Have stayed here on previous trips and never had an isssue, but this latest trip (that I’m still on) has been nothing short of a nightmare. To start off, my request for a non-smoking room was ignored. When I went back to the front desk to check, rather than acknowledge the mistake, the person on duty insisted the room I was given is a non-smoking room, and I can assure you that by the smell and the ashtray in the room, it surely was not one. The next room I was given had a bathroom door that could not lock. When I raised it with the manager, he even admitted that ALL bathrooms in the hotel are unable to lock. True enough, the room I was changed to after this also could not lock. Better yet, the door could not even close. To make things worse, the towel hook on the wall was loose, and the tissue box even came off of the basin vanity, giving me a big shock. The ceiling light in the bathroom was also flickering, something the manager promised would be fixed the next day when I was out, but was not. Also, room key cards work NEVER work and take about 10-15 tries before you can get through. When speaking to the manager, he said that the hotel management is aware that there are several things that need fixing in the hotel, but aren’t going to do so just yet. I know I’m not paying for a 5-star hotel but these are really basic standards that a place such as Novotel should meet. An extremely disappointing stay. Safe to say, I’m never staying here again.

Note that now if you book this hotel, it's gonna be fully booked as the restriction has been lifted. Was not very impressed by the standard of the rooms. The superior room size is acceptable for me as a solo traveller, but the maintenance of its room facilities needs to be upgraded or touch up. And also the door does not close after you entered have to make sure you close it properly. As I was travelling for business, I came back at the end of my trip for a night stay before flying back to my home country. I was upgraded to the deluxe room, which I really thank the staff for the free upgrade. But the room was disappointing, the toilet sliding door could not be closed as the wheels have worn out. And the paints on the wall was starting to peel off, at the same time the room some how seems smaller than the superior room. A friendly advise if you are a walking branded shop/shopping mall don't booked a cheap room and try to request for a free upgrade. If you can afford the branded stuffs, you can afford a suite room. Don't cheap on it. Because I encountered a group of guests try to bully the counter staffs into a free upgrade. The staffs are the some of nicest people I have met and how well they handled the situation. Breakfast buffet was very good, can be considered upon booking the hotel room. But do not have high expectations of the room as mentioned much maintenance and touched up need to be done.

We were there 2 months ago. I thought I write a review of our experience. The hotel is buzzing which is a good indication that tourism is back in Bangkok. No problem accessing the BTS and shopping malls. Our room was decent size, clean and feels comfortable. We had a good view of the city, You can listen to what is on the TV while your are in the toilet, which is fun. We are happy with the breakfast buffet, lots of variety, not much Thai food though. We had their seafood dinner buffet which is excellent. If you don't fancy the hotel food, there are lots of food shops/restaurants nearby like the Siam Paragon.

The location is great. For such a well-known brand, I was disappointed in the quality of this 4-star hotel. We could have booked elsewhere for less and better. I think it is at most a three-star hotel. The exterior of the hotel looks quite old, and even inside the hotel, only the lobby appears decent. As I entered the elevator and the room, I just didn't like the overall feeling. The hotel bathroom is extremely small, with the toilet right up against the wall, making it difficult for someone with long legs to use it comfortably. The showerhead in the bathroom has a particularly weak water flow, which makes taking a shower a torture. The soundproofing is extremely poor; you can hear every noise, making it impossible to sleep well. During check-in, they kept asking us for payment, even though we had already received a receipt indicating that we had paid. It was only after explaining that we found out it was a system issue, and they hadn't actually deducted the payment yet. They should improve their system to clearly indicate when payment hasn't been processed.

Stayed here for day 1 and 5 of the Test and Go program as they had the best prices. The staff were friendly and we got our pcr results within 6-12 hours. Unfortunately, the hotel is quite outdated and it clearly shows in the rooms. They rooms were really run down and not very clean. Would recommend paying the extra 200thb per night for the deluxe room, it wasn’t as run down as the superior.

The best thing was the staff, super friendly and helpful. The lounge and bar in the lobby had live music most nights and was an enjoyable place to unwind after a big day, or to plan the next adventure. The hotel restaurant was great, breakfast menu was large and varied. The conference facilities were also great. The rooftop pool was like a bath. Rooms were starting to look a bit dated, but still large, clean and comfortable. Siam Square is a great location within easy reach of the rest of the city. I'd happily stay here again in the future.

