The food was great, Joseph was a great host, and we really appreciated his help and assistance in making Liam’s 11th Birthday dinner as good as it could be. Good meal sizes and quality was excellent. I recommend the wagu beef pad kapow.

Nice atmosphere sitting along the beach road, but food was massively disappointing and overpriced. Tasted like they were trained 20 years but the staff had since forgotten the details. Salmon was fine, but wings were not fried crispy and had barely any sauce on them. Steak in the salad (around 900 baht) was tough, chewy, fatty. One of the lowest quality steaks I've ever had. Veggies were not cooked enough (still crunchy). Kids pasta tasted like it was reheated in a microwave. Kids chicken strips only had 3 small pieces for 350 baht. Mac n cheese wasn't creamy. Kitchen staff came out in lab gear - gloves, hats, masks, goggles, etc. What on Earth are they doing in there? This was not a meal we felt good about

Hello together. I would like to share with you my experience at the Hard Rock Café in Pattaya. I was one week in Pattaya and three times at the Hard Rock Café because the staff was from the first minute like family. I was traveling alone in Thailand and i really felt that the staff was big heartwaming with me and all the other guests. I celebrate at the 19th of April Songkran here and it was fun, the best party ever. I can only recommend, be preapred to get wet :-) On all the three afternoon / evenings the service was absoluteley amazing. I can't describe how much effort all the staff was giving to their job to please the customer and to ensure that you have a great time here. My favourite waitress Pookie was almost everytime at my table not only for service but for a quick chat, some funny jokes and to know each other better and she is fast and super good in her job. I get to know almost everybody from the Hard Rock Café, like JJ funny guy and Joe. Joe is the Bob Marley from Thailand, funny & relaxed, I enjoyed every conversation between us. Everybody is doing a fantastic job at this location. Many thanks on Kawee the manger of the Café that I could join the Songkran festival with live music. Here are my TOPS: + TOP***** service + happy people / amazing staff + high food quality + TOP location, sitting outside with the ocean infront, please what do you wanna get more? :-) + amazing cocktails + good vibes / good live music I don't have any FLOPS, I mean I'm in vacation and I want to enjoy myself, and I really enjoyed every single minute at this place. I was in many Hard Rock Café's around the world but this one here in Pattaya was for sure on TOP and I never had a better service than here before. I love Hard Rock & every year I celebrate my anniversary in a different country my husband & I attended yesterday for dinner & celebration but yesterday when I was at the beginning of eating they brought us the bill & we did not ask for it the waiter did not ask us if we wanted to order something extra or explain to us the reason for putting the bill & we did not ask for it. I looked at the tables next to me no one received their bill only us!! As if they were saying finish your food & go I was really shocked by this behavior. I didn't finish my food we paid & went out to celebrate somewhere else

I recently had an extraordinary experience at Hard Rock Cafe Pattaya during a two-night stay on November 21st and 22nd. From the outset, Hard Rock Cafe captured my attention with its decor, vibrant and energetic ambiance, situated perfectly—overlooking the famous beach road at the front and conveniently close to numerous Indian restaurants at the back, providing a double bonus. A welcome drink upon our arrival added a personal touch to our stay. A special mention goes to the exceptional service provided by the restaurant chef and staff. The breakfast, tailored to our vegetarian preferences, was a delightful array featuring paratha, rajma, aaloo, and an assortment of fruits to name a few. The chef's generous gesture of preparing veg Thai noodles, veg thai curry upon our request underscored their commitment to hospitality. Our chosen accommodation offered spacious and impressive rooms, ideal for a family of three. The generously sized bathroom complemented the overall great ambiance, ensuring an exceptionally comfortable stay. Remarkably, the arrangements made for us came at a rate so reasonable that it defied the usual high costs encountered in hotels. Moreover, the hotel offered a complimentary Toyota electric car for guests to explore the city carefree. Regrettably, I missed out on this opportunity due to not carrying my international license. The highlight, however, was the restaurant, where a live band took our song requests and played them with dulcet voices—an electrifying experience that made our stay truly memorable, especially for my kid and family. Whether relaxing in the comfort of our room or exploring the vibrant atmosphere, live music, and delectable dining options, Hard Rock Cafe Pattaya seamlessly catered to every need. In conclusion, our stay at Hard Rock Cafe Pattaya was characterized by excellent service, a lively atmosphere, and a perfect blend of modern comfort and rock 'n' roll charm. Worst hard rock cafe ever. Our drinks served in smaller glasses instead of usual hurricane glasses. Cant smoke at outside tables. The smallest shop ever, nothing was available and this is the peak season.

