👍👍 This place is SO cute and yummy!! Parking is sufficient (for Pasadena) in the back for 1 free hour. There is maybe one or two tables for outdoor seating but honestly, inside is where it’s at! It has like a home-y cafe feeling with cute pastel colors. Employees are nice even though super busy! I... People often mention good, cute,

This place is SO cute and yummy!! Parking is sufficient (for Pasadena) in the back for 1 free hour. There is maybe one or two tables for outdoor seating but honestly, inside is where it’s at! It has like a home-y cafe feeling with cute pastel colors. Employees are nice even though super busy! I ordered the Butterfly Pea Latte with almond milk and it was delicious!!!! Not only tasty, but super cool to look at (the girl sitting next to me even asked me what I ordered and she contemplated getting it before she left)! I would definitely come back!!

I love how this place reminds me so much of Stockholm. The food selection is very good as they have main entrées and desserts and it complements the teas and coffees. This is one of my favorite places to go.

Quiet and mute scene when inside. The Avocado toast is that bland and pricey, The ube late is ok. Best to visit during the morning when no crowds are presents. Seats are very limited when dining in.

Love love loved my first experience there!! Coffee shop was so aesthetic and cute, workers explained different blends of coffee and I asked questions about their flower and flavored lattes to get the drink I know I’d like! I got the Jasmine latte which was sooo delish I would get it again. It was also such a beautiful gradient, perfect for Instagram pictures with friends. A nice place to chat and hangout, seems there are a good amount of people there.

Calling all future and current hojicha fans: you'll want to try their iced hojicha latte (with espresso or without are good - I did w/o) and with almond milk. I've tried several successful and delicious hojicha lattes, but I have to say this one was the best. I even wanted to buy their tea leaves! Their ice cream choices were phenomenal! Every flavor sounded so good. I got there in morning and told myself I would get ice cream before I left but my appetite changed by that time so I sadly didn't have room for it. I didn't order food but when other people's order came out, I was nosy and looked at it and everything looked appetizing! The decor is cute and calming. I spent a few hours here working and was productive. Because it's next to Pasadena City College, there's a rush at certain times so it can get loud. Parking around the area is 1 hr free street parking, and the lot is the same. I gotta go back for the ice cream so I'll have another review for this place eventually haha

Drinks were good however the food was not to my taste at all. I ordered waffles and didn’t realize that there would be chocolate drizzle on atop everything. Like yes, I get that I ordered a sweet dish but it was overkill. Def let the staff know while placing your order if you want that taken out or on the side. The avocado toast with salmon was okay. The bread was basic and not that toasted. The avocado was a light spread of it. The salad was very drenched. The red onions were cut pretty thick. I got a hot tea and my bf got the milk tea. Pretty good milk tea and not too sweet at 50% sweetness. The cups are v cute and the whole vibe in general is a chill vibe. Overall, not a fan of the food but may stop by for a drink.

This is the same business that's located in Arcadia that I raised about just a couple of months ago. And Arcadia I had the avocado toast, the golden one, and it was amazing! Today, at this new spot in Pasadena I decided to try the Ube latte. I got it 25% sweet and it was perfectly balanced! Great coffee, presence of ube, and not too sweet. Service was outstanding and patient because I typically have complicated and indecisive orders. Sorry about that guys!

i love coming to this fika fika to get some work done when i feel like spending a little bit of coin for a drink and some food. the place is super cute and clean, and it's easy to get relaxed here quickly. their music is much quieter than that of the other cafes nearby, so if you just need to focus at a coffee shop, i'd recommend this one. even though it's right next to a college campus, i can pretty much always find a good place to sit down and study, especially during the summer. my only wish is that their 'booth' seats were comfier, b/c they're basically concrete blocks and (at least in my experience) it gets painful pretty quickly. i feel like they could add some cushions or something. regardless, this'll always be one of my go-to places to study in pasadena.