The buffet breakfast was good with sufficient variety to suit all tastebuds. However the rooms were run down. Quite disappointing when you first enter the room thinking this is like a 3 star hotel. Rust & Dirt prevail. Saw 2 baby cockroaches running across the bedroom floor. No wonder the price was so low now. On checking in, was told that they were short on housekeepers and we had to wait till later to check in. Eventually got the key at 3pm. Massage houses that used to line the street across the hotel were mostly gone.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL OR ORDER FOOD FROM THEIR RESTAURANTS. I stayed one week with this hotel and during my stay, I ordered room service for my 2 year old. In his kids meal, I found multiple strands of what looked to be pubic hair. I am absolutely mortified and disgusted how someone could be so malicious to do that to a child. I don’t care about hair but this was clearly not hair from someone’s head. You be the judge. They removed the charges from my bill but that does not make things better. I’m an avid traveller and have eaten in restaurants all around the world. I’ve never experienced anything so disgusting in my life.

Amazing hotel, amazing location and amazing and super friendly service. Very thankful to all the staff there. The food at the lounge by the reception area is very good and the huge screen were showing football so it was amazing to eat and watch. The location is fantastic, walking distance to a large shopping mall, a few meters from a street food market and a above-Street train high is very clean and had a good setup. Many stores and restaurants all around the hotel.

Not impressed with the service. They told me my room will be ready at 2pm, but in the end they said need half an hour more. I asked whether I can have a bottled water (which they usually put in the rooms anyway), but they refused to get it for me and told me to go to the bar to purchase one small bottle for 59 THB. The check in was really slow as well. I waited for a good half an hour for two people in front of my queue.

We had a smooth check-in process their front desk officer TOY, was so nice to assist us. He saw we had kids with us and suggested a connecting room. Which we loved, it was nice of him to offer this since we didn’t think about it ahead. We had 3 rooms, and he made a way to put us in the same floor which we preferred since it was more convenient for us. He made our check in process smooth. Such a great start to our stay in their hotel especially from a long and tiring drive from HuaHin.

Stayed from 4-8 May 2023 under group booking. Check in Painful process as the staff was not too sure what's happening and took quite awhile. Room cleanliness Disaster - cockroaches spotted and bug crawling over towel. asked for replacement and the staff offered deep cleaning at 10pm at time of complaint. to my surprise the staff was just holding a piece of wet cloth wiping down surfaces....... until I had to specifically request for repellent. Security I had to head back to my room whilst housekeeping was underway. no verification was done and the housekeeper left the access card at the room. just think about the security concern with this scenario. Location Central and convenient. Weekend can get quite noisy with live band performance and the room sound insulation is BAD. Overall Will not stay over the hotel again.

I used to book at this hotel, but this time, my experience was a bit bad. The lobby of the hotel smells sewage, I thought they would fix it. The hotel staff is no longer friendly as I remembered. I they put me on hold almost all the time!! I wanted to leave, but I already paid in advance. Besides that the location of the hotel is excellent. I would like to thank Ms. Poly, hotel cleaning lady, she is amazing, also I would like to thank restaurant staff also.

The drainage around the hotel is very poor and extremely smelly. The smell actually lingers around the lobby and the lower floor rooms can also smell it. I don’t understand why the hotel don’t spent a bit of money on air fresher. It feels like a rubbish dumpster. Love the location but probably won’t be back again. The soundproof is poor. U can hear the kids slamming the door and sound in their room. It’s too noisy to have a restful sleep.

Its a love-hate choice. Love the location, its easy walking to so many shopping places. If you prefer air con mall shopping with high end stuff, this is where you call a base camp. Breakfast is not fantastic, only for convenience, there are lots of cafe around even dim sum in Paragon. The hotel is really really dated. Its not falling apart but its dated. Room was 80% clean with comfy bed and its quiet though sometimes you hear occasional noise from corridor. The smell at public area really needs a resolution. I think simple way is to use a nice aroma fragrance since there are so many choices locally.

