3.30am: I wake up with my room full of smoke, the guests in the room connectied to mine are smoking weed non stop and the smoke enters into my room 4.30am: staff moves me to another room next to the renovation works (in the picture), I ask for a quite room since I had almost zero sleep but staff stays I have to pay I gave up and try to sleep anyway and place the do not disturb sign out of the door 9.00am: maid starts knocking at my door and enters in my room to clean because there was the sign "do not disturb" outside my door.๐Ÿ™„ ...Is it a big joke? In the morning I went to talk to the manager that says she already did enough allowing me to not leave my original passport with them and to check out one hour late. Unfortunately is not a joke and the management couldn't care less about their customers...what a pity for such a beautiful property.

It disappoints me to learn that the hotel receptionist gossiped behind my back, making derogatory assumptions about my financial status. No guest should be treated with such disdain by the personnel, who are acting in a wholly unprofessional manner. It's also disappointing to find that the hotel failed to notify you in advance that the pool was closed; the pool was a highly advertised amenity and may have influenced my choice to stay there. It's unfair for me to arrive and find that the amenities they were looking forward to are not available due to the severe oversight of poor communication. The rude and unaccommodating attitude of the hotel employees when you asked for a refund

Been here 3 times and this would be the last time staying at A-one. 1. I stay here for 3 days 2 nights. Construction noise during the day. I am sure that the voice with the vibration is from the hotel so I call the front office. She cannot provide any info and not friendly at all. I ask her to call back to inform the response. And, there is nothing both construction noise and call from the receptionist. Looks like I pay lots of money for hearing disturbing things. 2. Upon check-in process, I ask for the reception to keep two twins bed sit tight together. And again, they take no actions and do nothing. 3. For breakfast buffet, they try to ask for unfinished dish for 3 times. I answer them the same to keep it there. But the last time is so annoying that I have to give up and give that plate to them. 4. Poor service and uneducated staff. Donโ€™t deserve money from guest and 4 stars standard. 5. For hotelโ€™s policy, if you want to do only restaurants, then do it and concentrate to it. 6. They renovate the pool. Now the pool is inside the restaurant. So, if you want to use chairs or sofas, you should pay for the food. This is not pool for facilities. Itโ€™s pool for commercial. 7. My room is confirmed to be city view. But all I see is the hotelโ€™s large air-con view. Liar.

Stayed at this hotel while on vacay with family. The building per se is stunning, shaped like a cruise ship and decorated likewise inside. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, adequate facilities, clean washrooms and a small balcony too. Breakfast was included with our booking and that was one of the most impressive points here. They have a large spread with a combination of Continental, Thai and surprisingly, Indian cuisine, each better than the rest! Live omelettes, fried dumplings with pandan sauce and condensed milk and a coffee and tea machine with choices aplenty were the highlights. The restaurant is spread over a huge area with no scarcity of tables irrespective of the number of guests! The service at the front desk, however, was very disappointing. We reached at 1100 hours and were made to wait in the lobby untill 1400 hours to check in. Also, the front desk executives are not courteous or cordial and seem unwilling to listen to our requests. They also seemed not to understand English or pretended to do so. That was unusual for a place like Pattaya which receives tourists belonging to multiple nationalities so often. They also provided us with smaller rooms than we had paid for, and tried to deny it. After a long discussion, they finally agreed and gave us the rooms we had paid for the next day, informing us about the checkout just an hour earlier. The lobby is very comfortable with plush armchairs and settees of various sizes and colours to relax in. Conveniently located right opposite the beach, it also offers easy access to eateries, street food and 7-11s which are located at every 100 metres.

We paid $160 for 2 nights, checked in and to my surprise the room is old and has a smell to it. Nothing like the pictures of the deluxe room. It was small but has a nice size balcony. Said something to the receptionist, then was given a different room, which was somewhat resembles the pictures, but small balcony, so we opted to stay in the old small room. 4 star hotel but room is more like 2 star, definitely needed some update. Checked out their website, and it seems the room only cost 1200 baht, felt that we definitely got ripped off by the hotel or agoda. Won't be staying again for sure.

