Came on May 6, 2021 around 5pm. No one was in front of me or behind me at the drive thru. They managed to burn my vegan nuggets and my vegan philly cheese steak sandwich bread. I drove too far and was too hungry so I tried to eat around all the burnt food. Disappointed that they actually handed me the burnt food to drive off with. Tasted awful. My bread was blackened, cmon. I know you see how burnt it is when you lather up my bread with veg mayo. Poor quality control. You'd think they'd do what they could to help their small business survive during these trying times. Sad. For advertising to eat healthy, they sure served me a ton of carcinogens.

The fries were the only redeeming thing. My burger was mushy and the covered in mustard. Won’t be going back. Yuck!!!! Inedible!

Excellent value! I loved this concept of vegetarian/vegan drive thru. It’s great that you can ask for any of their dishes with vegan ingredients. The cheese beef is an absolute win. I had the Italian dog and it was pretty good too! It’s not incredibly fast but neither slow. Fries were well seasoned and everything was packed nicely. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it. :)

I was with my cousin Pamela. All I can say is DITTO! There aren't enough negative adjectives to describe this place. The grossest tasting 'veggie' burger. I can't believe i tried a second bite.

I recently went and got some french fries. They were undercooked and basically raw. I don't know how they managed to make hot undercooked raw french fries. Wasted $5 and couldn't even eat them.

I am a Hardcore Meat Eater. I hate vegan and vegetarian food but this place is the only place I've ever been to that's satiated hunger and where I don't miss meat, when I eat it I get the Philly cheese steak and never regret it nuff said. I would honestly take that over a steak sometimes, like if the steak is from a chain restaurant.

Don’t waste your time with this place. Incredibly rude person working there! :( I walked 40 minutes to try this veg food and they refused to take my order because I don’t have a car. When I tried to call to order for delivery the guy kept hanging up on me- I watched him do it through the window. guess he REALLY didn’t want my money lol.

Horrible service. Mediocre food! I have every right to give my honest review. My review has nothing to do with my card being declined. But the fact that my card was declined should not be on google. That is very unprofessional on your part. The reason I said the service was bad was because you were very irritated with me and impatient although I used the wrong card I had a crying infant in the back seat which had me feeling a bit frazzled. There was no one in line behind me so I'm not sure where the impatience came from. You also slammed the window in my face. The food, Chili-Cheese-Fries! Which I stopped and ordered to support your business as I am a new vegetarian. I went out of my way to stop by and support your business and you were rude. On top of that the fries tasted like you warmed them twice. The fries tasted like card board. The chilli was not good either. The food WAS NOT GOOD!!! If I didn't drive so far and taste it I would have returned it! I will be reporting you to the BBB for posting my financial situation online which I'm sure isn't allowed or professional. You will be hearing from me and possibly my lawyer. We will see if I have money or not! You tried used my card being declined as a means to humiliate me. Which again is very unprofessional. What if I was broke... and really didn't have the money to pay??? Then is it okay to humiliate a person? Or to give them bad service. The fact that you even wrote this is a testament to your service. Horrible and unprofessional.

pretty good food, i like the concept of a vegetarian drive thru ($23 for a hot dog, a burger, and two teas). not super filling unless you get sides. i wish the menu listed the ingredients. also the “iced tea” is actually a sweet tea which is annoying. a revamp of the menu would go a long way, fewer options if needed.

I've been subsisting off of a drive thru food for a while now, so I figured this wouldn't taste good to me, but it was 💣 and so filing! The tofu burger had a little BBQ and fresh tomato and greens, not iceburg. Fries had a good flavor and texture. I even forgot the ketchup, and they were so good. I expected unsweetened ice tea, but it was sweet, but no big deal was still delicious. I've been here before but left cus the pictures on the sign don't represent the delicious food well at all! The sign sucks and doesn't say vegetarian but don't let that deter you. This place is sooo good!

This is the nastiest vegetarian/vegan restaurant I have ever been too in the 4 years eating plant based. Me and my boyfriend got a breakfast burrito and fries. First off, they put this type of soy carne asada inside, it wasn’t good. The fries were stale, they had no taste what so ever. Better off going to veggie grill around the area.

I was excited to try this place but once I did, I couldn't have been more disappointed. The Air Fries smelled like feet and tasted like they had some mixture of sugar and parmesan on them. Maybe one out of every ten fries was crispy, the rest were soggy and translucent. My veggie burger was thin, soggy, and drenched in mustard. The bun was alright and the spinach and tomato did taste fresh, but I was hungry and still ended up discarding about half of the meal.

One of my favorite place for a vegetarian cheat meal in the area. Love the cheeseburger, chili cheese fries, cheese steak and of course the shakes. The root beer float and green drink are both very good. I've eaten here at least 20 times in the last 3 years and the food has remained the same superior quality. I continue to come here for the food and know the service is just ok.

Great place if you are trying to avoid beef/chicken but still want to have some drive thru fast food. Nice people

By far the worst nachos I've had. Can you try? Is this a vegetarian/vegan restaurant? Do we have any spices..or just a can opener? Sorry, if you can't get chips with a small smattering of beans and cheese right I am afraid of the rest of the menu. What a shame.. (PS the pic of the loaded nachos is deceptive. I didn't get even 1/2 loaded. Literally a spoonful of lazy unflavored beans)

Excellent food. We need more places like this. If this were closer to where I lived, I’d be a regular customer.

So nice to have vegetarian fast food. I asked to make it vegan and they were really accommodating and kind. Yummy food!

One of the better kept secrets in Altadena. Small drive thru and all the food is great tasting and had a hard time believing it wasn’t meat the first time I had it. Only problem is the wait time for the food but other than that food is affordable and great. One of the OG vegan places before it was cool.

My fiancé and I LOVE this place. Very sweet, no frills drive thru with all vegetarian options. I am hugely thankful that they don’t mega-inflate their prices for having dietary-restricted foods. It is so rare these days. Staff are friendly and we’re always delighted at the quality!

Loved Ricchardos! Vegi drive thru! Took a little longer than normal fast food but worth it! Had a vegan taco and Super Green Drink. Even drinks were healthy! no yucky sodas! 10 stars!

I love being able to order anything without having to ask details. Lately the food and service have begun to be delivered with that almost undefinable modicum of love and attention that makes the food taste even better. P.s: if the Owners read this, rebuild the filet of soul! It used to be a favorite and now it’s not even a consideration