I chose to stay at this hotel as test and go package required us to have a one night quarantine. I asked them question through facebook a couple of times and they were fast to respond. However, you can only book through email and I didn’t like the way I have to send them photos of my credit card just to book it. Two weeks later, I wanted to inform them that details of my flight was changed and I wanted to book one more night with them. Five days later no reply at all so i resent the email and at the same time contacting them through facebook and more five days passed no one respond to my message. It was 3 days before my flight and I was worried so I asked my mum in Thailand to call them and they replied “we acknowledged the change of tour flight” but didn’t have the time to tell me that?? My mum complained to them a bit and an hour later they finally replied my email after like two and a half week. After I arrived at the hotel, I informed the receptionist that I want to move the breakfast package that I bought to the second morning of my stay and she said it’s impossible. I told her that her colleague told me in the email that it’s possible so she let me. During the stay, the speed dial they gave on the phone did not work at all. I tried calling reception and restaurant and it said the number hasn’t been registered. I tried calling the hotel phone number and it worked. Since then I had to call them through their phone number (9 digits) every time which i think it’s ridiculous. I also thought that it’s their job to inform us the covid test so that we can go out the next they. We waited until 10am and no one called. So I had to call them to ask about my result. I felt like if After checking out, they didn’t inform us anything about second pcr test that we need to do on day 5-7 of our trip. We didn’t know where to go. I tried asking them but no one answered. Luckily, I have a friend who works at a hotel so she gave me the list of hospitals that we could go. The room is a bit old and the bathroom door creates squeaky sounds (super annoying). The food from room service was nice but they served the food without cutlery which I had to call them to bring it again.

First impression that struck you when you get out of the taxi is the smell of the area. The entire place smells like sewage. However the hotel did an excellent job in ensuring that the rooms smells pleasant. Hotel location is one of the better ones I’ve stayed in. Walking distance to everything. This is important as you do not want to be stuck in traffic. Subway station is also nearby and many excellent shops for massage.

Was there in June 2023 for a few nights. Will not return. Extremely noisy in the room as the sound proofing is very poor. You can hear the slamming of the doors of EVERY room in your floor. The bf restaurant is too small and often there is a long line to enter. The lobby has a bad odour throughout my stay. Only positive is the good location.

Location is perfect, in the center of the city and next to the BTS station. Rooms are clean on the surface but have a sustained smell that never goes away. Service is very prompt. The pool is a wonderful plus. We only tried the food in the restaurant once and we didn’t like it. Probably up for some renovation.

The dim sum buffet simple worth every single baht you going to pay. Quality is good, portion is decent, and variates are huge. Eveything is fresh and many even made right in front your eyes. Certainly worth a visit again.

Excellent service from the premier staff. Shout out to Ms Noey for being extra meticulous and customer-centric service. She goes extra mile to help with my queries and meeting needs. Hotel has good location, at the BTS Siam station, with lots of good massages and restaurants, also opposite Siam Paragon. Rooms are average only, but clean and good size. If you are looking for convenience, food options, and shopping, this is the place to go.

The service and staff are wonderful at this hotel. The GYM is pretty well equipped for an hotel gym and it even has a little sauna to use. The location is fantastic for shopping and enjoying the city. No real negatives and the price point is a bargain for what you get. It’s comfortable, child friendly and feels safe.

Exceptional Service and Warm Hospitality at NOVOTEL BANGKOK ON SIAM SQUARE I must say that the level of service and hospitality provided by the staff, especially Mint, was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome that immediately made me feel at home. Mint, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request I had made a significant difference in my overall experience. The quality of service I received during my stay was top-notch. The staff was always attentive and ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was helping me with my luggage, providing useful local recommendations, or ensuring that my room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, they consistently exceeded my expectations. Mint, in particular, deserves special recognition for her outstanding dedication to making guests feel valued and cared for. Her friendly demeanor, professionalism, and genuine interest in ensuring my stay was enjoyable were truly commendable. She is a shining example of what excellent customer service should be. Thank you once again to Mint and the entire team for making my stay so special.

This is a relatively old hotel. The lifts has no ventilation and does not come with card access. There is a certain smell the moment one steps into this hotel, even at the lobby. Staffs are friendly and most of them are able to converse in English, if one is unable to speak Thai. Easy access to train station though. Do not use the hotel's vehicles, except for airport transfers.

We came as a family of 3 with our daughter and we feel very welcome by Mint, Noey and May. They are very understanding as my daughter make a mess but they are always ready to help us to clean up. They are always offering us food and drinks as they know that we are busy handling our child. They are very friendly towards my child and my child has a great experience. The hotel even decorated the room with balloons for my daughter's birthday and she loves it so much.

