a london fog that I can’t explain but was just amazing

Had grilled bacon & cheese sandwich with apple fritter donut. Very good. Bathroom needed servicing in worst way. Service was good & eating area reasonably clean. Will return.

This tims is bad. They always mess up your order one way or another. Today I especially am not happy with my drink. It tasted horrible and it wasn’t even what i mobile ordered. I asked them to remake it and it still wasn’t the right drink. I gave up and left because these imbeciles don’t understand how to make a simple iced latte.

Love Tim Hortons in general, but this one was struggling. They messed up our order and the coffee was really watered down. They were out of a pastry and when I asked when they would be making more, they seemed confused and said they’re not.

Since Covid I’ve only ever used the drive through. And sadly the majority of orders are messed up. Seriously thought I stopped liking iced coffee at all because of the 3 disgusting coffees I ended up driving away with. And let’s not get started on how the sandwiches are wrong. Literally just received bread and lettuce once. I’ll either drive to the other side of town or skip it.

It's got donuts and double doubles ! Its Tim Hortons and if you're ready reviews before you go then just stay home. Its a close second to Maple syrup as far as how Canadian this place is I don't need to say more.

BLT was really good. The honey Ham bacon egg muffin was really good, too. Service was fast.

Why wait until I have ordered and paid before you inform me your location does not stock whole wheat buns. Talk about bait and switch. Next time someone orders something not on the menu, don't punch it in as if you do when you know you don't.

Absolutely terrible experience to the point I am embarrassed for the staff at this tim hortons. Just went through with my fiance and she got her roast beef sandwich with absolutely no sauce it was so dry she took 2 bites and threw the rest out. As for mine I asked for a ham and cheddar with maple bacon and I got regular bacon that was colder than the ham kn the sandwich which is weird since it's supposed to be in a warmer. On top of that I got yelled at through the speaker because the person seemed to be struggling with the computer and even tho u waited like 30 seconds between each item the lady on the mic got very iratable and was yelling at me to wait cause she couldn't keep up. Absolutely terrible attitudes and food quality was suboptimal even for a tims. Definitely worst tim Hortons in the area!!!!

I love Tim Hortons and I have been to this location almost everyday in the morning around 7.30 am in December. The morning staff should really pay attention to what the order says, I have gotten my bagels without being sliced 9/10 I ordered them(I thought that bagels are always sliced as I have been getting for more than 4 years in southern Canada, something’s wrong with North). On top of that, I ordered a chocolate dream pretzel donut to try today and got a ginger something donut which I had to throw because I am allergic to ginger. Seriously, I am not the one to leave bad reviews but getting order incorrectly especially in the morning, really affects somebody’s whole day.

Michael handled all of us Parry Sound firefighters very well this past Saturday when we were in a rush to get to a call and needed a bunch of breakfast sandwiches and drinks for our crew! He handled the large order flawlessly and we all enjoyed the prompt service! Cheers Mike!

Me and my best friend are leaving Kill Bear & have a 4 hour drive in front of us. Naturally, we go into the closest Tim Hortons (this one) for a bathroom break and some food. Well, it was PACKED- like out the door. Young girl at the cash was not friendly. After waiting 20 minutes, they told my friend that they didn’t have any hash browns left for her breakfast sandwich. They gave her a chicken wrap instead after discussing it and then my order, which came second, has a hash brown??? What?? The older lady manager was nice and on it. They need more staff and organizing. Judging by reviews, this is a consistent issue.

They took sooooo long to provide the order and then the prepration was also not good.

The coffee and the eggs could be better. The staff attitude keeps this place alive dispite the problems with product consistency.

Always friendly at the drive thru and good service. They like other Tim Hortons do run out certain kinds of donuts but that could be said for the tiger Tim's I have been to as well but the friendly service here kinda makes up for it.

Too many chances have been given. After 4 times in a row of getting my order completely wrong. I will literally never come to this location again. The service is beyond terrible.

I've been going here for 30 years, but the service is going down hill so fast...I've gone from no mistakes, to 3,- 4 times in a work week, my order is wrong when I get to work I can't turn around and come back.. I spend the night over $25 a day GAURANTEED!!!!.PLEASE START TO CARE ABOUT US AGAIN..NOT JUST THE BOTTOM DOLLAR.....

I ordered grill cheese and i think they forgot about cheese….. working all day so you can have some good here but service is zero plus the attitude of staff😡………
