MOLDY and LOUD Honestly? This place is disgusting. There's mold in the shower, which doesn't work properly and looks like they never clean it (see video/pictures). No elevator or assistance getting luggage to the 3rd floor. All the furniture is aged and falling apart. The beds are cheap and it's super overpriced. I've paid 2-3 times what I usually have to stay here expecting luxury and it's the dirtiest cheapest looking place I've stayed. Also, there is no sound insulation so you can hear the party street all night. WORST SPA EVER? Last night in Thailand, what a disappointment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Very Good Resort! Calm and peaceful! Rooms are Near and clean, services are very good. Staff is courtiest. The resort is Very close to Bangla Road, Yet excluded so no surrounding noises can be heard at all. Food is very good. The pool is very good, +steam room. Recommend it for sure.

Great service, everyone are so nice and helpful. The hotel is really clean, the room was great! They have pool, massage, spa and the beach is really close. Breakfast is amazing! A lot of different meals, everything nice prepared and decorated! You can also take other meals during the day, and you will not be disappointed. My recommendation !

Very nice rooms with balcony and a large swimming pool with bar. Attentive staff and easy access to local attractions. Only one issue... The room slippers are apparently "reusable". We used them to go out and around the pool area and then disposed them at the end of our stay. Apparently they are reused for next guest and are charged at THB 150 per pair. I am okay for paying.. But not comfortable using slippers that have been used by other guests in the past.

We got a real good rate when we book two months ago $77 (now 120). We got a second floor pool view. Buffet is good, pool is great. The workout facility and spa look nice but did not use it. Found it odd that there were no electrical outlets in the bathroom. Bathroom was dim - difficult to shave. All TV/ News stations are Thai or Chinese.