May and Mint have been a great help to us and very accommodating to our requests. We stayed for a week and have been dropping by the premier lounge after our meetings on this work trip and had a daily cocktail. It’s a really nice place for breakfast too, the eggs Benedict is heavenly!

This is our second time in this hotel ever since Covid open. The renovation has been completed and the place is all up and running. We were greeted by the guest relations fonne and all the way she was smiling. It was really welcoming and she is very helpful. Overall the service was as good as the last time when we visited. Thank you for the warm Welcome and helping us to get the same level rooms!

Extremely good and convenient location with MANY massage parlours just right at the street where the hotel is located. Siam paragon can be reached within 3 minutes by crossing the overhead bridge just behind the hotel. The hotel prepared cakes on the day we arrived and on my husband's birthday, with a surprise decorative set-up on the bed. However, room was not soundproof and it can get a bit noisy in the morning as you can hear people walking outside or slamming the doors. Other than that, the room and toilet are clean and it's a good stay at a reasonable rate.

Good hotel, great service. If you stay at a junior suite (or above), you get access to the premier lounge which is very useful for families. Service there is fantastic as well. Special shout-out to Mint and Noey for their hospitality.

Love the aircond here. Its so cool, after a hectic day strolling around Bangkok. And the room welcome you with cool temperature. Its a bit outdated, but clean. Breakfast has many options and mostly delicious. I love the pastry here

  • 3/5 Edmund H. 5 months ago on Google
Location is fantastic if you are in Bangkok to eat and shop as it is slap bang in the middle of Siam Square. The hotel has undergone various phases of renovation but is still an old property resulting in very poor sound proofing in the rooms. I booked the junior suite was surprised to find that there was a lack of a work desk despite all the space available, and the bathroom was tiny in comparison to the room. Water drainage in the shower was an issue as well. Personally, this hotel is not for me but that is not to say that it should not be considered depending on what you are in Bangkok for.

Was disappointed with my room totally! Generally very run down and bathroom was mouldy. Before checked in, I wanted a new revamped room. Reception assured me that the rooms were constantly upgraded. It was unfortunately a lie. TV was down but issue rectified after we filed a complaint. Location is a plus as there were many massage parlours in the area. Walking distance to a few eateries and shopping malls.

I am so impressed by the service from Dew. And his English is so well spoken. We arrived early and room wasn’t ready. Dew was kind enough to upgrade us to a room so that we can check-into our room straight away. Superb service from him. Thank you Dew for the awesome service!

Great hotel location. But check in took a bit longer, reception staff seemed a bit confused. Had to ask them to check if I had any welcome drinks since I'm a gold member. hotel smells a bit weird, rooms are decent but not so clean. Hotel room is spacious and has free bottled water. Hotel slippers need to be replaced because of its poor quality

Very well situated hotel. Close to major malls and BTS. Very good service from the Reception Staff named Bank who explained everything perfectly and gave us a free room upgrade without us asking. Thanks for holding our luggage for so many hours before check in. Will be back for sure.

It is one of the most convenient Novotel in Bangkok, with plenty of shopping, food and massage options in the vicinity. Though a little old now, the service of the team is great and they made me feel welcome. - The gym and pool definitely needs upgrading though. - Breakfast option was average. - Air quality and smell needs an overhaul please.

  • 1/5 Bernard T. 6 months ago on Google
Novotel was consider as one of the nice hotel generally people would go for. Even in Singapore as well. Came here yesterday to meet up with my wife for a casual holiday. The moment I entered the hotel lobby, to my most shocking, I was greeted by a very strong smell of drainage choking scent filled around the whole lobby. I was definitely shocked to experience this in the lobby itself, where outside smell much better than the lobby. What is happening to the hotel?? Cover my nose and spoke to the reception and seems like no one do anything about it. The rooms are fine, everything is working well. But the scent of that drainage choking is really unwelcoming. Not only it filled the whole lobby, even the passageway to the room have a slight scent of that too. Well, I don’t know after this will I consider this hotel again. Definitely that kind of smell is not everyone’s liking. The scent it’s really so strong that you can never missed it. I’m sure they can come out something better like filled the whole place with many air purifiers with one kind of nice scent all over the lobby to at least mask it or even reduce the drainage smell. But it seems like they just don’t bother about it. Though the location is close to the buzz of the city nice shopping area. I’m sure I can find another better hotel nearby apart from this.

