WARNING - stay away from this place - They have an extensive set of rules and regulations of which some are not written down - and they will give you a fine if you break any of the rules and if you do not pay they will close for the water in your apartment. In addition there are only boiling hot water or cold - nothing in between. The cleaning staff are friendly but the administrative staff is not.

Shocking. Filthy, rude management staff and they hustle you for extra money for the key to the room on arrival. Also got the dates wrong and charged me for an extra night. Big sign at the front saying it is illegal to book for periods shorter than a week but that didn't stop them.

It's a nice complex with good pools and other amnesties. Only thing what makes it not so great is the size of the most rooms as they are really small! It's alright if living alone but not so great even invite friends to hangout etc. Living there a motorbike is almost a must or taking a taxi... Better / bigger condos available for the same price so I wouldn't recommend this place much...

Rooms are small but the price was great. The facilities themselves the best.... decent gym, and the best swimming pools you can get. Huge pools. New and very clean building. Staff is always working on the grounds and building... keeping it clean and new. Great place. I would recommend to anyone. Location is quite and close to most places by rental bike. Not walking distance.. but still great place.

No hot water 5 days, no WiFi for full 18 days there, never heard of place with no WiFi terrible, Air con filters need cleaned, bed sheet to big for quilt, stains on quilt like blood.

People: Welcome to Thailand. Buy bug spray. Get over it. Everywhere in Thailand has cockroaches and ants. We do our best. It's probably some filthy neighbor leaving food out. Very likely not even Thai people.

Stayed there for 5 days. Pro Neat and clean condo with affordable price. No one gonna disturb you or question you during the stay period. If you love to swim this is the place for you. Compact gym. Con Very few restaurants near by . Lill away from walking street ,around 2km. Reception staffs are not so friendly. I would strongly recommend to try it.

Very slow internet, less than 1Mbps. Most staff grumpy and unmotivated. Units are sold at a loss.

During the chexk in, the security wouldnt let me in because I didnt have access for whatever reason, the room i stayed in was damaged and filthy. When checking in They told me that I must for utilities even though when buying a room here, I wasn't told that. Also the wifi here is terrible, so bring your own

I visited a friend. The security was quite good. They stopped my driver and took a photo of his driver's license. I was impressed that the building had boiling water from all taps, and they had air conditioning in all the hallways. That was impressive.

Really nice month here. Super clean pools. Their WiFi is non existent...get your own. People always tidying up. Hot water.

It was my first time to stay here before the cov19 all over theworld. There were not many guests at that time, and there were not so many restaurants and bars outside, and there were no shopping malls. I chose to live here because have a kitchen for cooking, a washing machine for washing clothes, and 1 The building is surrounded by swimming pools. There is a large swimming pool on the second floor and a gym on the third floor. It is also close to the mountains and the beach. So I really enjoyed living here. When I lived here, I had to rent a motorcycle, otherwise I would have to walk a long way to go anywhere or took a mototaxi. At that time, the motorcycle could be parked in the parking lot. I stayed here again in September this year for 18 days. I still enjoyed it very much. The addition of Top mart is more convenient, there is also a laundromat, and there are many vendors to sold foods and drinks , and there are many guards and cleaning staff. The guards are very friendly and will greet you when they come in and out. The cleaning staff are very responsible and start cleaning the environment early every morning, whether it is inside the floor or public facilities. They are really attentive and attentive. I am responsible and happy to see them every day. The only problem is that if I rent a motorcycle now, I need a pass sticker to park in the parking lot. It is very inconvenient. Staying at our sons apartment on the top floor. Very impressive complex. 3 very nice pools. Set a little out of the city. 10 minute taxi to center or nearest beach. Apartment do differ in finish, and if you are thinking of renting check conents/ available wi fi etc. The complex free WiFi is useless.

This is about building C. The building and facilities and nice, but the unit is very small, with broken door knobs. I almost got locked in the bathroom. Quiet, great gym, pool, and Cafe. Bring your own WiFi.

