A perfect, affordable with amazing ambience Indian restaurant at Phuket, Bangla Road, Patong. Location wise amazing. Interiors beautiful. Food tasted well. Staff very hospitable. Costs very decent. Recommended for families, couples and anyone who wants the taste of India in Phuket, Thailand. Serve North Indian and South Indian food both. We had our favourite Cholle Bhature and Aloo Paratha , Lassi and it all tasted well and was filling enough. Loved it.

A bit run down but the food is great. Service is awesome the waiters are very good. Atmosphere is a bit on the boring side but for phuket in Bangla Road you can't expect a lot 😂.

We came here based on the high rated reviews online, but it wasn't what we expected. Our chicken tikka masala did not taste like any tikka masala we've ever had, and we've had many over the years, overseas and in Phuket. We're pretty sure they just gave us whatever is in the back, since it tasted more like a Korma than a tikka masala. Secondly, the meat portion had bones in it as well (what kind of tikka masala has bones?). It was also very little chicken, comparable to one drumstick. Lastly, the service was average and they have a hidden 10% service charge. The Garlic Naan and the Pani Puri was the only decent part of the entire experience. We don't recommend you eat here as there's much better Indian cuisine all around Patong that we've eaten already.

Some good delicious food is served in Thailand. !! What else does one require in India.. Located in one of the narrow lanes in Bangla Road, can be located easily as they are always on the road looking for guests with their menu card.. Spacious restaurant, good spontaneous people to take down your order.. Garlic Naan & Lachha paratha is one of the best Indian breads they served.. Kadhai Chicken & Butter chicken was a bit off the track but the Dal Makhani was delicious.. Fried Rice and Chilli Chicken was soon on and really delicious.. The orders are served quickly and that too within budget.. The music they play is a turn off due to weirdo music and being too loud.. Neat and Clean place for your dinner or snacks.. 4.5/5

First thing. They are open even after 4 in the afternoon. I think it means to say that they close at 4 in the morning according to the owner. Couldn’t name most thing I ate, but the Indian tea is something I would recommend. It taste like a mix of tea and hot chocolate.

The Vegetarian Tali is the Bomb!! Fair price for the 220 Bat and if you ask they maybe give you a sweet. Food quality is toptier and the staff is also very friendly. If your in Phuket a must visit!

It feels like I was scammed in here. The amount of chicken curry and prawn tandoory was not enough for 2 person yet food wasnt tasty! Horrible!! Also first time in Bangkok I was charged 10% vat/tax which I was not being aware before ordering. Food was almost cold. Although the amount is not enough we could not eat the full due to bad taste!! I recommend to not go. I went to the restaurant seeing few good reviews but in real theres nothing special!

This is a real Indian taste restaurant you will find in Phuket, Thailand. With my experience I have been to Phuket and being a vegetarian, finding good Indian food was difficult. Samosa express provided food with good quality and real Indian taste. Would like to refer you , that if you are in patong , Phuket and wanna grab some real Indian food have a bite at samosa express.

They take too long to get your order delivered. Charges extra service tax as well. No other restaurant in Phuket charges service tax on top of the rate mentioned in the menu. I suggest not to visit this restaurant.

This place is a little hidden from the Main Street but definitely worth going to check out. The chicken tikka was very flavorful with just the right amount of spice. The garlic naan was also very tasty. Would definitely recommend.

Good indian food, located in the busy Bangla street. The staff were very polite which was nice. We ordered Dal Makhani, Kadai paneer, Laccha Paratha and Mirchi ka Paratha. Service was quick. Dal Makahni was very nice and authentic, just like back home. The parathas were very crisp and fresh. The only disappointment was the Kadai paneer, the gravy/masala was not right at all, they need to really work on it ! Price was fine, not expensive not very cheap. Overall a decent indian restaurant in Patong, Phuket.

Best place to have Indian food when you are in Phuket. I always visited indian restaurant when I was in Phuket but nowhere found the original taste of indian dishes. Luckily on last day we found Samosa Express during Phi Phi Island Tour. They also have a branch in Phuket.

The name Samosa express drew me in. I love samosas. We were pleasantly surprised by all the different delectable dishes on offer. The taste sensations of the various suggested foods, were a dream come true. Sensational and the takeaway samosas awesome. Next trip to Patong, again we will go to the short street off Bangla Road, to Samosa Express.

Avoid this place, positive reviews are fake!!! The owner will definitely thug you with unnecessary and illegal service charge. Place is not worth paying service charge. Also, the menu price is not in sync with the taste. Roadside indian food tastes way better than them.

This restaurant has all the Indian chefs and it tastes exactly like proper Indian food. Dal makhani , Shahi paneer, chole bhatura, naan are the go to items. Staffs are also very polite.

Staff was friendly. Food was mediocre and wayyyy too expensive. I paid $15 Usd for Dahl MaKhani, b1 garlic naan , and 2 (100 baht each) diet cokes. Not sure who wrote these reviews on Google but I would venture a guess most are fake. I would not go back. However I repeat the staff was sweet.

Best indian restaurant in Phuket. We tried several Indian restaurants and can easily say that this is the only authentic Indian food you can find anywhere in Phuket. Great food, great service at a very reasonable price. I would recommend to get a hotel nearby this restaurant if you have sensitive stomach.

Really good food.. non spicy but tasty. Vineet gave us company throughout and made us feel really welcome. Must try at least once for Indians who want good Indian food. I had aalu puri and my husband had chicken masala. Both were good! Aalu puri is good if you don't want to fill yourself too much. Chicken masala with 2 rotis was pretty filling.

First off the Food is good honestly. But other than that horrible experience, server stood over me while looking at the menu and pointed at the most expensive things on the menu, got curry and samosas. At the end I was charged 10 service charge on top of the meal and the server grabbed the Samosa with bare hands to put it into a takeaway box.

Went there based on reviews and i must say that i was overwhelmed. Good food and they accomodated our custom requests in thali too. Fairly priced menu, flexible and friendly staff. Servers can be trained little more but even otherwise it was good experience. I tried 3-4 other Indian restaurants in the area too but no one beats this one and i kept coming back. However I wouldn't have found this place if it wasn't on google maps. Needs little more advertising.
