I want to say that it was amazing experience to stay in this hotel during my holidays in Pattaya.☺️ Everything was perfect, comfortable room with all necessary stuff for living, we even had a small kitchen stove and washing machine in the room! The bath was so nice and beautiful, they have transparent wall glass between bathroom and sleeping room, but you can make it not transparent very easy. This hotel has wonderful swimming pool on the roof with beautiful view to Pattaya.☺️ The dinning hall is huge and very luxury, food was delicious at breakfast and dinner. Thank you so much for this experience! Me and my friend spent really nice time at this hotel.😇🙏

Mew and all the staff from this hotel are really nice and friendly, They come and check on us to see if we like the food or anything we need and are very helpful all the time, during our stay. The food at the hotel was really good especially the omelette which was perfectly cooked and tasty. The view of the dining area is spectacular. For the room , it is really nice and clean. There is a rooftop swimming pool, bar, gym, spa and sauna. I really recommend it and we will be back if we come to Pattaya again.

The hotel needs renovation. Dirty room, hair EVERYWHERE, tiny pool, few sunbeds. Dirty towels with a bad smell, dirty bathrobe, there was a used face mask in the pocket, air conditioning does not work well. You need to sign up for breakfast, this is not a five-star hotel! Of the pros, there is a washing machine and a microwave in the room. They respond quite quickly to requests. Walking distance to the shopping center and so on, but there are more decent hotels. We really wanted to move out, but unfortunately, a refund was not possible.

Excellent location, wonderful staff, beautiful rooftop and pool and spacious rooms. Only reason it doesn’t get 5* is lack of soundproofing…there was almost no protection from street noise as our patio doors didn’t fully seal (and it was Lunar NY so pretty noisy until 5am) but we had read this in reviews so brought ear plugs and could sleep fine! Special mention to Mwah who took care of us at breakfast (in a 22/23rd floor restaurant with breathtaking views)! We didn’t like Pattaya at all so this hotel meant that what could have been an unpleasant trip was actually really enjoyable.

Very clean and orderly, everything you need at a fantastic price. Great styling and breathtaking rooftop. Best value I've ever found in a hotel. The restaurant has amazing food, and the breakfast buffet is plentiful with an added light menu for order. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel itself is great for the price. Location is good and the staff overall are kind and well serviced. Dined at the restaurant twice and also went to the rooftop bar. The bar is the highlight of this hotel! Every drink we ordered was spectacular. The food and dessert was a hit or a miss but nothing too terrible. Our server Paris was kind and attending as well! Thanks Arbour hotel for the great memories.

Pretty new and clean hotel. The room is spacious and the facility is good. The rooftop swimming pool opens till 23:00 which is an amazing place to relax. The welcome drink is nice and the staff helps to park the car is also nice. The breakfast serves from 7:00 to 10:30 at 23rd floor which has great view of the city. But there’s not many choices of food even the dishes served by order.

Lovely welcome drink :) The room was nice and clean. The views from the rooftop were amazing at day and night. The pool is also great. The parking is available. If you don't want to drive around during a visit, I would recommend to use Bolt/Grab.

All around a fantastic stay. Staff could not have been better, very professional but also super friendly. Pound in the restaurant was a standout staffer. Beds super comfortable and plush. Rooftop bar is.unique with it's beach patio area. Great views. TV selection was varied but lacked diversity of movies and sport, however had many different language channels. Bath is great. Rain head shower on the ceiling. Good location for getting in and out of town. Big C supermarket close. Very enjoyable stay.

Amazing hospitality. From the moment I entered I was treated with warm gestures including a welcome drink. The room has all amenities one needs (or may not need) such as washing machine and a microwave. During the breakfast I didn’t want to eat the non vegetarian options presented in the menu so I requested them for pasta and they happily served me that. Hmew was extremely helpful and you can count on her while you’re here! ☺️

This is my second stay in 2023. Clean, friendly and perfect. On this trip, I lost my cell phone. The hotel staff worked hard from dawn to noon to find my cell phone. I gave up trying to find my cell phone, but a warm employee named mick tried to contact my cell phone and eventually found it. thank you. I was able to enjoy my trip thanks to everyone, including the front desk staff who helped me make taxi reservations and the staff who greeted me in Korean. I hope to see you again next year.

Had a pleasant stay here. The room was very nice. It feels a bit far out from the main area, but they have a free shuttle service available. Breakfast was good. You have an option to choose your main and then there is a buffet for fruits, bread and other items. Our waiter was Kim and he was great!

This hotel is very nice, especially for the cost. The fundamental restaurant and coffee shop was excellent. My waitress Party was very helpful and her recommendations were very delicious. I will definitely visit her again on my next trip. The lobby staff was great. Teera was friendly and quick to help with parking and luggage. Great service

The room is very good, has all amenities in the room. Breakfast has a variety of choices including salads and desserts. Coffee and tea taste good but not served with sugar. If anyone has a sweet tooth, I recommend ordering more sugar. #M

Look for excellent service then this hotel is for you. From the time I entered the hotel, from Reception, house keeping to their Cafe, the service is just outstanding. All their staffs is all worthy of a mention. We go greeted warmly during check in a bar tender also made my family a refreshing beverage, only regretted not noting the person name. I only just got one name Pound in Cafe his service is just excellent. The Room facilities is also great. Will definitely come back.