The location was fantastic – step out and stroll through the lively streets of Siam Square. However, the unpleasant odor upon entering the hotel reception was quite a turn-off, at least in my opinion. This aspect could be improved. On the bright side, the room service was commendable.

Hotel is in a perfect location. Check in was easy and my room was available a bit early which is always a bonus… The hotel was very thoughtful and even left me some special surprises for my birthday 🥳.. Thank you!!! The rooms are spacious and the bed is extremely comfortable. The rooms are in need of a little improvement, the wear and tear on the aging rooms is noticeable. Overall it’s a great hotel, great location and great staff.

The hotel's location is fantastic for those who want to shop and be in the center of Bangkok. The hotel is very beautiful and well decorated. The rooms are clean, spacious with views of the city. I had been staying in this hotel every time I am in Bangkok. However, the service is getting worst. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The rest are all bad. The room is a bit rundown, TV resolution is blurred, air-conditioning is not functioning well, electric kettle is leaking, toilet door is creaking, the staffs cannot understand simple english especially the reception staffs and the aircon service man. I had paid extra for a late check-out and had informed the staff during the check-in, yet this was not been taken note of. During my last day, the card access to the room was disable at 1pm. Totally disappointing and there is not even a word of apology. FYI, my reservation no is LPSSFBDT.

Centrally located, but old and outdated. Currently there is constructions in the front, which makes ordering cabs a nightmare. The staff are nice, but severely understaffed. Checking in takes more than 10 mins, checking out takes more than 10 mins. There are tons of hotels in Bangkok. Unless absolutely needs to be next to siam BTS or paragon, not my or your first choice.

As the COVID-19 pandemic, we understand the situation. Some services are not fully functional. Most staffs have Service mind as Thai hospitality. In my opinion, there are something’s to improve 1. Wifi security must be secured not open. It is dangerous to connect wifi here because no login and password. 2. Room decoration needs renovating. For example, fire alarm, bathroom lock, door lock and tower hanger. 3. The smell of the hotel must have aromatic and fragrance a bit. But now we have smell of old furniture.

Breakfast nice, but wifi really slow because open (no secured password), interior really outdated and need updated(renovation), elevator no security system, shop on the hotel(luggage and luggage) really not tourist friendly(their staff even dare to scold my mom and my sister) when we shopping on that store

Hotel staff's hospitality is 10/10. I booked the hotel as part of the test and go program. They are very helpful from the moment I booked online and needed to change the flight later they accommodated the request swiftly. I was greeted by the friendly and polite hotel representative once I arrived at the airport and accommodated me to the private transportation. Staffs at the hotel were very welcoming. Check-in process and PCRT was fast. I can see overall they have excellent service-minded though the guest next to me was having some issue and complained in a not-so-polite manner still the staff were very patient. The location of the hotel is superb in the heart of BKK just 3 minutes walk to Siam Paragon. Compare to the price it's already worth it just by the location and transportation from the airport alone. The room met the standard as advertised and clean. I was satisfied with it. The only improvement I wish the hotel consider is to make the hotel WiFi private for guests. It will be more secured that way. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay at Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square and would like to compliment all staffs. They did their job amazingly and contribute to the huge part of guest's satisfaction. Would recommend this and visit again in the future.

This is a sad run down hotel with outdated decor and furnishings. My room was poorly prepared with no towels and other amenities. The toilet flush was broken and many electrical sockets didn’t work. There are many better hotels in Bangkok similarly priced.

The hotel operator wasn't helpful and it was hard to contact the hotel. I called more than 10 times, but no one picked up my calls. Once there was someone answer, she couldn't answer my questions. Some of them didn't know the information of Test and go Package clearly especially from Agoda. She just answered as she had known before putting me through the Reservation.

Really enjoyed by staying there. Position is super convinience. Two steps and you get to Paragon shopping mall. Facilities are cool.

