This Salon provides hair cut, hair coloring, traditional massage, hair perming, hair treatments and other services. They have good hair dye (using Wella color) or coloring, foot massaging and hair treatments. The prices are reasonable and some says it's the cheapest inside MBK and nearby surrounding area. We came again to have our hair dyed and hair cut at the same time. To our surprise, they gave us free hair cut when we purchased their dyeing hair service. My son and I enjoyed the foot massage here too. The massagers were delicate but firm in their massages with their strong finger tips which we could feel our blood flowing through our sole or calf to our upper foot and resonates to our body. Overall this place provides good hair treatment, wonderful massage services, great coloring and most relaxing massages.

(1800฿ that is not worth it Wasting money is not as bad as regretting your hair) Very bad, the receiver said they could do it all. But when the technician made it, it came out that it was not accurate at all. (On the 2nd day, the set didn't have any shape at all) Wrong choosing this shop. Shouldn't have gone to Tew's barber shop. Price is only 1000฿ and barbering is only 500 at Siam.

A simple haircut that comes with 2 washes, one before the cut and the other after the cut. The price is decent and so is the haircut. Not every personnel speaks English and if you need help just ask and they'll gladly assist.

If you want a cheap haircut to a fairly good standard with short wait times, come here. No fuss haircut with English speaking level good enough to explain what you want. They even wash your hair before and after.

I decided to get my hair done at this salon due to the friendly reception staff! Initially I wanted to get my hair rebonded but was told my hair isn't too healthy at the moment so they suggested a keratin treatment (which lasts 4-6 months) for 5000 baht. I think the price is quite steep but considering it's slightly cheaper back in Australia and the salon being in a popular area I didn't mind. All the ladies that tended to me was very nice and friendly. A lot of chatter in the salon between the staff which means everyone gets on and better service for me! My phone died and I was panicking as I couldn't show the hairdresser the cut I wanted but the lady told me not to worry and that she'll help me search on her phone. Luckily I was able to find the exact picture and my haircut is exactly what I wanted. Don't hesitate to come here and make sure you're clear on what services you want and how much the end price is :)

Alright. I was looking for a fast and efficient hairdresser...and I found it! Fair price, for long hair cutting and blow drying shampoo. I had the right to 2 hairdressers for the blow-drying in order to go faster. Fortunately because I left Bangkok right after. I was afraid with my hair from my origins that they don't know how to do due to lack of practice, but they knew how to do what I wanted, and even now without blow drying it looks good. THANKS !

Unstaedy / Unreasonable Price. The first time I was there for my haircut before was impressive with the qualities, good service & reasonable price (350 Baht for shampoo, haircut, hair dry) So I came for a second time, this time I was trying to ask for the price but they denied to informed me. At the end it was 2000 Baht for my shampoo, normal brown color, hair spa, simply haircut (she did my hair less than 5 min), and dry set, totaly 1 hr for the service. The quality is acceptable but the uncompleted information had me disappointed 😞

Wish to express many thanks to Mariam as her skills and professionalism is beyond my expectations! I'm not a picky person by nature but Mariam from Bigcut had gave me the most memorable experience which left me really touched as I had never felt anyone this passionate in cutting hair! (I had nice barbers before however hers was exceptional!) Passed by Bigcut by chance and decided to take a gamble on my hair. They were upfront on their cost which was 300baht(guy cut), which unexpectedly came with shampoo wash, which they washed my hair for 3 times with nice smelling shampoo. Sat down and told Mariam to anyhow cut but she was really detailed in cutting my hair. Shaved a few times , trimmed a few times and checked over and over again for little flaws. Also she gave suggestions on my hair length and asked if I set up my hair usually or not so that she can cut according to my needs. (This is what real service line is called; to understand a consumer perspective based on their needs) I also came with my partner which was an OCD person, and she had lots of compliments for Mariam too! She asked if I wanna set up my hair as I think she guessed that we'll be going to shop, initially thought it'll be an additional add on to the price but when I was paying the bill it was still 300bhat!! She helped me to curl up the hair Abit for volume and wow! Made my flat straight hair to be looking like some Korean pop star haha! Overall really great experience that I will remember!!!

2.5/5 stars. Went with my wife and daughter. I did a wash and blow and mani pedi. And my wife did hair treatment. No complaints, decent service. However, my daughter went for a wash and cut and it was a rushed effort. They cut a bob for her, and it was not a good job. It was uneven, left with long strands of hair that was missed, I’m back home in Malaysia at another hairdresser to fix Bigcut’s mistake. MBK center great for cheap deals. You get what you pay for!

Excellent value for money. They wash your hair both before and after the haircut. English skills were more than sufficient.

There are a lot of staff and there is almost no waiting time. I always ask the usual staff to do it, but it costs 2000 baht for a cut and color. Most of the customers are foreign tourists, and the gender split seems to be evenly split. You can request a leg and shoulder massage for a fee while you wait for your hair coloring. I think it was 200 baht?

Very satisfied with the service. High quality ash blonde balayage and patina, as well as a cut and blow dry. Two hairdressers took care of me the whole time. I have fine blonde hair and they took care of it. Total cost 4500 Bath (price similar to France)

My daughter liked her new hair style and Mariam took time to snip her hair into the correct shape while I had Sri do a foot massage for me. This salon has an extensive menu of services ie, massages, micro eyebrow blading, hair salon, lip tattoos and even nails. A whole family could go and everyone gets something done. Nice. Haircut costs 400baht and my massage costs 300baht.

This is a popular salon here in Bangkok. Many Thai and foreign customers come here. The salon has many services. My whole family spent many hours here. Staff are very friendly. We love it! Will come back next time.

Bad experience at the shop. Walked in to enquire about 3 manicures n 1 pedicure service n was told by the frontline female staff that only two were available. My gals started first and husband and I were told to wait. We waited about 40mins n after one of my gal had finished, I thought it was my turn. To my disappointment, the female staff allowed another middle eastern customer to start first. I went up to ask why wasnt my turn first and the staff replied in a rude manner saying that the middle eastern customer was in a hurry and had another appointment . Husband n i were so upset. If so, the female statf should have checked with us if it was ok for the other customer to start first. The staff didn’t even apologise n told us to wait for next available one. We were upset at her way of handling matters and told her we would not want to continue service for myself and husband. When we were told to make payment after my two gals gad completed their manicure, i told the female frontline staff (long hair, wore black jacket and skirt with a sling YSL bag) that if there was no available slots, you should told us as we also had next appointment and how you could simply allow next customer to start when we were queuing for so long. Best part was this staff raised her voice back at us saying that the other middle eastern customer had made appointment. The staff could make up whatever story. When I went up to her first time, she said the customer was in a hurry so she let the customer to start first and now raised her voice to say the customer made appointment. This was the worst customer service I experienced in bangkok. First time to experience this. I googled after walking out and saw so many bad reviews. I emailed feedback to the customer service and no one bothered to reply.

I told the barber about what i wanted to be cut. I only want a straight cut but seem like the barber didn't listen for what i've been told. This is more than 1 cm length. And i'm unsatisfied with this. I know the barber will know best for hair cut but at least you should listen to whom they pay for you. In the end my haircut doesn't get any fixes cos it too short to fix.

Anyone who wants to perm their volume is advised not to enter this shop at all. My hair has been dyed and I'm not sure if it can be permed or not, so I came to ask the technician at this shop. The technician said he could do it. There were 5-6 people standing and cheering for us. There was no checking of my condition and no professionalism. But if I accept a job and take the money to get a perm, my hair will be shocked and the ends will split very hard. The technician has a face for money, no skills, and I'm at a loss for words.