The lobby was renovated but full of mosquitoes. Other than the lobby and the pool, everything is old and needs to be renovated. Food was just okay. Breakfast buffet was boring and no bacon. We stayed in October 2023 and the renovation still not finished yet so there were loud machine/banging noise during daytime. It's super annoying tho to walk to the beach, especially when Fat Coco is closed. Bed was so damn high and too soft for me it hurt my back. Bathroom floor kinda slippery when wet. Balcony looked real dirty. Staff was not very helpful.

The hotel has a very good location and it is my second time now. But what is not clear is the concept of the swimming pool. Outside guests can order food at the connected restaurant "Fat Coco" and sit at and jump into the pool. Hotel guest do no not get any discount and cannot bring their own drinks. So hotel guests and outside guests are treated nearly the same and as a result, the swimming pool is always full. However kids like it, for adults it's not really useable. To make the pool more attractive for hotel guests: - Introduce happy hour only for hotel guests - Provide discount only for hotel guests - Charge entry fee or minimum expenses for outside guests to use the pool By this the pool would be not so overcrowded and hotel guests would probably order even more.

The most pathetic room service I ever seen, they don't respond at all. To any complaint you communicate to them. My room # was 2243. And I ask for the iron to press my cloths. Made five time to reception 2times to House Keeping. Hey kept saying for 2days that they will inform but never responded back. It's hell of a messy service provider.

This hotel is decorated in modern style, and good located closely to the beach. The staffs are so friendly, but wifi is so slow. However, it is value for money to stay here.

The hotel is just a walking distance from the beach, Central Plaza Pattaya and Terminal 21. Needs some extra clean up though.

Was expecting something nicer. The service was awful at the front desk. Not well managed. It seems to be running on paper notes by some teenage girls. I guess if youโ€™re coming here with family to enjoy the pool itโ€™s ok. But as a couple, the pool was barely enjoyable with all the kids playing around.

One of the best hotel I've been in! The hotel's architecture is in the shape of a royal cruise and even inside the hotel and even room, you could find structures of steel like material decorated within the room that gives the vibe of a room in a ship! The room service, the staff the facilities like fat Coco and the lounge + breakfast itenary, ahhh so good ๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿป

Nice hotel. LOTS of stairs. Not ideal if you struggle with your leg power! The flamingo pool was by far the highlight of our trip. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool party there. Our room was fine, nothing majorly special. Breakfast wasn't great, however we can be picky at times!

Room is clean and quiet. Still under pandemic situation, so some of facilities are not available, so we should stair up and downs to use some places. But in general, it is nice place to stay for weekend trip.

Their sea view room was more well-kept and clean as compared to their deluxe. Some towels and sheets need to be replaced. The sea view is kind of sideways view. The location is close to the beach. The restaurant below faces the beach and has a pool beside it. The carpet requires some thorough cleaning or maybe replacement. The staff were helpful.

I liked the whole concept of this hotel. Its layout, interior, colour theme, sitting area, pool area. Everything looks good. Cafe that they have on the back side is also good. Only thing which did not work was the bedsheets were not clean. I stayed there for 2 days and the location of the hotel is perfect, easy access to both the sides.

This property is on pattaya beach. Close to the water sports, malls and other shopping destination. It is well connected, you can just walk around and find everything. Food is not so great. Rooms are small but okay.

It's a nice facility and the staff does the best they can. I was a bit upset that I couldn't find parking but it was a busy weekend. For the price I got I would consider staying here again.

Great place for family stay, clean and well maintained. Pattaya beach across the road, hotel wifi reaches there ๐Ÿคฃ. Nice pool and awesomely maintained. TV doesnt have wifi connectivity or access to usb due to design for TV enclosure. Have to watch Thai channels and bbc in English. Early check-in not available due to full occupancy mostly. Overall good stay

Just to keep in mind that the place has recently reopened. The location and staff are great. We booked to rooms 1718 & 1717. They were good the beds are comfy, but the air condition in my room was not working properly so I couldnโ€™t sleep well. At first I thought itโ€™s because the humidity, but friend room was so cold. The access to the hotel is not the most convenient, but itโ€™s ok. The room service is not fully back yet, so no food after the restaurants close. The fat coco Resturant and bar was the highlight of the place. Overall itโ€™s ok but I think it will be better after they fully operate.

