hotel
has
no
stairs
and
it's
very
dangerous
to
return
at
the
hotel.
Also
staff
didn't
help
with
luggages
when
I
checked
out
and
I'm
lucky
I
didn't
hurt
myself
as
it
was
also
raining.
Staff
saw
us
in
trouble
and
didn't
help.

manager
Churarat
sent
me
a
message
saying
that
I
still
had
the
whole
amount
to
pay
when
I
paid
in
advance.
Never
apologised.

general
manager
didn't
understand
I
was
there
for
Sandbox
so
she
sent
me
information
about
Test&Go
which
created
so
much
confusion
at
the
1st
day.
Never
apologised.
Instead
she
threatened
me
to
call
the
police.

I
reported
a
huge
dead
iguana
inside
the
spa
exit
to
the
staff
but
I've
been
ignored
and
stayed
there
for
the
whole
week
(probably
still
there).

At
the
check
out
they
charged
me
for
things
that
were
not
on
the
price
list
of
the
room.
They
also
charged
me
for
water
(20
baht
per
bottle)
that
came
for
free
with
the
cleaning.
I
asked
them
to
double
check
this
with
the
staff
but
I've
been
ignored.

They
also
overcharged
me
for
a
taxi
that
costs
500
baht
on
Bolt
but
the
hotel
wanted
me
to
pay
750
baht
at
their
desk.
Surely
because
the
hotel
took
50%
went
directly
to
their
pocket
which
is
a
huge
amount.

General
Manager
also
overcharged
me
for
the
room
for
paying
in
advance
by
card
and
added
card
fee
which
should
be
paid
by
the
hotel
and
not
by
the
customer.
First
time
I
pay
more
for
paying
in
advance.
I
recommend
booking
somewhere
else
for
that
price.
