Very charming little guesthouse the owners and their daughter are very nice and will do anything to help you. The rooms are very clean and the staff friendly. I have been staying here 3+ months and I miss being able to go back. You can stay there with confidence and the price are very good. D and N

The properly is very close to patong beach and restaurants. I had booked a twin bed for 1200 THB but the receptionist told it was unavailable and offered me a standard room for 1000thb. The room was not big. It had a bed and a small walking space. Bathroom was spacious. If location is what you are looking for, go for this. You can get better rates if you search little away from the beach

Equipped with every travelers need i.e. wifi, cozy beds, rent of towels and etc. Just a mere 2-3mins to the beach and along the roads are varieties of shops and tourist stops you can find, this includes restaurants, small stalls, spa shops, and family mart for a quick on the go. Opt for low level room if you plan to stay with an elderly or moms to be; the guest house covers around 3-4 floors.

The staff is incredibly nice! And the prices are amazing considering what a clean place this is and where you're situated in Patong. The rooms are impeccable!