Great Food, BETTER SERVICE!!!! When you need a touch of American food and American service, this is my go to place. It's always perfect. Consistency, that's the name of the game. Never a doubt when your at the Hard Rock. No, Arai Na? Arai Na? Here!! Staff is friendly, management friendly and professional. Everyone speaks English, well. Glass is half empty, it's refilled without having to ask. The do a two bite check up to make sure your food is as expected. Food is always great, hot, large portions and tasty! Had the brisket sandwich and pulled pork sandwich, spinach artichoke dip, Buffalo wings (and yes, they have RANCH DRESSING!!!!), brownie sundae. And they have live music every night starting at 9 pm. Sunset view is fantastic in Pattaya and has another little pool on the patio in case your daughter won't get out of the pool, like mine 😂 😂 😂 😂 It's always perfect, exactly what I expect no matter what country I'm in be it Osaka, Pattaya, Phuket, Prague, it doesn't matter. It's just a top notch place. This time, I ate there twice and checked out the pool next door. 500 baht per person if you're not staying at the hotel, towels are 400 baht, bring your own towels. The pool is great with a few water slides, regulation basketball hoop! Great staff and service, floats you can rent in the pool. Parts of the pool actually have a sand bottom!!! Very cool, very fun!!!

Why security guy told us when we visited to there that alcohol finished. Even finished or not is not his responsibility if shop open. We can have other like food or water or any juice. Right?

Great food, great service BUT, in the same time that you can enjoy the smelly and toxic exhausts of 20 years old pick ups driving along beach road, there is a non smoking policy in the nicest part of this OPEN AIR restaurant. Didn’t even try to understand the logic of such decisions. For the record I totally agreed with non smoking policies inside closed restaurants.

Food was very nice and music was awesome too. This was first time here for my anniversary but when I spoke thai with staff, she took order from our table. she is thai. I had a question about half and full because I didn't understand what does she mean and my first time here too. So she was annoyed me and didn't reply me then talked with my boyfriend in English. So I was disappointed with service here.

Very nice but expensive upscale open-air bar/restaurant situated in the northern half of Pattaya beach next to the Hard Rock Hotel. The view of the beach is excellent especially during sunset and it feels romantic enough if you go with your loved one. Earlier than that too hot to sit outside. Good live music. The service is good although they keep coming and asking if everything is ok which I find a bit annoying. Limited menu of mainly western food which is well prepared and tasty but very expensive compared to other restaurants in the area. Generally a very nice place to have some drinks or eat near the beach. Recommended if you don't mind the high prices.

Our Server, Bank, was fantastic, and professional. He made sure that we were well taken care of. When we told him that one of us had an food allergy, he immediately called for the Mgr. , Joe. Joe, made us feel very comfortable in that the food would not be cross contaminated. He checked on us several times to make sure the experience was excellent, it was. I'm here to see the new collection. I'm wearing hard rock shirts but I don't get 10% off. Because the product I bought is a collection for the Pride event in Pattaya, but it's okay. I wore it to the Pride Week parade. At Köln it looks cool too.

BBQ Buffet perfect!!! I am typing Charcoal BBQ Buffet on Friday. I like this restaurant and service. Fresh seafood you can choose that i like. BBQs serve on my seat, lamps, meats, chicken International food add more and more. Good quality, delicious. Enjoy!!

