Disappointed in the experience. I got a family meal XL 1. The meal comes with rice and three other sides. You can choose from 4 different ones. They only had two available. So I doubled up. Placed the order and was told 25 min. Can back after 35 min and my food was not ready. I was then told I couldn't have the double onion rings because they had low supplies. I had to take the pickled radishes. Not something my kids would eat but fine. I waited another 15 min before my food was ready. While most of the food was tasty the radishes smelled rotten. I have eaten pickled radishes before and they never smelled like a bathroom. So that was trash. So almost and hour wait $60 and rotten side dishes I was not happy. I will say the chicken was good.

Absolute waste of time. Place used to be good. They have to ring up beer separate from food, so you have to check out twice. They don't have draft anymore. Asked for glasses that were behing bar to go with the canned beer. They refused because "they have to wash the glasses if they use them". This place will probably be out of business by the time you read this but if not, STAY AWAY.

Dined in, but doesn’t serve water and comes in take out boxes. I understand that the restaurant's COVID policies may have affected this. Fried zucchini tastes great, but the outer layer falls off easily, which I did not particularly like. Overall, the prices are quite high for the quality unfortunately.

I have to say, the attention to detail at this place is outstanding. Super clean, I saw them clean every single crevice at the end of the night. Food was delicious, juicy wings and the service was great. I had the chance to speak to the owner to say how great of a job he was doing with this place. A+++

This has to be the BEST wings ever! My husband loves them so he had me try them and they were running short on wings so they gave us regular drumsticks instead of a couple wings and they were huge but fabulous. They are so crispy and the soy garlic is to die for. It’s sweet but not too sweet and is not spicy at all but it has a tang to it. They do have 2 other choices that are a little more spicy. This place is my go to wing place!

The restaurant is very clean and stylish. The food was very good and they gave us enough for leftovers. Waitress staff was kind and thoughtful. I definitely plan to go back.

The service was lacking, the guy was so unconcerned with customers and gave us wrong information. The chicken strips weren't coated completely in the sauce, it was mediocrity at best. First and last time at this location, I will drive to Odenton or Arundel Mills from now on.

Amazing Korean Wings!~ Just only go during lunch. I went around 4pm and not only was the wait 20+ munutes more then the estimate over the phone, the order was ice cold (and short a couple wings).

I LOVE BONCHON. simple. if it wasn’t so expensive $$$$ id probably eat here three times a week. At this location the staff is always super nice and friendly. Idk why everyone complains about the wait, my order typically takes 25 minutes (they let you know what time it will be done) and it’s always ready whenever i have picked up with the exception of one time but it was a FRIDAY night. HELLO look around there are not that many bonchons in the area so duh they’re going to be busy! Food is always great ! Love the Chicken Sliders and Pork Belly Bao buns! The Spicy chicken options truly meets my spice level requirement!! i have a high tolerance for spice and the wings do sneak up on you! Soy garlic flavor is bomb too!! My boyfriend always orders Chicken Katsu *chefs kiss * highly recommend. overall 4/5 only because it is expensive for the amount of food you get.

Walked into this beautifully renovated space and wasted no time ordering the bulgolgi fries. It's soooo good!

I got pork bun appetizer, mai tai and small fried chicken and the total, during happy hour, was $28. Thats pretty pricey in my opinion, and perhaps I was overcharged?? In any case, I thought the food and the ambiance was generally pretty good, but the "spicy" Korean chicken is not even slightly spicy and it was served pretty cool. In addition, there was very minimal sauce. For the price, I was pretty let down.

We got the Bolgolgi and the Korean tacos and both were disappointing and expensive. We ordered at the Pasadena location. This was the 2d time that I’ve had their Bolgolgi and unfortunately it was as tasteless and bland as I’ve ever had. A friend of mine makes this at home and it’s orders of magnitude better that this! My wife had the Korean beef tacos and she was disappointed as well. Very sad to file this! Hopefully they can improve!!

Excellent, unique food that is made fresh, and tastes great. I recommend ordering the small combo with a bold rock hard cider, pickled radish and kimchi. The portions are very large. I was stuffed after eating here. Very clean, updated establishment. Will eat here again for sure.

I have ordered take out 3 times from this place and have yet to get any of the sauces required for my order. Salad with no dressing and shrimp without the spicy mayo. EACH AND EVERY TIME. I am so very tired of driving back to this place for the rest of my meal.

10/10 recommend!! My husband and I ordered the family dinner that comes with fries and fried rice. So yummy!

Nice restaurant, good food, slow and some poor service. Went on a Friday night took a long time to get our food and they completely missed my boyfriend's meal. It took so long to have a waitress come ask how we were at this point we didn't ask for it just the box and a check. Previously had asked a Waitress for two waters to which she said "of course" and then disappeared went to clean tables instead and we never got our waters. No one really checked in with us for anything if we needed anything or drinks. If they were busy I would be more understanding but they all seemed to be crowded around the computers talking. Was not impressed.

A little fancier than other locations I’ve visited. Nice atmosphere and attentive servers. Food was good. Really enjoyed the calamari and the soft chicken tacos. Tasty sauce!

It was ok....a little pricy, but fried rice was pretty good .

Everything was great except the fried octopus (Takoyaki). My wife said there were some inconsistencies between the texture. Other than that the wings and the fried rice were delicious.

