We checked on at Hilton Pattaya 3.30 and booked seat for sunset view but it was fulled booked so we seated on other side that can see all restarant whick I think our seats are better than facing to sunset coz we can see the beatiful ceiling and sunset together, moreover; the table are more comforatable to eat dinner. If not advance book the seat, you can sit in the middle of restauramt with no beach view or sit at the drink counter only. Staff are great service. They recommended menu, promotion and help us take picture. Food are delicious. We ordered scallops, tuna tartar and 48 hours lamp with truffle mashed potato(huge plate). We love the food. Discount hilton daimond member 25% in year 2021. The weather and wind was nice. Music matched with atmostphere. Fulled and nice sleep at Hilton Pattaya.

Crispy skin salmon was some of the best salmon I’ve had in a while. Delicious earl grey mousse dessert - a must try! Later in the evening we were able to move outside to the balcony for drinks. Great music was playing with a DJ, beautiful views of the city. Service was a bit all over the place. It was pretty busy at the time we arrived so not a big deal. Just occasionally difficult to grab someone’s attention when we needed something.

The view is phenomenal. It’s very windy at night so you might wanna bring a jacket. The signature cocktails are all good and unique. We really liked their french fries. The staffs gave good recommendations for something you’d like.

Pricey but definitely worth the spend and staff are at your call. Really cool how they give you fancy torches, so you can read the menu seeing as it's pretty dark or with low lighting in the evening. Note: Finding our way to the top floor was a little tricky because you have to take two lifts (elevators).
