Waited 45 minutes for our food after using the computer to put my order in. Wasnt busy. The food was cold and sitting on the counter, my name was never called. Who knows how long it was sitting there.The staff is rude and dismissive. This used to be my favorite Taco Bell. Man has it gone downhill so fast. I will not be coming back to this one anytime soon. I will be calling corporate about this store tomorrow.

First of all, the person that take drive through order was very rude. He did not let me finish telling him the names of my customers and sent me to the window. When I got to the window, he did not say anything to me. Didn’t tell me which order go with which customer. Very rude. Taco Bell should not have hired this person to work there. He is white male without much hair on his head. Taco Bell needs to fire him right away. No customer service at all. Terrible experience. Please stop going to this location.

Russell greeted us as we walked he was so kind, professional, and helpful. He took our order so we didn’t have to use the kiosk to order. The location was clean and the service was wonderful. Russell went above and beyond for a Taco Bell. They only have indoor seating. They have plenty of parking and location is on a Main Street. The taco was good hot and fresh we shared a Mexican pizza which was also hot and fresh. If you need a quick lunch check this location out. They take your order right away and the wait to get your food is pretty quick.

First time eating at this location and it was really nice 👌 we tried their new breakfast taco 🌮 and it was great! Plus you get these donut holes that have the icing in the middle--YUM! The service was great, parking great! Highly recommend!!

The only credit I give them is for cleanliness. The food sucked and the kitchen staff looked very unorganized and clueless. I used the kios for accuracy but they forgot I ordered drinks and hot sauce so I had to keep going back and ask for what I already requested at the kiosk. They also only give you napkins if you ask. This place needs better management and better training.

All Taco Bells are the same. I like them on occasion. After eating some of the worst Pupusas I've ever had in Hollywood, I had to satisfy my hunger with something I was familiar with. And this hit the spot!

I decided to try out their Digital Display order menu within this Taco Bell. It wasn't to busy at the time, two people ahead of me. I just wanted to try out the digital pad and see how it worked. The person working the counter who handed me the food seemed as though they were disgusted with my having used the digital device to place the order. He abruptly handed me my bag, wasn't friendly when I thanked him. Ironically, this was my first time back visiting this taco bell since 2020 after a poor experience. On a positive note, i've never had a bad or poor experience at this taco bell's drive through.

I came in today before 1:30 pm with my mom and dad. The cashier was named Noé I believe and all three of us were impressed with his customer service. Thanks!
