This was without doubt the best dental experience I’ve had. I had porcelain veneers and there was so much care to detail and fine tuning. The hygiene was scrupulous, everyone spoke quite reasonable english and the whole team were so professional and delightful. Dr Kulsriombat immediately impressed as a very genuine, caring and honest individual who inspires trust. I went with a friend plagued with ongoing dental problems in Australia for a decade. She has had so many different expensive investigations and unnecessary work within Australia by a number of dentists only to finally find out her unresolved tooth pain was probably linked to chronic sinus infections (a hypothesis she eventually came to on her own as she is a researcher). She demanded the tests by a local dentist in Australia and confirmed this. In comparison, Dr Kulsriombat quickly identified this as the issue with little prompting. Just a league ahead of anything she experienced in Australia. My friend was given a well reasoned plan to address this plus got zoom whiting and a few veneers for cosmetic reasons. Couldn’t be happier. Superior service at less than half the cost of Australia with a holiday thrown in! I did a TONNE of research before choosing her practice (investigating all the different types and brands of veneers and pros and cons of each, looking at all review sites, posting on ex- pat Facebook groups for recommendations, asking a lot of email questions about her practice which were all promptly answered) and she came up trumps. Now I know why.

Just back from 2 weeks in Patong. After the initial consultation with Dr Joy and her wonderful staff, several options were given before we chose our plan. Everything can be organised around your holiday. My partner and I got work done, one going in after the other most times. We stayed very close by to make going back and forth extremely easy. The clinic is unbelievably clean with state of the art dental technology used. You still have plenty of down time to enjoy Phuket. The end result was WOW! A complete transformation for both of us, as ours was mainly cosmetic work done. I can highly recommend anyone from Australia to take a trip over and get your teeth done there. You won’t regret it. First of all, the lovely lady at the reception was so helpful at providing all the information I needed and even arranged an appointment suited to me. Great customer service from her! The dentist and her assistants done a fantastic job of cleaning my teeth and putting 3 fillings. It was professionally done and the price was very affordable. Best dental experience Ive ever had. I felt more comfortable here then I have at any dentist in Australia or New Zealand. The team were experienced, proffesional and friendly. Ive heard some Thailand dentists can try to upsell services but Dr Joy and the team were very honest and upfront. Can't recommend highly enough!

A bit mixed feelings, overall had everything ok but waiting an hour from your booking time is not good, you have to respect client’s time. Also the weirdest thing that you have to pay 200 for the sterilization, this should be your own duty, not the client! You work with blood so this is required for every dental clinic and should not be sold as extra service omg…

Very clean and professional practice. I was made to feel very calm and was throughly explained what I needed. I had 5 fillings and a clean with no pain and amazing results. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a Denist in Patong. Booking the appointment was also super easy and quick.

Dr Joy and her team are just simply amazing. They take the " above and beyond" approach to the next level. They opened up the clinic on their days off to fix my problems that were time sensitive due to travel itinerary. Dr Joy is so gentle with a great sense of humour ( helps so much if you are a nervous/anxious patient). An absolute perfectionist when it comes to her work. Dr. Joy and her staff are simply amazing. From the very beginning of scheduling my appointment with them while I was still in the U.S. (thanks, Michelle!), to shifting their schedule around to accommodate changes in my trip as necessary. They did this to make sure not only my dental trip was a success but also my vacation trip was as well. I had a crown that had broken a year ago and decided I'd have it fixed in Thailand while traveling to my son's wedding. Dr. Joy's office was the most tranquil dentist experience I could have ever imagined. The view out the glass wall while sitting in the chair was of a peaceful, green, tropical garden. Pleasant music was constantly playing in the background and Dr. Joy would occasionally hum to the tunes as they played. This is the sign of a happy, healthy person and it clearly showed in her work. She was the utmost professional, pleasant and informative dentist I've ever had. She presented my options based on my situation, made her recommendations and never tried to "up sell" as you hear about so often in these situations. In the end I left Thailand with a white gold crown for about $700 US. 1/3rd of what it would have cost me in the States. The $1,400 difference literally paid for the flights for both my wife and I. It's now a month later and my tooth still feels fantastic. I will return to Dr. Joy.