We had a Business conference here with Esha Deol. The conference room was big and spacious. The food services was also very good. The location of the hotel is at the centre. I would highly recommend the place for conference and meeting.

Stayed in Jan 2023. Nice rooms, good breakfast buffet. Very close to beach and lot of attractions at walkable distance. They have a nice pool and good restaurant. Only issue is check in time 1400 hrs, if you arrive early theyโ€™ll not give room even if available. This is really cruel. They take some money as advance for any damages but refund it on checking out.

Not at all recommend for indian travellers. Virtually no indian food .The rooms are not cost effective.. Even suites are very small. In the name of sea view.. only partially sea view rooms are there.staff dont understand english.

All rooms are designed to have inside doors to next room. Of course they are cloused but you are hearing everything what is going on in the room next to you and because of this you can not sleep !!!. This is the only problem but the really big one - i can not understand how the could designed all rooms in this way

Paid 10,428b for 3 nights. The room clean and the bathroom looked nice.... And then I tried to take a shower.... What a joke.... Goes only as hight as you knees. The check-in was so chaotic and that's with more staff than guests. Most requested details are Completely over complicated and mostly unnecessary. The pool area is nice but there is dance music from the DJ both on full power meaning relaxation is impossible. Fat choco is over priced... 15usb for a pinch of 1litle beer. The maid was good. The rooms are clean.

Trust me when I stay this is one of the best hotels in Pattaya close to the Pattaya beach. It has a great view. It does feel like you are on the deck of a ship, I loved the breakfast. And for 2090 baht for a night, I really got my money's worth. Definitely going back. I feel it is a classy hotel with moderate charges, friendly staff, considerate, etc etc. You have got to go there if you ever get to Pattaya

The place needs to be refurbished, no room service and limited decent Western foods, I think due to a lot of people from India, that seemed to be the offering on the breakfast buffet.

  • 5/5 Kalyan J. 1 year ago on Google
We stayed here for 3 days in a family room (not sea facing) with a kitchen. Rooms were spacious enough for 4 with complimentary breakfast thrown in - children need to pay 300 Thai baht but they were generous enough to offer it free for a day (shoutout to Ms. Dream). Breakfast has Indian options and vegetarian fare as well. Overall stay was comfortable and the beach front is right off the hotel. Our wing was shaped like a cruise liner with some interiors reflecting that theme. Thereโ€™s 3000 Thai baht deposit which they refund on check out. No early check in option - we paid 2000 Thai baht to avail one - but to be honest we landed at 10 am which was a good 4 hours ahead. I would stay here again in Pattaya - terminal 21 mall close by, lot of Indian restaurants for vegetarians, currency exchange , beach - all in walkable distance. We chose this place after watching the YouTube review on sugarspicenice channel

Our first visit and stay at Pattaya. Glad that we chose this Hotel. Right across the beach and very accessible to night markets 5 min. Walk and Walking Street via tuk tuk 20 baht. Breakfast options can be more varied but it is good. The Pool is also awesome

Good and comfortable hotel with a cruise ship decor. We stayed at room 1513, spacious room, clean and comfortable. The breakfast also really good with variety of local Thai and western foods. Awesome breads quality.

Great staff, the only bad point was I seen many Indian and Sikh not wearing masks when going for breakfast and using the lift the should have made everyone in the hotel to wear a mask while staying at the hotel

  • 4/5 Mark C. 1 year ago on Google
Wife and I took the family here for four days. As far as location goes it's perfect. It's walking distance from Soi 6 and the other party streets if that's what you're into. I was looking for a hotel with a nice pool with a family environment but still wanted to be close to the beach. The staff were very helpful and polite. The staff found my hat that I had left somewhere and were nice enough to hold it for me.