First thing is Arcadia Beach Resort and Arcadia Continental are totally different companies. I stayed at the Resort from Jan. 24 - Feb. 2, 2023 in Bldg. C, Rm. 203. Here's my list: no check in desk and security was no help, but they were friendly. We waited for about 45 minutes before we knew where we were going. The manager on the Continental side was a great help with assisting us with contacting someone so I can get to the room. A lady met us at our rooms with the key and we had to pay an additional 1000BHT for cleaning. I had no washcloths; asked and they had none. I bought my own after asking the next day from a cleaning lady. I never received services and requested my money back; never happened. There's no one on the premises, so you can only contact through email. The WIFI does not work. They advertise free parking; not true. We were told we had to pay 500BHT to get a sticker for 30 days, and we receive 100BHT back when we turn in the sticker. That's not free. The rooms are very small, but I was the only one so it didn't bother me. It appears to be some sort of timeshare because there's a lot of people who live there. The rooms look great on these pics, but don't let them fool you. I can say the outside premises is beautiful, but don't set your bar too high. If so, find another place.

The room is very clean and comfortable. The view from the window is very relaxing with a nice view of the pool. There is a cafe and bar, and a 7-Eleven next door. I highly recommend it.

Love the environment, tourist in Pattaya better choose this place because they have full facilities such as pool, gym, sauna, cafe. The important things there is a washing machine in the apartment room. The minus is far from the beach

Not sure if 3 or 4 stars. Swimming pool is big and nice. Room is not new but acceptable. However they could clean a little better I got room for reasonable price. About 900 baht. Half was for the room and half they call ‘cleaning service’. That’s why even not expensive I feel a bit disappointed about cleaning. Anyway, still acceptable

We ate at the blu inside the resort. The food was great, but it took some time to get our drinks and then our food.

Nice condo from first view. Perfect location. But, rooms are to small. 1 bedroom same size studio in standard condo. Someone is ok, someone not satisfied with area.

The single rooms are a little oddly arranged, but the location is great. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Pool is perfect for hot days!

We enjoyed the swimming pool and the outdoor area. But a few details about this place 1. No reception 2. The stuggle just to get your keys. 3. No communication in advance about the 1000 baht deposit for the keys 4. The room wasn't clean when we arrived. 5. A double bed duvet in a queen size bed sheet. 6. Bathroom door could not open from the inside. 7. Lights flickering. 8. Bedroom door had no door handel. 9. Blocked drain in the bathroom basin.

My paradise! I love swimming here. I just need to learn more a little bit for door locker. Air conditioner needs to be checked room by room. In general, it's a good and beautiful place. You don't need to go outside except for food.

Beatiful pool and outside area. Worst internet in pattaya. Deadzone and building blocks signal. I have to open the balcony door at all times to get Internet working from my phone. Which gets blocked at midnight

A very beautiful condo, deep in the south of pattaya. What I don't like is the location, its too far out, its not really near to jomtien beach and walking street, but it's not exactly very far either. Taking songthaew to the party areas are very easy, but coming back is a nightmare. U would need to know which songthaew to take (beach rd) and make sure they turn right rather than go loop back to 2nd road. I advice just take Bolt taxi, or Grab motorbike, much much hassle free and easier, just 35baht. It's very quiet and serene, the pool is nice, a nice place to stay for long term. But if ur looking to walk to party areas, this is too far away.

The restaurant there looks super cool. I plan to go back and give it a try. The apartments aren't anything special, though. Update: If you're looking for a romantic restaurant with GREAT food and ambiance, check this place out. You will not be disappointed! This is the ONLY restaurant that I have visited in Thailand that got everything right, even the things they got wrong they recovered from with aplomb! They don't have a Western style mixed salad on their menu but that did not stop their chef from creating one on the spot with the best balsamic reduction I've ever tasted. The strawberry mango iced tea is delicious and has these little balls od exploding liquid flavor that will have you playing with your glass even after the tea is all gone. I ordered the meatballs with sauce appetizer. It was delicious. Do yourself a favor and order a small loaf of toasted bread to eat it with. For my main course I had the lamb shank. It was cooked perfectly. Lastly, but almost as important, the waitstaff are topnotch here. Unlike othe Thai establishments these people give a darn about your experience. They are attentive and take responsibility for their mistakes. They don't disappear after the food has been served so if you need additional attention you're not trying to flag down some disinterested waiter to get a refill. The proprietor of this restaurant in my opinion is the best restauranteur in the city. He can definitely have more of my money for that lovely dining experience. My suggestion is go eat everywhere else first and save this place for last because once you eat here you will judge every other thai restaurant by this standard and they will fail.

The service of the staff is very late to get us into the rooms.☹️ The door locker is quite hard to do.😣 It would be better if they can provide good WiFi for us. All the facilities in the room is great! They provide full amenities. ❤️
