I’ve
become
an
expert
on
rating
Persian
food.
I’ve
tried
it
in
87
countries.
Outside
of
Iran...
best
being
in
Westwood,
CA...
London,
UK
and
my
favorite
place
is
restaurant
Brussels,
Belgium.
I
give
this
place
4
stars
for
the
fact
that
there
is
even
a
decent
Persian
restaurant
in
a
location
like
Phuket,
Thailand.
So
far
I’ve
tried
the
Kabab
Koobideh
(ground
beef
kebab
and
rice).
The
quality
of
the
beef
was
very
good,
it
had
the
right
seasoning
and
grilled
perfectly.
The
only
adjustment
I
would
make
is
the
amount
of
fat
that
is
in
the
ground
beef.
I
think
if
the
beef
had
15%
less
fat...
it
would
be
perfect.
The
rice
was
done
right.
Not
the
best
I
had...
but
it
was
as
Persian
rice
should
be.
Only
adjustment
I
would
make
is
to
use
real
salted
butter
for
the
table
instead
of
butter
blend.
The
price
seems
a
little
high...
but
the
portions
are
huge,
enough
for
2.
So
that
justifies
the
price.
My
favorite
was
the
fact
that
they
put
fresh
basil
on
the
table.
I
love
basil.
I
came
back
the
next
day
and
tried
the
Chicken
Kabab...
it
was
high
quality
chicken
breast
and
made
properly.
It
seemed
a
little
over
cooked...
besides
that
it
was
perfect.
Came
back
today
and
tried
the
Kabab-e
Barg
(fillets
of
beef).
And
it
was
amazing...
it
was
perfection
and
the
rice
today
was
also
perfection.
So
the
4
stars
now
becomes
5
stars
for
this
restaurant.
