Lived here for 6 years. Whilst my owners were lovely people the condo staff were not. I have stayed at a number of condos in Thailand and never experienced staff like this. - the condo halls are dark because they don't change the lightbulbs. I appreciate they alternate between 2 lighting systems but half the hall was always dark. When we politely requested they change the bulb near our door we were surprised when 5 staff came knocking the next day accusing me and my wife of STEALING the light bulbs. Really weird. - Being followed from the lift by some red eyed drug affected guy to our door. -standing on balcony looking around or having a coffee you sometimes have security down stairs taking pictures of u and staring. Hoping to see a cigarette I guess. Which is banned on balcony. - being fined for the way you put your rubbish in the bin. - inflating fines dramatically until you ask to see the policy. Which shows the correct fines. Then they say they made a mistake. - staff in general are 80% rude and miserable. The "tom" that sits in tower c, I never saw her smile in 6 years. The other guy who fills in occasionally won't even acknowledge your presence when you stand at the desk in front of him to get mail or ask something - temperature checks during covid on all foreigners LEAVING the building whilst thais walked through without. It could be a nice condo but it's let down by the staff. It was a good learning experience that not all condos are great. I would regret if I had purchased here and not rented.

Half way through a 3-month contract. Room is small, but I don’t need much. Haven’t used the gym nor pool, so I can’t comment on that. 7-11 on site, but doesn’t have much selection. I get by without using the a/c, as there’s good airflow so long as you leave the front door open. Convenient to take the baht bus out front to easily go to the beach. Motorcycle taxis also out front, charged 60 baht to go to the north bus station. Seemed reasonable. Minus a star because of the small 7-11 and rooms don’t come with stoves.

I rented a room in this condo from 888 Pattaya Co Ltd, whose office is located right in the condo building. Serious skin problems began. Doctors for a long time could not understand what the problem was until they realized that all the problems were associated with the bites and vital activity of bed mites living in the room. A dermatologist diagnosed the disease as being related to bed mites. I had to move out of the room, losing my paid time. The management of 888 Pattaya Co Ltd refused to compensate me for the costs and refused to return the rent paid for the time I did not live in the room. As a result, a large amount was spent on doctors, medicines, etc., the time spent in Pattaya was completely ruined, all plans for staying at the resort were ruined. There are still residual effects on the skin from bed mite bites. I strongly advise against dealing with this company. Ruin your health and vacation, lose a lot of money, and in the end they won’t even apologize to you, but will rudely kick you out to look for another place to live.

This is a 3 building complex with plenty of apartments for rent. Some have a good views and each building has its own swimming pool.

I am living here for this 3 months. Friendly and helpful staff, comfy room, complete facilities and secure.

Not so busy, good to stay.

Drinking filling water machine does not work all the time in Building A

Been my home for 8 days. I enjoyed the stay, The gym and pool were excellent. Security is good and 7eleven is available at this condo.