Got the free upgrade to deluxe room by the hotel staff. Thanks for the arrangement! However, the room was quite run-down and no proper maintenance. The toilet sliding door could not be closed as the door wheel was worn out, the paint of the wall was old and lot of stains on the wall. The most terrible was baby cockroaches and mosquitoes were found in the room. I called the hotel staff immediately and they asked me to leave the room for them to disinfect because there were no other available rooms at that moment. While chilling at the Lobby Bar, my legs were bitten by mosquitoes! It seems like there are no frequent pet control service in the hotel. The room rate charge per night is not cheap given that it is at the prime location. I hope Novotel can take this feedback seriously to improve the hotel condition.

We stayed for 4 nights. Was very disappointed as took very long to check us in as of 1 person was at check in counter. Service was poor and staff were abrupt esp at breakfast. Rooms were dull, very poor lighting, certainly needs an uplifting! Breakfast was ordinary, variety for non e vegetarian but for the 4 days there the Indian vegetarian was exactly the same 3 dishes! Staff couldn't cater for large number of people as food was not refilled quickly. The first room we were put in had cockraches, we complained and then moved to 14th floor. Duty manager was good on first might, thereafter we left messages fir him and he never contacted us. Bar tender Tiimmy was very rude to us. She asked for our room no, then told us to wait 1 hr more for happy hour. I will not recommend staying at this hotel even though location is great.

Wonderful staying experience in Novotel Siam. Location is pretty great with the Siam station at the side and malls around. We stayed at the Premier floor and had access to thee lounge. Lounge staff, Amm provided excellent service, remembered us and our preferences. Rooms wise, it is a bit old but overall still comfortable. Will consider this again for my next stay in Bangkok.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. We reached there at 3 am in the morning and they helped us to get an early check in instead of waiting for 2 pm. Also the plus point was there was a 24 hrs open Starbucks right in front of their entrance which helped us with our late dinner since we were famished. The rooms are amazing with a great view of the city. The television also is a smart one with great channels. Best thing is their wifi which is so super fast. Also walkable distance to the major shopping malls, Siam BTS and a 7/11. There are also pharmacy stores nearby in case of medical emergency. The staffs are very helpful and the hotel is very clean. We didn't go to the pool since we are non swimmers but the pool looked amazing and saw many families enjoying their time in it. During weekends the whole area near to the hotel becomes very active with live performances. Also the backstreet of the hotel gets active late at night with street food trucks selling alcohol and food if you want that late night vibe. We went there at 2 am to get food. Overall the location is pretty safe.

The hotel has the best location if you like going to malls like Siam Paragon, Central World, etc. or to walk around busy shopping areas like Siam Square One. Surrounded by restaurants, massage places..., which we enjoyed very much. The room was good, service was good, my only complaint is that the price is too high. You also have to give the hotel a 300THB deposit when checking in, which they will refund when you check out.

This was our third stay at Novotel Siam in last three years and once again we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The hotel has maintained its reputation for providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel has family-friendly atmosphere with a great pool, which was clean and well-maintained. Our kid had a great time splashing around. Having access to the premium lounge added a touch of luxury to our stay. The happy hour offered a good selection of food, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, including a special halal food corner, catering to various dietary preferences. The hotel's location is convenient, with Siam Paragon Mall and Central World Mall just a short walk away. MBK Mall was also within walking distance, providing even more shopping opportunities. We also appreciated the proximity of various massage options near the hotel. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Novotel Siam. While it didn't exceed my expectations in every aspect, the hotel's comfortable rooms, family-friendly environment, good amenities, and convenient location make it a solid choice for families visiting Bangkok.

Perfect location exactly in the heart of the city centre. Very practical when travelling with kids. Good service a bit of a issue with language barrier but OK, solved. Good premises pool room and big selection for breakfast.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Although the towels need updated new towels. Some rooms don't have working desk, so you may have to request for it. Prices are moderate above average

Location was centrally situated, good for shopping king and queen. Hotel room is quite comfortable and with a nice view. Bed is clean and fresh. Only thing is they need to improve the toilet doors. Can peep inside even when locked.

As a tourist, I have been here for many times already. This is truly a great place to stay as they have many amenities such as a buffet, swimming pool, and a lounge below. There used to be a game console there, but after COVID, they removed it for, of course, safety purposes. Other than that, the shops around it is pretty decent, and I had a great experience overall there.

