Stayed
at
this
hotel
while
on
vacay
with
family.
The
building
per
se
is
stunning,
shaped
like
a
cruise
ship
and
decorated
likewise
inside.
Rooms
were
spacious
with
comfortable
beds,
adequate
facilities,
clean
washrooms
and
a
small
balcony
too.
Breakfast
was
included
with
our
booking
and
that
was
one
of
the
most
impressive
points
here.
They
have
a
large
spread
with
a
combination
of
Continental,
Thai
and
surprisingly,
Indian
cuisine,
each
better
than
the
rest!
Live
omelettes,
fried
dumplings
with
pandan
sauce
and
condensed
milk
and
a
coffee
and
tea
machine
with
choices
aplenty
were
the
highlights.
The
restaurant
is
spread
over
a
huge
area
with
no
scarcity
of
tables
irrespective
of
the
number
of
guests!
The
service
at
the
front
desk,
however,
was
very
disappointing.
We
reached
at
1100
hours
and
were
made
to
wait
in
the
lobby
untill
1400
hours
to
check
in.
Also,
the
front
desk
executives
are
not
courteous
or
cordial
and
seem
unwilling
to
listen
to
our
requests.
They
also
seemed
not
to
understand
English
or
pretended
to
do
so.
That
was
unusual
for
a
place
like
Pattaya
which
receives
tourists
belonging
to
multiple
nationalities
so
often.
They
also
provided
us
with
smaller
rooms
than
we
had
paid
for,
and
tried
to
deny
it.
After
a
long
discussion,
they
finally
agreed
and
gave
us
the
rooms
we
had
paid
for
the
next
day,
informing
us
about
the
checkout
just
an
hour
earlier.
The
lobby
is
very
comfortable
with
plush
armchairs
and
settees
of
various
sizes
and
colours
to
relax
in.
Conveniently
located
right
opposite
the
beach,
it
also
offers
easy
access
to
eateries,
street
food
and
7-11s
which
are
located
at
every
100
metres.
