I was there and camping for 2 days really nice ☺️☺️

This was my first visit, and was so impressed with the top quality of their products for every room in your home! Furniture, appliances, flowers, plants, bedding, carpets, clocks, pictures, lighting fixtures, dishes, towels, throw pillows, televisions, and so much more! The employees are wonderful and helped me find the items I needed! I joined their membership to receive discounts and updates! They did delivery the very next day!! Highly, highly recommend!!

Staff standing around ready to help. I looked at nice pots and pans but only wanted a pillow today for 99 baht special. At check out the same old story about credit card purchase 100 + baht. I will not be forced to buy a needless pack of cotton swabs to make my purchase on credit. For a big company they are penny wise and pound foolish. I’ll be at Baan and Beyond tomorrow.

My favourite furniture store. The sales assistants are informative, helpful and patient. I love their work uniform. The store layout is very easy to navigate. They have great quality products and a price point to meet all customers. Best in Phuket.

It has come to my attention that your shop refuses to allow motorbikes to park near the entrance, seemingly favoring car customers under the assumption that they possess higher purchasing power. This policy not only unfairly targets motorbike riders but also has detrimental consequences for our environment and traffic congestion. By forcing motorbike drivers to park further away from the entrance and promoting cars above motorbikes, you inadvertently promote higher CO2 emissions and contribute to traffic congestion, which is both unethical and unsustainable. In an era when sustainability and environmental responsibility should be at the forefront of business practices, such policies are outdated and regressive. They do not align with the values and expectations of the 21st century. I strongly urge Index Shopping to reconsider and revise these parking policies. Fair treatment of all customers, regardless of their mode of transportation, should be a fundamental principle of any business. Moreover, adopting environmentally friendly practices is not only responsible but also increasingly demanded by customers and society as a whole. Update December 2023:they now have a motorbike parking at the entrance so today I even bought a bed and a mattress. Changing from one star to 5 Stars as staff was very friendly.

I recently visited Index Living Mall in Phuket and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my shopping trip enjoyable. The store offers great deals, adding to the overall satisfaction of my visit. Highly recommended for a positive shopping experience!

Everything is good but No have stock to sale just only diaplay. you need to oder first and get with in 4 or 5 working days. The coffee ☕ complementary for you relax your mind if you not get at the same time what you need

online order is the worst if you ordered many itesm its come seperately and you need to follow up the order by yurself , the customers service in line still didnt know if you follow up the previous order , they just said the item is available , which feel like a scam than after you paid they make you wait for 3 weeks still not come till you need to check with them as always

One of the sale person at Index in Phuket town told me that you will get all of the the bedding room set in this price which I've compared to another set which is don't have the 2 drawers under the bed so I deci2to should the one with drawers. When they come to setup the stuff I was not home at that time but when I came home to checked there were not any drawers setup under the bed so I called them and they said it's was not have in the set since the first place and they said again that they are so many cases about this for this sales person!! This is mean that your staff lied to me right!! You can't do this with your customers!! Please resolve!

Excellent furniture store with plenty of selection on many many items. They have several sales going on at any time. The prices are not bargain basement but the quality and selection make up for it

Calling in to check the price of a cabinet yesterday . The staff informed us that the price was 35xxthb. Then we went to buy it at the store on the same day, but the price was actually 4190thb, and the staff told us that the 35xxthb price was for online purchase only. Then we came back home to order it online today(May 6th). The online price was still 4190 thb not 35xx as claimed, so we called them back and were informed that the cheaper price was only for 5.5 promotion. Why not gave us the correct/complete information from the start? We would’ve bought it online last night. Such a waste of time. The staff should be more properly trained.