Location can't be better in bangkok. Surrounded by malls n shops all around. Rooms are generally clean and well-lit. However, there were a couple of problems with the bathroom. Firstly, the wall opposite to the toilet seat had number of stains and markings, which I think was a very obvious and should have been reported by the service staff themselves. Secondly, the shower water was leaking from the bath cabin spreading all over the floor outside. This couldn't be resolved even after my complaint and visit of maintenance staff. There was no tissue box in the room. Rest the hotel was fine. Breakfast had good variety. Even had a separate section for halal food which was nice.

I was allowed to enjoy a night in Bangkok with my daughter and I chose this hotel. And this was definitely the right decision! Not only does the hotel have the best location, it exceeds all expectations we had. We know some hotels in the city and even if some comments here are negative, I can't confirm any of them. The staff is extremely competent and accommodating. Especially, I would like to mention Mr TAR from check-in. A big compliment to his professionalism and above all we appreciated the speed with which all formalities were completed. Thank you TAR! The rooms were lovingly decorated with flowers and 2 elephants made of towels and I have rarely felt so welcome as here. Everything clean and made with love! The breakfast was very rich and there was something for everyone to enjoy! All in all, our stop was a complete success & we will gladly come back!

Here for a week or so for dome dental work. Hotel is quite pleasant, modern with Premium rooms and a separate Premium Lounge. Gourmet bar is clean and convenient. Staff are friendly and willing g to help, would recommend a visit. Family oriented locality in Siam Square, walking distance to 2 major shopping centres and public transport.

Unbeatable location. Siam Square is just at your doorsteps and Siam Paragon is right across the street. The BTS station is also just minutes away. The hotel itself could use some refurbishment, but it is comfortable nonetheless. A fantastic option, if your plan is simply to shop, shop, then shop some more.

A top notch experience. I enjoyed our stay at Novotel a lot. We went when the Covid requirements of Thailand were just starting to be lifted. We ended up doing a room that was so expensive simply because we paid extra money for the SHA approved rooms, we were vaccinated and found out later that we didn't need it. As such, I communicated that to the team. They very kindly upgraded our room and gave us credits for the leftover amount. Which we bought some delicious wine with. Everyone was very helpful. We also had a pick up service which was very luxurious! Truly made our trip worth every penny. Also, the location is phenomenal. A bit outside the hustle bustle yet close enough to several malls. Great for walking and shopping and eating.

I checked into Room 1603 , the so called Premier Floor from 21 to 24 October 2022. Bathroom facilities were poor and certainly aimed at saving money rather than for the comfort of the hotel guess. There is no bidet (I am not expecting an electronic one), even most 2 to 3 star hotels would usually have a simple bidet next to toilet bowl. A tiny 40ml tube of body washing liquid is simply not enough to have two showers a day. A very small piece of soap , about size of a 10 Bhat coin is also too small for a day's use. Finally, the water pressure at the shower is so low that it is impossible to have a refreshing shower after a sweaty day under Bangkok's hot and humid weather. My first night was spent with room air condition stuck at 25 Degree C, even though I repeatedly set it at 19 Degree C. However, to their credit, the air condition issue was rectified the following day. Staff service attitude is good and commendable. Breakfast spreads are good.

Had a one night stay here and was pleased. It's very good value in an excellent location. It's a busy hotel, check in was reasonably quick and staff was very friendly. Room was quite small but clean and everything worked well. The location right next to Siam BTS is very convenient. Very busy during the day but a little quieter later on.

This hotel is in a great location, but it is absolutely not worth the price. The lobby and all hallways on each floor smell like a sewage leak, you cannot get away from the poop smell. It is absolutely foul. The breakfast buffet is expensive but worth it. The pool is nice but very limited seating. The rooms aren’t great and are much smaller than they appear online. Staff are very nice and kind. All in all, you can find much nicer for much cheaper.

The hotel is amazing and the location is just perfect, It’s located in siam square. Siam square one shopping mall is just 2 minutes away and it takes about 5 minutes to walk to Siam paragon and Siam center. The staff are so friendly and kind. I would like to mention the staff at the front desk INN and WAT, they were so nice, kind and very polite. I asked them for a help and they did their best to help me. They were so friendly and very helpful. Thank you very much INN and WAT for your kind help. I appreciate that a lot. I am very happy to be here in this hotel. I would like to visit Novotel hotel again when I come to Bangkok.
