The pool site is unfortunately not so great.. barely space for 2 sun chairs... and the pool not so clean. Other than that everything was great.

Had an overall very good stay at the Eriksson Guesthouse. It's up a hill away from the main buzz of Patong, but easily walkable, even in the rain. Staff were friendly and the pool was nice! Some of the facilities were dated/ broken/ not 100% clean but we thought it was fair for the price we paid. Good sleep and no issues with noise or anything. They partner with Handy, which give you a smartphone you can use during your stay which is a cool touch.

Small pool with deck, perfect for a hot day. Room has closet with plenty storage. Nice enough for the price. Friendly staff.

Farther from things and beach than anticipated. Quiet. Good pool. Helpful staff. Great air con. Locks on every room. On a dead end road in a residential area, do not expect many nearby eating or service establishments. Tuk tuks need to be called.

This guesthouse was pretty nice. The workers were awesome and helpful whenever my party and I needed assistance. The pool was under construction for the majority of the time while staying here, but they suggested we use the pool from a another one of their locations which was also nearby. The pool is now open though haha.

A little pricey but a very good option if you have a large party (6 to 8 people) who want to live in an apartment. Staff are competent and professional. The building has some wear but I saw various maintenance work being performed everyday. Given the aggressive maintenance program, wouldn't be surprised if the building is actually in better shape a year from now.

Affordable. Within walking g distance of everything. Toilets clog easy and must keep doors closed for keep bedrooms cool. Pool was also amazing. Keep hotel card for directions most taxis do not know where it is. Pretty quiet at night!

1 of the few guest houses with a reasonable pool.. the quite location is a little bit out of the way but walkable ... rooms are clean and with hot water... spring bed mattress comfortable. . Definitely value for money for guest house in the area.