It's a nice hard rock cafe with a great view. Food was very special and tasty. Live music every evening. The cars on the beach road are disturbing a little bit, but not to change.

This place has some good vibes, both on the internal and external restaurants. On the inside you can admire the decent collection of memorabilia and on the outside you can enjoy good live music. Sometimes they have live music inside as well. The local Thai food was good and the western menu was even better. The wings in particular were amazing and the cocktails were good as well. Overall a good Hard Rock cafe, which naturally comes with its pricing. They also have the shop just next door.

Very good vibes. The cafe is inside the hard rock hotel, right on the main road and beach. You can catch a Toto right infront of the cafe. Their shop also has a good collection got myself the beer glass.

Definitely the best Hard Rock Cafe in Thailand! The food is pure perfection. The Caesar's salad, the cauliflower burger and the spring rolls are so delicious. The staff are super friendly. Especially Toom is an awesome guy who will make your evening a first class hardrocking experience. Definitely a place to return.

Bad live band. We entered coz we wanna listen to live music, before we went in we asked the receoption when will the live band finsih. They said still got 1and half hour. But when we went in, the band sign 1 song and rest for 30 mins and come back sing one more song then the cafe said is going to close in 5mins. The receptionist is bad. At first didn’t help us check if there is any table and told us to go away but when we walked pass we saw there are two more tables they didn’t even check and ask their customer to go away until we told them. Never again ! The time was on Friday 2/3 at 10pm. At first the receiption asked us to go away coz no table but in fact there is just they didn’t check. Then I ask them what time the live music finsih they show me a time table. The band 10:30 will have a break and come back at 10:45 and play until 11:30. But when I went in at 10, sit down for a while. 10:10 the band needa break. And then I was waiting until 10:50 for the band to come back . And the cafe already tell me last order in 5 mins and the band sing one song and went away. So basily I went in only listen to two music but set one hour for nothing.

The price is not cheap, the cheesecake is very bad, the waiter just desperately recommended to you and let you consume. These are all acceptable. What makes me angry is that when I checked out, the waiter took a bill twice the price and asked me to pay, my husband wanted to pay but I stopped. I carefully looked at it, and it was not my bill. The waiter only said sorry, but I don't want to accept it. If I pay, it is an unacceptable mistake in the service industry never come back

I was there for 3 days nearly from the time they opened until they closed. All the food and drinks I had were great, service was excellent and so was the atmosphere. Will definitely visit again and highly recommend visiting if you haven't yet. Feb-2023

Thank you Broooo. To the food, drink, view, atmosphere with live music and at the beach was very nice. We love it! Taste was good and everything fine!

The food, the music and the view at the outdoor area were excellent. Unluckily it was raining a lot and the staff had to help carry our food in and out several times and the floor was quite slippery. Shout out to a great service mind of the staff for always helping and caring about our safety!

Completely dissatisfied with Hardrock Cafe Pattaya, wish I could give zero stars. I arrived at 5:30pm on a Friday to a completely empty restaurant both inside and out. They went to seat us outside, and I asked to be seated inside. They said they are only seating people outside, and once the outside fills up then they will start seating people inside. I asked why, and they said because of safety during Covid. (I have been to 50+ other restaurants in Pattaya and Thailand in general during Covid and nobody else has had such a policy). And how is it unsafe inside when the outside is not full, but magically becomes safe once the outside fills up??? I asked to speak to the manager, and he came over and confirmed we would not be allowed to sit inside (again, zero people inside, or out), until the outside is full because of Covid. We did not stay to eat, went down the block and ate inside a different restaurant. This is the craziest thing I have ever heard of, anybody who creates a policy like this or enforces it has no ability to think for themselves. I will NEVER be back to Hard Rock Cafe, and will report this insanity to Hard Rock Corporate.
