Highly recommended. I have stayed in this hotel for more than 2 months and I had a very good experience. It's an economic hotel, it's not too expensive and it's in a very good location. It's in Patong, near the center but it's in a quiet area at the same time, on the road towards Karon Beach. The rooms are large and the terrace has good views. It also has a good gym free charge included and the swimming pool is also nice. I recommend this hotel.

I have stayed here 2 times on separate trips. Nice hotel, but I had 2 very different experiences. Great property if you can get a good rate. Price changes a lot depending on season. Balcony rooms offer a lot of privacy, but ground-level rooms leave you feeling exposed. Gym is included only if you reserve directly through the hotel, not online agencies.

Brilliant staff, they could not of helped me more Supaluc the friendly receptionist used her own phone and interpreted with the other party to help make an important appointment for me. All staff were very helpful and friendly The resort has a spa, swimming pool and a gym. I originally booked for three nights and extended my stay for another 13 nights

We had the best time here! The staff are so beautiful, friendly and helpful. The location is great! Everything is walking distance. We happened to be here for Loy Krathong and the staff had a station where we could make our own Krathong. The room was gorgeous. We spent a lot of time in the pool and enjoying happy hour

Fantastic place to stay that's close to Patong Beach, but not too close if you know what I mean. Our room was excellent and quite big, pool was great and you get a decent view from the upper rooms. Didn't try the restaurant as there are so many options close by. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The C&N hotel and spar is a great hotel. The rooms, service, food, pool and locations are perfect. Away from the noise of the Banglar Road, but close enough to walk to all the bars and restaurants.

This is quite basic resort. Don't expect any kind of luxury here. AC does not work properly, it takes ages to set right temperature in the room. Lighting in the room is really bad, it's so dim that you can't even see properly. The service in the hotel was terrible. Wash basin was not working properly (water clogging) and the staff did not fix it during my 3 days stay. They also changed my room after initial assignment saying previous room was already booked for someone else and shifted my luggage without my permission. Only good thing is location is decent.

My 5 night stay turned into 38, by far one the best resorts I’ve stayed at in Phuket, comfortable rooms, warm greetings from the team here everyday, you will be looked after. Older style resort, more comfortable than the newer builds..it has been very well looked after by management. Gym, spa and pool facilities also get 5 stars. You’ll also have some adorable furry friends visit each day (mum and her little man - photo attached) they LOVE tuna 💙🐈‍⬛

I've been coming here since about 2006. The spa here is great. It's reasonably priced, impressive architecture and really professional. The massage was awesome and I will be going back.

I stayed here for 2 weeks during the sandbox program. It was absolutely amazing. All the staff at the resort where super kind, helpful and friendly. The pool was great and the room really spacious. I would definitely recommend this place.

Really enjoyed my 14 day stay at C&N Resort. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. During the booking process I was in contact with Mark, the manager and he made the whole SHABA (Sandbox) booking process extremely easy and was very quick to respond to my emails. The resort is in a nice location and swimming pool is great. Rooms are very spacious, clean and have fast wifi.

Place is clean, Quiet and near from Bangla Road. Excellent service and people.

The resort is beautiful but warning for people who don’t like to walk cos all rooms are situated up in the small hills. The staffs are really friendly especially the hotel manager the room was clean but only one problem was the shower head. It’s a bit hard to take a shower. Globally satisfied of the quality and the price ( really good value of money )

- The hotel has no stairs and it's very dangerous to return at the hotel. Also staff didn't help with luggages when I checked out and I'm lucky I didn't hurt myself as it was also raining. Staff saw us in trouble and didn't help. - The general manager Churarat sent me a message saying that I still had the whole amount to pay when I paid in advance. Never apologised. - The general manager didn't understand I was there for Sandbox so she sent me information about Test&Go which created so much confusion at the 1st day. Never apologised. Instead she threatened me to call the police. - I reported a huge dead iguana inside the spa exit to the staff but I've been ignored and stayed there for the whole week (probably still there). - At the check out they charged me for things that were not on the price list of the room. They also charged me for water (20 baht per bottle) that came for free with the cleaning. I asked them to double check this with the staff but I've been ignored. - They also overcharged me for a taxi that costs 500 baht on Bolt but the hotel wanted me to pay 750 baht at their desk. Surely because the hotel took 50% went directly to their pocket which is a huge amount. - General Manager also overcharged me for the room for paying in advance by card and added card fee which should be paid by the hotel and not by the customer. First time I pay more for paying in advance. I recommend booking somewhere else for that price.

Amazing hotel with stunning swimming pool, they also have a spa and gym and both are very professional 👌 they have a restaurant serving delicious food right near the pool. Also they finally sorted their Wi-Fi out, very good now 👍 👏 😍
