If true is what has been said that Ozon Hotel threats his own customers for true opinion when it has been given 6/10 that or they cancel it or they she them and send to jail it means such Hotel does not deserve for more than 1 out of 5 star. If they do not agree with the opinion his own customers they should discuss and try to improve in areas where it needs to. They behaved like North Korean Hotel where any day of criticism is prohibited. Shame on you! If opinion is based on state of facts you should apologize and say Thank you instead of threats of jail. For such horrible treat of your customer I am not intend to stay in your hotel ever in the future.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. On the one side it’s nicely made and the hotel staff is lovely. On the other side cleanliness could be better and the walls are made of paper. One night we had girls giggling all night (eventually they stopped 1 hour later), on our second night we had a guy next room massively snoring plus some guests being very loud outside. The storage possibilities in the room could be improved since there was only one hanger in the wall. The coffee and tea cups provided were a bit dirty and the was no complimentary coffee nor tea. They didn’t redo our beds in two days we stayed there. Breakfast was very bad. Sorry. For the money we payed not worth the hotel. Sorry.

I was in this hotel in quarantine during 2 weeks. WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE. - I paid 45000 bth for a so calledjunior suite. It is not a suite but the kind of room you can rent for less than 1000 bth per night. - shower: it is or too hot or cold. - The food is simply HORRIBLE. In 10 years in Thailand I have never seen that bad. Street food is better but you can't order food outside. - They did clean my room only 2 times in 2 weeks. - only half a liter of water per day is included in the price. If you want more you have to pay. - Internet doesn't work, lucky I had a Thai sim card with 3G. Some other client were not so lucky. - No international TV channels. Too bad if you don't speak Thai. - I have spoken with some other guys who have paid less for better service. Even if the staff is kind, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL

This place is not worth all the money. Management is rude and yells at guests. Rooms smell and there is dust on all surfaces in the room. You can hear things moving around in the walls. Do not come here. You have been warned.

I stayed here under the ASQ quarantine 15 day period. It's a budget ASQ so don't expect the comforts of a normal hotel. The food is horrible. Always late. Mostly cold. The wifi is bad to okay depending on the time. My smart tv didn't work netflicks. Only use was for YouTube. My view was of a run down abandon tall building. The bed was comfy but the pillow were too hard. Air con work perfect no problems. At the end of the day you pay for what you get. Budget 35.600 baht. Gets you bad food, bad wifi but a comfy bed then this ASQ hotel is for you. Would I stay here again. Nope. I will pay double for a better hotel. Live and learn.

Amazing hotel in a quiet but central location of Bangkok! It doesn't have many reviews yet as it's new but don't let that fool you..! The rooms were big and clean, the breakfast was nice, the staff was very helpful and pleasant and as mentioned above, the location was mint! I can definitely recommend!

Ozone Hotel ASQ. So I'm out after my 15 days... Quick run down for other wearying travellers! Hotel isn't well organised in truth for ASQ. Guy was 30 mins late collecting me from airport (which really annoyed 3 airport security who were stuck babysitting me) Dumped in front of hotel and took my case etc myself inside and met medical team. They checked my docs and told me room number then sent me on my way with bags. Room isn't that big (considering it was supposed to be a junior suite) more like a standard room but with 2 single beds. Comfortable all the same. AC was a nightmare as it did what it wanted no matter how much I tried... Sweating or freezing! All Comms is via line with reception. First test day 5, second test day 12. (Had to chase results) The test area is outside infront of hotel which is a bit strange, getting the swab stuck in my nose whilst local taxi and strangers having a good look! The rest area you are allowed to go to after 1st test is the same said area where test is done, few flower pots separating the highly contagious biohazard and the rest of the public. Food.... Cutlery and plate provided in room with washing liquid and sponge. First day was terrible and really annoyed me. Joak with a fresh egg... Not what I would expect. Remaining meals were mainly Thai with the odd spaghetti Bolognese all served in plastic containers or bags like street food. No choice, get what your given. Food typically cold. Rice 3 times a day most days. For me I'm not too fussy but if you don't like like spicy Thai food then steer clear as you'll starve. No microwave in room There is a kettle but no tea / coffee / milk. There is a menu for room service but all attempts to order I was advised "kitchen closed today". My room was only serviced on day 13. Check out was told to leave between 6-9am Reception gave me 2 test results and certificate then I was free. I booked here as it was only one available for my dates and I'm thankful to be here. But having seen other reviews I would say look at other options, 40k may not be top end but I saw much better for less on here. Stay safe

I was there 2 weeks in quarantine late September.Pick up from airport was well arranged and transfer to downtown Bangkok went well, not too much traffic on that Saturday. Welcome and check in was swiftly arranged as well as the 2 covid test later on. Rooms are clean, air con working well, TV had only Thai channels, WiFi is a bit slow. Food is delivered 3 times a day and you can order extra snacks and drinks. After your covid test, you can go to the small garden in front of the hotel (also for smokers).Overall, was a nice stay considering the circumstances.

We like the interior of the hotel, very new and stylish. The location is nice, lots of food options around the area and accessible via MRT as well. could be a nice stopover if you wanna reach Hualampong Train Station early in the morning or want to travel to Samyan Mitrtown and China Town. However, now there is no elevator and only one bottled water provided in the room.