I have to say, this place pays incredible attention to detail. At the end of the night, they had cleaned every nook and cranny. Food was excellent—juicy wings—and service was excellent.

Soy garlic sauce is delicious. It's pricey, and got more expensive but I love the chicken here. We call ahead so no waiting.

The best fast food restaurant to visit if you're in the mood for some spicy and crispy Korean chicken. Their Bulgogi was delicious as well.

Poor quality! Bit pricey for lunch specials. Chicken I ordered taste like heated from the microwave. This location more like a carry out restaurant all chairs stack feels like they didn’t want costumer to dine in. Probably not coming back in this location. Just go to arundel mills bonchon much better!

The water was warm, yellow, and in solo cups.. they didn't have ice either. $30 for a small chicken tenders and fries. Do not reccomend, I will never eat at another Bonchon

I only been here twice and I got the bowl and it was so very good. The first time that I went back a couple days later and got another bowl. Great food fresh. The lettuce is crunchy and crisp. The food is just absolutely awesome and the people that are at the cashier are very pleasant, and they make you feel comfortable while you wait And the wait is not very long

When the store was open the Internet site was not accepting ordersnor did I get anyone on the phone even after trying for 10 minutes. I drove down there I was still forced to call the order in from the front window.

Food was fine, but when picking up a $150 order I expected to at least be greeted in a welcoming way, at LEAST "hello how may I help you?" Customer service makes this only 3 out of 5. Food alone would be 4.5

Family and I have been to this place multiple times. The soy-garlic chicken is fantastic. We recently noticed a "family" option added to the menu. $34 gets you 12 wings, 6 drumsticks, 2 sides, and a fried rice. We usually add an order of 10 strips and that easily feeds me, the wife, and 3 boys.

The staff was great 👍.

1 star for service. My mother took my children over here today and she said the management refused to let my 4yo use the bathroom. I make it a policy to never shop at a place that refuses to let me use the bathroom, in the current situation I would make an exception. But a 4yo, I find that cruel and heartless to treat a child like that.

I am a fan of Bonchon since trying it at a friend's suggestion in Virginia. I am not expecting it to taste like authentic Korean food. If you expect that, then don't try "Chinese" food! The chicken was so delicious and I am always a fan of the pickled radish. The staff was super nice, giving my daughter and me glasses of water while we waited the 15 minutes for our food. I am happy that there is a new location in such a convenient location to my house.

The spot is excellent and roomy, the meals was delicious and the rates were very fair. rapidly, efficient service and very attentive waiters. I highly recommend this place.

Great service but the the wing sauce (crunchy sweet) taste weird. It taste like olives. I’ve been to the Bonchon in Columbia and they taste great!

My first time at this location will be my last. I've never had a problem with the quality of food at the other locations, but for the first time, my soy garlic wings came out overcooked, burnt with salty skin with bland inside meat. It was so salty, I could only eat 2 pieces and had to down several cups of water. I ordered pickled radish, but received cole slaw. The order was placed ahead of time (about 20 minutes) for pick up, but they didn't start making it until we got there, had to wait another 20 there. I'm so disappointed that my local bonchon couldn't satisfy my craving, and I'll have to go to Ellicott City. It's an embarrassment to call this Korean fried chicken.

Food is great, however, the online delivery service is absolutely unacceptable. If you can still order on the delivery app and you accept the order without any info indicating that the location is closing soon , then the order should be fulfilled. But instead , the order is taken and order was “accepted “ and then 20 minutes an email come through stating the order was cancelled without explanation?!?! An order should not be“accepted” to begin with if there is not enough time allotted to fulfill. And in addition, if the order cannot be fulfilled , it should be indicated right away (not after confirmation ) in order to give the customer ample time to order elsewhere. This may the delivery service’s fault more so than Bon Chon but , in my opinion , this is who they choose to be affiliated with and should still be held accountable.

Awesome food

We went there tonight about 730-800pm. Not busy at all. Maybe 5 other people dining in. We sat right away and were given menus. We ordered drinks, took about 5 minutes. Ordered French fries and two combos or chicken. That took about 40-50 minutes. Mind you, the restaurant is still empty. When ordering, we had to repeat ourselves a handful of times because the waitress just did not seem to understand. Fine, whatever. While we’re waiting for our food, we got checked on ONCE; and that’s probably only because I was watching the waitresses just hang around. That one time the waitress checked on us she said “I’m sorry it’s taking so long, we have a new person in the back” - while everyone who ordered pick up is getting their food. The people who ordered AFTER us got their food first as well. We’re sitting and eating. Clearly finished. The waitress comes back and ask if we need boxes, we said we’ll take one. We can see her just hanging around. It takes about 5-10 minutes to get box. A to go box. Finally she gets the check and comes back with two boxes. We pay immediately so we don’t have to wait any longer. AMAZINGLY she took the payment right away and came back within minutes. Service is HORRIBLE. Bon Chon is normally packed, no wonder why this particular one was empty.

It was good, but a bit over priced for what you get. When I went the place was dead and took only 15min for the dish to come out. Overall the service is decent. The place is clean and again the food is good.

Big fan of Bonchons menu and service. Great for takeout. I think everyone would agree, it's a little pricey. This location is easy in and out. Staff here very friendly. Full service bar doesn't hurt either. Highly recommend.
