-The very slow check in process -The room is old and unclean that I can feel dusts on my feet when walking around the room -Breakfast is the worst. Low in variety and super poor quality. The color of sausage is very pink which i can find this kind of sausage beside the street. I choose this hotel every time I visit Pattaya since I was young and the quality is always standardized but this time I am very disappointed. Maybe it’s because of the seminar/meeting of a company? So all customers were included to that low level of service and food. Im very upset.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This is a hotel that has given up on itself. It's simply the worst hotel EVER. Where do I start? 1) Staff - took me 15mins to check in but there was no queue. 5 staff were just chatting amongst themselves and ignoring any customers. When they finally got to me, they were floating around, joking and taking their time with everything. I had no hot water and asked 3 separate staff to fix the issue and everyone said 'yes', but 12 hours later still nothing was fixed. 2) Room - dirtiest room ever. Bird poo all over the jacuzzi, no hot water, dirty bed sheets, carpet is sticky and has a mouldy/ musty smell in the room. Air con was freezing and the temperate gauge didn't work. Worse still there's a sign asking you NOT to turn off the aircon. And no hairdryer... but you can buy one has a 'souvenir'. 3) Food - worse than prison food. Bland, cold and poor quality. Many guests ended up buying cup noodles from the 7Eleven downstairs for breakfast instead!

- TLTR: quality unreasonable with the room price. - Takes toooooo long to check-in & out (less staff at the reception). - The room is very old and dusty. When i walk in the room, i feel the dust on my feet. The type of bathroom floor is not suitable for making a bathroom. I slipped in the bathroom, which hurt me a lot. My arms and legs were all bruised😐. I can’t event get into my own room because of the broken door lock (staff use a master key to unlock). - The breakfast is the worst. Low quality and variety compared to before e.g the super pink sausage that can find in the street food which has very low nutritional value😬. - Feels disappointed about everything I get from staying at this hotel, it's the first choice that comes to mind when my family come to Pattaya since I was a kid.

Worse experience ever. 1 hour to check in, room very old and dirty. Breakfast is disgusting and is served late. Totally not worth the 3000+ baht I paid per night. A shame for Thailand hospitality.

This hotel is a beach front hotel with nice swimming pool. The room condition is poor. Amenity is poor. I stay in a suite room which is a room with 3 separate rooms inside. It’s a suite room but the view is horrible, consider you choose Beach view tower. I only see next building instead of beach and sea. Buffet Breakfast is also poor and short. This place will be my last choice to stay if I come to Pattaya again.

This is a very popular resort for Russians, which is not to say good nor bad, it's just a fact. I personally enjoy it because it gives it a twist... Just adding more flavor to the already exotic tropical setting. This hotel is actually five huge buildings and the entire property is a complete economic ecosystem... There is a half-kilometer long row of vendors and shops from the hotel pool out to the main street, and it is amazingly populated with shoppers several times during the day. This hotel is a good bargain because of its location on the beach, its great pools, and excellent breakfast buffet. Yeah sure, the buildings are old and the cheap rooms are dirty, and some staff can be incompetent, but hey, this is not a 5 star hotel and the prices reflect that. If you can handle being away from downtown, this is a great choice.

Very slow check in process and poor management. Young staff are lack of experience. My family wait 1 hour and a half for just check in. I have to walk 10 times to check in counter. Receptionist said they are searching room, that I had booked 1 month ago.

Poor service and overpriced hotel. The receptionist look very confuse when I told that I reserve a room via agoda. After getting the room, the bed sheet was not properly organized. It look like it was not taken care of well. I then called the operator and housekeeping unit but no one responded to my concern. In addition, when I parked my car, the security guard did not help guide me to park in the little space. He called on his phone all the time.

The check in line is so long! First time in many hotel that the line is too long. If you want to rest after a long drive, DONT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL!

We stayed in the Ocean Wing with a large, clean and spacious room. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel provided us with an extra bed at no charge. There are 4+ pools to choose from with a huge pool in the middle of the complex. The pool in the Ocean Wing was our favorite as it was the most modern. Breakfast was average with Thai and Western Food.

Over an hour to check in. Rude at the front desk. The rooms are old and stink. The air conditioner leaking and the upstairs bathroom leaking. Everything is old and outdated. Do not stay here!

Service is very bad, poor quality food, Extremely slow check in and out, I had waited for 2 hour for both check in and out. There are just 2 staffs at the front. Extremely disappointed.

The rooms are not spacious but it was clean and the staffs are a quite friendly overall I enjoyed the stay.

This place is far from the tourist place yet once you check in you won't have a problem with your basic needs . 7/11 is inside just walking distance, swimsuit and other souvenirs are available inside this location. Beach and pool plus cafe with pancakes and sweets will satisfy your palette. If you have kids and no one will take care of it, you may leave it to day care just pay for an hour . Skate boarding if you have teens can study also in here. The tennis court is available and has a huge parking lot. A lot of abandoned buildings and lack of maintenance already due to covid this Ambassador hotel.

Views are stunning, big swimming pools, territory is large and picturesque, but service isn’t good in City Inn, breakfast isn’t good enough, need to stand in a queue to wait some food, lack of fruit! But it wasn’t important for me, anyway 5 stars

Amazing Location, they have tried to build a tourist city, the have many wings in hotel. I book studio room at 1800 bhat per day. Room was clean but no ventilation. Service is world calls horrible. It took 2 hours to check in. When i express my discomfort, staff was not polite and they comment we are also not comfortable. They do not have management and capability to manage such big property. Don't ask for anything extra including water. They will charge extra. 7/11 is inside premise which is a life savour. But it closes in night. They have beautiful beach, big pool side and that can be enjoyed. Little far from pattaya city 15-18Km. Grab you won't find easily.

Take a decade for checking-in and getting the key. The room is old and dirty. There are scattered trashes on the hotel beach. The room service is poor. Not price worthy.

Real City with private beach. Good for family trip or couples. Quite and calm. Pool was big and clean.

Here for a conference and staff was great. Ocean Wing, where we spent most of our time was clean and updated, restaurant in that wing was fine, normal hotel prices. Other food was standard Thai and fine. Restaurants on the premises were okay and pricey. Better options of the property. Pools are great!

A big and slightly old hotel with complete facilities. Large room and clean, very comfortable bed especially pillows. Nice scenery sea beach. Not far from Bangkok. Near many attractive places.

Amazing wide sand beach, the best in Pataya. Nice white interior, clean rooms. There is a big market on the hotel territory, a few cafés, and restaurants. All the guests could visit Mimosa club (is located across the road) for free. Recommend!

It’s a good 3-4 star hotel. It is a large complex and there is no need to leave. Restaurants, beach, a market and so much more. Rooms and views are a highlight.

My friend and I stayed 2 nights. The staff were efficient and very helpful and caring. Jill in reception was particularly helpful. The rooms were comfortable and newly renovated The view was fantastic The bathroom had a bath and a seperate shower. Water pressure was great. I had 2 nights of deep sleep. Restaurant and Coffee shop were great. Good food good coffee friendly service. What a great gym and sports centre they have. The private beach was very clean with showers and deck chairs. I will be back soon.
