Bad
experience

the
shop.
Walked
in
to
enquire
about

was
told
by
the
frontline
female
staff
that
only
two
were
available.
My
gals
started
first
and
husband
and
I
were
told
to
wait.
We
waited
about
40mins
n
after
one
of
my
gal
had
finished,
I
thought
it
was
my
turn.
To
my
disappointment,
the
female
staff
allowed
another
middle
eastern
customer
to
start
first.
I
went
up
to
ask
why
wasnt
my
turn
first
and
the
staff
replied
in
a
rude
manner
saying
that
the
middle
eastern
customer
was
in
a
hurry
and
had
another
appointment
.
Husband
n
i
were
so
upset.
If
so,
the
female
statf
should
have
checked
with
us
if
it
was
ok
for
the
other
customer
to
start
first.
The
staff
didn’t
even
apologise
n
told
us
to
wait
for
next
available
one.
We
were
upset
at
her
way
of
handling
matters
and
told
her
we
would
not
want
to
continue
service
for
myself
and
husband.
When
we
were
told
to
make
payment
after
my
two
gals
gad
completed
their
manicure,
i
told
the
female
frontline
staff
(long
hair,
wore
black
jacket
and
skirt
with
a
sling
YSL
bag)
that
if
there
was
no
available
slots,
you
should
told
us
as
we
also
had
next
appointment
and
how
you
could
simply
allow
next
customer
to
start
when
we
were
queuing
for
so
long.
Best
part
was
this
staff
raised
her
voice
back
at
us
saying
that
the
other
middle
eastern
customer
had
made
appointment.
The
staff
could
make
up
whatever
story.
When
I
went
up
to
her
first
time,
she
said
the
customer
was
in
a
hurry
so
she
let
the
customer
to
start
first
and
now
raised
her
voice
to
say
the
customer
made
appointment.
This
was
the
worst
customer
service
I
experienced
in
bangkok.
First
time
to
experience
this.
I
googled
after
walking
out
and
saw
so
many
bad
reviews.
I
emailed
feedback
to
the
customer
service
and
no
one
bothered
to
reply.