Both my partner and I had appointments with Dr Joy. Firstly i was terrified of dentists but knew if i found the correct dentist i would be ok. From us making appointments it was such a an easy process. The receptionist Jennifer was so helpful in accomodating our appointments to fit in with our time in. Patong. A thorough examination and quote for the works you need, before starting, so you know what you’re up for which we really liked. So i had 3 Caps, 5 fillings , 1 Veneer, cleaned and descaled and also whitened. I walked away feeling on top on the world that id finally had my teeth looking and being healthy again. My partner had 2 Caps and 3 fillings clean, scale and walked away another happy customer. I can’t say enough about Dr. Joy and her amazing staff, their professional manner was so comforting. The cleanliness was also very comforting as well. Highly recommend this Dental Clinic

I would highly recommend Dr Joy and her team I recently had some major work completed including several crowns, some root canal work and 8 veneers. The work was completed in a very professional manor by Dr Joy and her assistants who were totally confident in what they were doing The Dental Theater was cleaner and more sterile than any Dentist I have attended in Australia My flights were unexpectedly bought forward at the last minute and the team re-organised their schedule to make sure my work was complete. Very happy with the outcome both cosmetically and financially Much appreciated

My old crown broke and fell off. So I went to this clinic. There was no way to install a new one, the tooth was already almost destroyed. They said to remove it, then to put an implant if I want. The doctor surgically removed the tooth piece by piece. It all went pretty quickly. Today a week later I came to take the stitches out, everything is healing well, the staff were polite and nice, thank you very much!

Got two fillings, looks good, price is good. Clinic staff is friendly and helpful. Conviently located at Patong, with a beautiful greenery outside to see and relax. My scheduled visit was delayed because of previous patient, but it is usual for dental industry and I got a discount for waiting. Staff can communicate in english. So far better experience than in other Phuket dental clinic I have visited, so can recommend.

I cannot thank Dr Joy and her team enough for the amazing experience and service they provided to my family and myself. I had 18 E-Max veneers (10 top, 8 bottom). The work I had done was around $8,700 AUD If I was the have the same work done in Australia it would be been nearly $36,000 AUD!!! I cannot be happier with the outcome! My mother had Zoom whitening and my father had a deep gum clean to help with sensitive teeth issues. I never through I would say this, but I am looking forward to my next visit to the dentist. Only if it's Dr Joy!

Had some serious dental work to be done (implant, crowns) and chose Dr. Joy because of the good reviews (which can be tricky). I have not not regretted it for one minute. Dr. Joy is a friendly, humorous person and a very skilled dentist. Her clinic is well equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and she was very transparent with regards to the costs before we started. Cheap? Not really. Value for money? Certainly (and with regards to the costs for the same job a dentist in Germany or Switzerland would have charged much more). So we did all the works and I was very content. All in all her clinic transpired a calmness and relaxed athmosphere which also extended to the super friendly staff. Will I return? Sure. Can I recommend visiting her? Yes, wholeheartedly. Am I getting anything for writing this review? No (well, maybe an extra smile when I see her the next time).

Visited Dental Joy, July 22. I was a little concerned with getting dental work completed in Thailand post covod. I am pleased to say the team went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable as well as completing more precautions then I had in Australia. Procedure went well, result better then expected. Would strongly recommend. Looking at going back for veneers.

My son had Surfing accident in Phuket on weekend 6 months ago and knocked 1/3 of his beautiful front teeth! I was calling around Phuket for a Dentist; Fortunately we had DENTALJOY Contact and went straigth to the clinic. My son was not quite comfortable going the the dentist in general, we have our Dentist in Bangkok. However, Dr.Joy was an angle :) She chit chat with my son, until he seems relax and explain the fixing process. She was talking him through the whole process and make sure he doesn't get too scared. The procedure went well, she patched the tooth perfectly! Now it has been more than 6 months and the color of the fixing doesn't change. It still looks good. My son has to be careful not to bite with his front teeth, but other than that it was great. Thanks so much, Dr.Joy

Excellent team - efficient, careful and competent. I went there in jan 22 with a broken tooth. It was expertly repaired with a crown. A number of other problems showed up on the x-ray (state of the art equipment) and were dealt with right away. I can highly recommend Dr Joy and her team.

I had the best cleaning I’ve ever had here today. The dentist and staff are wonderful and gentle. The office is beautiful and clean. Nice zen garden to look out on when you’re in the chair. Highly recommend.

Just home from a wonderful time in Phuket. I took the opportunity to get a crown done while there. I researched and came across DentalJoy and I certainly do not regret going there. Having not been able to get an appointment back home I tried dental joy and they were great. I thought I needed a filling but after an xray we established I needed a route canal and they did it all with in a couple of days. The communication from Jennifer prior and during my stay was a real personal touch and was just an extension of the great service I received. When I return next I will be definitely popping in for a check up. If your coming from the UK and are nervous let me put your nerves to rest the dental joy clinic made my dentist back home look like it was so outdated.

Dr. Joy is a dental genius. I had bonding done on 3 teeth in Bangkok and the results were awful. Dr. Joy pays attention to detail and gives careful consideration to the aesthetics and functionality of your teeth. I am thrilled with the results. I would highly recommend this practice.
