empty, depressing rooms. the room is quite big but there is nothing but a bed some tiny desk otherwise the prison emptiness...quite depressing. to this window overlooking the opposite wall which is way from you, plus it's a very dirty and dusty wall. this view to the full prison atmosphere of this room... Really sed, poor place... in the photos the rooms look beautiful. bright, sunny, with a beautiful view. you arrive and they give you a dark room with a view of the opposite wall that closes the view of everything. When you say that there was another room in the picture, they only tell you that the other room is occupied, and if you don't like it, you don't have to move in, and the money they won't refund me. the quality is practically at the level of cheap rural Indian hotels, and the price is 700 thb per night! Expensive and sad!

We did not stay, the guys on reception were very rude when we asked if we could check in early, only kept repeating 2pm, we were there at 12am.

Expensive , dirty and ugly room. Poor place. They give you empty room, practically unfurnished room, only the bed and desk. You booked room with big window and nice , open więc. But that's scammers give you room eit viev, but these scammers give you a room with a view of the dirty wall of the opposite building dirty and smelly... when you ask that you booked another room they tell you that you can cancel your reservation but they won't give you your money back anyway, and you won't do anything to them... in the room has a very bad smell... the room looked so bad that I resigned myself to losing money and looked for another hotel and found one for the same price, even closer to the sea, very nicely decorated.

I got a dirty, smelly room that looked completely different on the agoda website where I ordered... On the chords website it was a beautiful shiny sun room with a great view, in reality it was a room facing the opposite dirty wall. The room itself is depressing and empty, there is nothing to beautify it...it feels like a prison cell. The only thing you can do with these scammers is call the police because neither they nor agod will want to refund your booking even though they scammed you... Only way is to go to the police but who has time for that so i found another hotel Maleewan with a pretty decent room and a good price.

Good place for short term staying, the staff is friendly and rooms are nice. We stayed in the room on the ground floor which was quite dark partly due the fact that there was a sign with the name of the hotel outside. There were also doors to the street in this room so we didn't feel always secure. However, overall I would say it is nice place close to the beach and also the night market is not that far away.

Super duper affordable place with super clean rooms (500 baht per night). I left my wallet downstairs by the parked motorbike overnight, and the cleaning lady found it and returned it to the reception. Tipped her 1k baht because all good deeds should be rewarded. Oh yeah it's opposite a motorcycle rental place run by a French guy that's really affordable and convenient as well. Will definitely stay here again if returning to Pattaya.

I love this place. Very affordable. Clean rooms. But it has a new building for construction so it's typically very noisy when we stayed for 3weeks. The street going here is quite far from the main beach road around 300 meters away. But it's fine. You won't regret to stay here. They have complemintary coffee corner available anytime.

A clean, no-frills accomodation down a side street off Jomtein beach main road. We had a spacious room on the ground floor, near reception so sometimes noisy from other guests. An extra chair and another bedside table will be good. Good value at the budget price.

Decided to stay there based on the great score of 8.0 that they have on trip advisor. Booked a superior room to have additional space travelling with a baby. Unfortunately the hotel is located at the end of an alley that is not really enjoyable to walk in and out especially in the dark, therefore own transport is recommended. Having said that parking lots belonging to the hotel are limited and if you come there later in the evening you might end up putting your car in a parking lot belonging to a neighbouring hotel. The room is clean although the white of the two color theme is difficult to maintain spottless white. A real negative impression gave the price list on the rooms wall showing charges for damaged or dirty room items. (Not sure if this comes from regular visuts by Rock'n Roll bands who leave a trail of destruction behind?). Stayed at a groundfloor room and biggest issues there are lack of natural light in the room as well as little issues with mold in the bathroom (on the mosquito screen of the bathroom window and the rail of the sliding door). Biggest plus in the bathroom well pressured and temperature adjustable water supply. Overall think 3 stars should be ok for this location and price but score of 8.0 in trip advisor is slightly missleading.

Quiet place which is good to get away from the mayhem of Pattaya sometimes. Room quality was clean and comfortable but don't expect extras you would find in a higher star hotel. Room has a kettle for making hot water but no tea or coffee in the room is provided.

Nice, clean and cheap. The room is good, could have been more furnitures and had something on the walls. Fast internet, but they need to restart the router now and then. There is no good view, certainly not from our room. Low price, nice staff and proximity to the beach are things we appreciate. The area right outside the hotel is like a back yard, so if you want to spend your time around the hotel I recommend choosing another hotel. Considering the price and that it's a quite area I would have chosen this hotel again.

In South Jomtien Beach Pattaya this is one hell of a deal. Clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff. ONLY $14-$30 per night!!! Down a long Alley so you have to walk about 1,000 feet to get to the beach/main street but the value and bargain make it worth it. You do a lot of walking in Thailand anyway and once you're on the main road you can catch an open-air taxi (Songteaw) for only 10 baht (30 cents U.S.)

The room is spaceous and clean. It has lift, walking distance to the beach and it is accessible to food centers and convenient stores.

It's a budged inn, not much to say. Was all good, but I have 3 suggestions. I choose the hotel for the wifi, but I ended up with 1 bar, so had to use my phone as a Hotspot. The next would be cosmetical things, like fixing little things(picture). At last, take a brush to clean in the bathrooms, not everybody like the view of it (picture). When you come bring soap and shampoo, since it's not included. It's like advertised near the beach and the room was clean, with towels and a little fridge. There is drinking water, tea, coffee and a kettle. Many shops around to eat. Oh and parking is provided. I give 4 stars since all the things mentioned above are a easy fix, with glue, a brush and a solution for the wifi.

Another good value budget hotel off the beaten track, clean and quiet is all you want for a quick overnight in Jomtien. The staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Not too good room - descent size but no natural light and a lot of noise - you get less than what you pay for. Night guard is very nice and very helpful to park the car at night when there is a lack of parking space - take care of him.