The breakfast room on the 23rd floor has delicious food. and received good service from all employees And received service from an employee named “M” who smiled and provided good service. If there is a chance, will come to stay again. I recommend this place

I love it here because the staff is lovely and very helpful. Miss Jip has excellent service mind; she must have received great training. The rooms are new, and while the breakfast options are a bit limited, the local dishes are good. You need to book in advance as seating is limited. The view from the rooftop on the 24th floor is stunning. Many people come to take pictures in the evening, so it's advisable to make a reservation. I will definitely come back to Pattaya.

Hotel is really amazing with beautiful ambience. View from the rooftop is stunning where we can see Pattaya city. Ambience inside the hotel is very good and rooftop view from the swimming pool is mesmerizing. Breakfast is delicious. Hotel manager Poppy is really good and helpful. I love the hotel.

Definitely does not have the feel of a 5 star accommodation. Lobby is pretty ordinary, the premium room was way too small, bed is comfy and comfortable. AC somehow is not efficient at night. The room itself is clean and neat. The bathroom is spacious enough and the water pressure is decent. Water temperature is great. The room we stayed in 1702 had water leaking out of the shower cubicle making it messy when we moved about. We had not looked closely but apparently we have to keep "do not clean" Sign outside the room door when we don't want it to be cleaned as well! This was supper annoying as we found our room had been cleaned with all our belongings being out in the room. Felt our privacy invaded. Wish we were told this specifically as it is their policy to clean everyday and we have to be specific if we want our rooms to be left alone. Phew! The breakfast time has to be booked a day prior by logging into their QR code. Did not scream 5 star for me. Breakfast buffet is alright. Staff are friendly. Now, let me tell you about the highlight of our stay—the laundry bag. Can you believe they actually had the audacity to make it out of gold? I thought it was just some disposable bag, but oh no, it's apparently a precious item. Silly me for assuming it was disposable in a 5-star facility. It was such a delight to be publicly humiliated at the reception when they asked for it back. I had to scurry back to the room, feeling like a conniving thief, to retrieve this legendary laundry bag and present it like some kind of sacred artifact. I mean, why not just provide disposable bags to avoid all this embarrassment? Clearly, they value their laundry bags more than their guests' dignity. There are other better hotels than this place for the same price and better services. Do yourself a favor and look around.

This is the best hotel Ive stayed at in Thailand. Our honeymoon suite was comfortable and clean with the coziest bed. The rooftop pool has a great view of Pattaya and is a great place to hang out with some cocktails and watch the sunset. The restaurant also has amazing food in an elegant modern setting. The staff was really friendly and everything felt very high quality.

All in all our stay was great here, really convenient location, free valet parking, fast check in and a room change within a few hours when there was an odd smell in the room. However I think there are some points that can be improved, especially considering this is a 5* hotel. I would like to advice that a few more western options are added to breakfast. Also there where no vegan options which can really be improved - its 2023 in the end :) When I asked the waitress for a hot vegan breakfast option she only said "there is salad". I think making the breakfast more variable, healthier and have a few more western choices will highly benefit anyone who doesn't like to eat a hearty asian meat or fish meal for breakfast. The buffet was really small compared to what I have seen in hotels with a lower standard. my partner did try the hot dishes and they were all great, so its really just a bit more choice that I think is needed. Also the architecture of the restaurant is really cool and special. Bed was comfy and soft. I could not believe there is no body lotion and no conditioner provided though... Having this I think should be the absolute basic. Apart from those points I really had a great stay and especially the rooftop is just gorgeous and makes for a magic sunset. Staff was really sweet and attentive. Thank you for having us.

Nice modern design hotel. Spacious room equipped with bathtub, washing machine, microwave. A la cart breakfast was nice. Beautiful swimming pool and rooftop bar. However, no body lotion provided. We got the room on 6th floor and it was very noisy at night especially the loud engine sound from the street.

Checked out of a 4.6 hotel; got no where to go (as it is hot here at around noon). A lot of people checking out. Waited in the lobby until people cleared out a bit at around 12:15, and walked up to the counter. I was expecting “The check-in time is 3:00” and was surprised to be given a modern and comfortable room. Later that evening, had dinner at the restaurant on top: a stunning two floor design with a circular stair case. And the food (seared tuna salad and squid stirred-fried with salted egg yolk) was excellent. (Interestingly, the next evening I intentionally ordered the same squid at a Google Maps rated 4.4 seafood restaurant — it was not even half as good.) Two thumbs up! Like the place so much that I decided to stay for twice as long. Yes, these are not hollow praises.

It’s very nice hotel. You can stay for long term as well, there is washing machine in the room. Looks convenient. The swimming pools here seem to be the symbolic of this place. Watching the sunset is beautiful here. Restaurants is also nice view, I like breakfast here. Mostly good atmosphere 👍

Lovely place! The room was small but had fantastic view and very chic design. The pool is nice when the bubbles are on. Most importantly, the service was top notch. The staff proved extremely friendly, helpful, and generally pleasant to interact with. Buffet was just okay tho.

The driveway into the hotel will sneak up on you if you are driving. The parking is fine, the staff is friendly, the first floor bar is stocked with good mixers. Everything is a dull white but it has a luxury feel. My room was spacious, the balcony was a good size, I stayed on a high level floor and can see the city clearly. The bathroom is laid out with all the products any guest you may have needs and the bed is soft. The TV is a nice size. The price was a bit high but that is expected.

The elevated view of the sky is breathtaking, though the pool is a bit small. What stood out to me was the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff. From the entrance to the dining area, the welcoming staff, especially Miss Numwan, ensured a delightful experience. Her attentive and caring service truly made a difference. Overall, despite its modest size and distance from the sea, the hotel's outstanding service and thoughtful staff make it a worthwhile stay.
