не берите тут номера! ничего не работает! ни сауна ни хамам ничего ! желаю покорей сдохнуть хозяину этого кондо! do not buy apartments here and do not rent ! the owner of this condo is an irresponsible person who does not care about the tenants of his house! the jacuzzi has not been working for more than half a year! the sauna has not been working for 2 months ! and now nothing works at all! air conditioners and exercise equipment do not work in the gym ! disgusting place! I wish the owner of this condo to die as soon as possible!

This place was not bad i do recommend if you want to stay off the beach somewhere quiet. Relatively new rooms were clean and everything was ok.

Looks like 4-stars Turkish hotel: a lot of screaming 24/7 and drunken Russians. It could be fun for 7-14 days, but not for long term period of accommodation.

Clean, cozy & safe condo but relatively loud. The condo is equipped with a gym, a sauna a restaurant, a lounge area, and two groceries stores 1min walking. The place is quite clean and the Thai staff polite and professional. However, the place is relatively loud from 7am to 9m. It seems that not much is done by the management to remember parents that letting their kids screaming four hours in the pools goes against basic standards of most condos. The beach is accessible walking around 7min from the condo.

No surprise for the room, like in the picture, pool is big and clean, same for the gym and you have wholesome dogs close with a 7 11. The only negative point is that its far from the center but some can find it a good point.

One month into a three month stay and loving it so far. Great pools, near great beaches and lots of restaurants and coffee shops just a short walk or baht bus ride away.

Very little security. No one keeps order. Scattered garbage, dogs, children are screaming in the pool at five in the morning! In other condos, the administration keeps order! I don't recommend it!

The stuff from the juristic office is very unfriendly specifically the women with the shorter hairs. Unprofessional behavior in front of the customers.
