I CAME 3 TIMES TO THIS PLACE FIRST ONE AROUND NOON IT WAS PERFECT SHE MADE A SUPERB CUP, the sevond was not so good the mixture was not as good as the first time and the topping were not sorted nicely. And the 3rd time, was after 5 p.m. I got 4 SMALL slices of strawberry like 12 slices of banana 2 slices of apple no hemp seeds lits of grsnola, not happy with that I have no picyure of the 3rd time, I was not happy spend 11.00 dollars and not a great cup

So sad. Went there the first time about a month ago. The first couple of orders were great. I usually get the bowl. But for the past 2 weeks the amount of fruit topping has been getting less and less until today it was a joke! One strawberry and 5 blueberries and a whole lot of banana. And the smoothie part was 2/3 of what I usually get. When I brought it up to the attention of the person serving us she just looked at me and then said "that's okay!" Not going back.

Hands down one of the best places for acai bowls… when they’re made right.  I’m here often and most of their staff is really good at what they do, but there are a few employees that just don’t “get it”.  I had one acai bowl and it wasn’t even blended all the way, there were all kinds of chunks in it.  When it’s made right, though, it’s amazing!

With both Jamba Juice and Kreation right down the street there are very few customers at Nekter so the woke staff gets paid for doing nothing except commit food poisoning .

Inconsistent service. I might order the same smoothie 2 days in a row & each day it'll be different depending on who's working that day. I've been to other nekter juice bars where this isn't an issue so I don't know what's the deal with the people who work here. Follow the recipe, people

Ordered today with Uber Eats 5 smoothie bowls, each cost around $30 because of all the add-ins and 2 strawberry ice creams!!! The bowls are half way filled up-total waste of money, seems old-granola not crunchy at all and no extra coconut or granola, but of course they charged for extra!!! They don’t value customers and don’t care if you come back or no!!! In Kansas MO Nectar Juice Bar is so much better-they are not stingy, they don’t send you something old, you get all the add-ins!!!

To make it clear - I’m a big fan of their green juices and açaí bowls, and really anything I’ve bought here has been great. The problem is staffing. These poor workers are regularly running 40min behind, and not only is the huge buildup of frustrated people so stressful for them, but they can’t even take more orders while they’re pressed making their backfilled orders. Staff this place more or pay them more, this is a consistent issue that really takes away from the quality of anything they produce.

I ordered and purchased online …went to pick up my order in store and they had no record of my order that I paid for … the (2) employees who were apparently new were under trained and out of sorts and no help at all.. they unfortunately were not very helpful … I came out without my online order and there was no manager to help me ( they did not know the managers name ) …I am not very happy and not sure how I will be able to get my money back even when I had an email confirmation/ receipt … just a bad look… not sure what is going on there but not very professional and very amateurish … unfortunately you guys have lost my business 👎🏽

The juice is still top notch. Prices have skyrocketed. This is a once an a while type place. I wouldn't drop as much as I did every week tbh....

Love the use of natural and quality ingredients. Other juice bars closer to home but rather drive further for the Nekter experience.

First time ordering in the app and scheduled order for next day. Went great order was ready. Previewed the pumpkin chia parfait. Yum!

My daughter and I went to Nektars on Memorial Day. We were greeted by one of their employees, Angel. She was friendly and professional. There were customers ahead of us. I did not see any other employees there. I asked her are you working alone, she said yes. Alone on a holiday! SMH. Despite her single handedly working the counter and fulfilling the orders, she held herself together. She was polite and let us know there maybe a longer wait. Kudos to you Angel. No one should be working alone in a popular business. Hopefully this won’t happen again.

Manager Harold is rude. Every time I’ve been in, he barely makes eye contact, doesn’t say hello, and speaks in a condescending manner. On top of it, I wasted my coupon because their system was down and they wouldn’t apply it. That was after waiting about 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. In past visits, I’ve been given the entirely wrong order too. This is not a good location.

Such an awful experience trying to get my order and then my refund. I ordered and purchased an online order for detox juices and when I called to make sure my order was ready for pick I was told that they had run out of the juices- what's the point of ordering online and selecting your pick up date? Never did I receive notice that my order would not be available. And almost two weeks and four calls later I have been following up on my refund and nothing. No one seems to know about my refund and one person said that the owner would have to issue it but never comes around. I would be seeking my refund through my bank. Pls have a better system in addressing customers issues timely and value their time.

One of the not many acai places that I still have trust in making me a good bowl. Their bowls are pretty thick and they put real ingredients in. This location has nice seating areas. Parking is a bit hard to find since it’s Pasadena. My order too a bit long because of some confusion, but everything was good in the end.

This is one of my favorite places in town and the staff are always friendly and attentive.

We order from here through the Nekter app nearly every week for the past year for fresh, delicious, healthy bowls. The only thing is, I can’t seem to redeem the points through the app - you have to do that in person. Otherwise, it’s pretty quick, convenient and feels great. *Edit: Redeem the points at checkout on the app!

I come here at least once a week! And I love it!!! My coworkers now send me to bring them back something as well! We love your store!!!

First time trying an Acai bowl from Nekter. I would say if it's your 1st time trying them, sign up and get the discount and see if you like it. However, I can't see myself going back, and it's not the service, the staff is great, but the quality of my Acai bowl was worth maybe 1 star. Customer service and cleanliness gets 5 stars, food a zero.

I got the Pink Flamingo! So pretty. The smoothie itself tastes mostly like dragon fruit, mildly sweet and sour. There is tons of outdoor seating with shade. Free parking available in the Macy's building.

This place is SO good. I'm not one to normally go out of my way to buy drinks. I came across this on a sunny day, and thought I should get something cold to drink. I tried the Watermelon Berry smoothie. It was amazingly refreshing. The next day I came back and got Slender Greens Fusion blend which was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend! 😍

Just came to this place today since we have a gift card from friend. Nice decoration and friendly staff. We purchased an Acai Strawberry Banana bowl which costs $8.60 which is a bit expensive. I have tried other Acai Bowl in other places before and compared to them, Nekter Juice Bar’s bowl is just ok, not very impressive for that price. May not come back tho.
