I joined Real Divers for two dives from the boat. It was such a great experience diving with Luke DMT. He was absolutely friendly and a great dive buddy. We found so many amazing sea animals to include many colorful fish, a beautiful blue ringed stingray, and a sea turtle just chilling by the coral. This was such a fun trip. The other instructors are full of information and very helpful. I highly recommend planning a trip or course with the Real Divers of Pattaya.

It's been a great day with Real Diver team. They are very professional company and friendly guys however I started my journey by an email and they quickly reply me exactly what should I do and how to book a day with them Finally when I arrived they helped me a lot specially it was my first time diving. I personally recommend and here are some of the benefits to book with them. Pros: - safety number one so they will check with you all the details before starting. So nothing to worry bout. - Professional patient instructors and they never leave you a lone. - Proper training from A to Z until you get the confidence to dive. - Super speed dual engine boat ( no time wasting) with some fruits and snacks. - Nice Thai lunch. - Very good driver drop you back to your hotel - personally I forget my mobile in his car when he dropped me but he come back to my location again with my mobile. - Small group. - Two times diving in deferent locations Cons: To be honest nothing to complain about.

Great staff and service. Super responsible and flexible. Did the pattaya dives and the samae sans. Both recommended, wrecks, lots of fish, rays and turtles. Everything well arranged, from pick up, equipment, best dives sites and lunch. They also gave me tips for restaurants and things to do in the evening. Overall a great experience and will definitely come back.

Definitely the best Dive shop in Pattaya. Great people and so friendly and helpful with everything. So if you are thinking to have a fun dive or get certificated in Dive this will be your place.

Excellent team and experience. Neil, the director, alongside manager Kat are a stellar duo that make sure that all your needs are met prior to the dive. The staff at Real Divers is above all others. I have been in Thailand for some time and had not been diving because I had no buddy. When I started searching to get back in the water I messaged every shop I could find asking about diving. Real Divers responded with the most important words to me. "Yes we can take you out, but as you have been out of the water for a year I would recommend doing a refresher first." after my refresher I knew how good they were and decided to get my Dive master Cert with them. Normal trips use a speed boat. We can board just down the street from the shop. The boat is able to be on the water out and back with 2-3 dives in the early afternoon. This allows me to go diving and be home 4 hours away in the same day. Addition 28 November Some how Xander has posted a bad review about the shop. theres no way I would rank them as a 1 star. The shop was great helping me get my professional certifications, and I still keep in touch with the owners and my dive buddies there.

My sons and I did our PADI open water course here. Chuck (Luke) was an amazing instructor. His enthusiasm meant that my boys finished the course with a newfound passion and they couldn’t wait to go diving again soon. Thanks Chuck!

Never go for this place. Pattaya is not a scuba diving destination but if you have to go.... never opt for this place. Owner is rude but instructors are good in behavior. But if you putting money into something you do it for experience. The owner neil didn't explain the process properly. Charged me 400 Baht extra what other dive centers quoted. No hotel pickup is there. The worst part is he charged 2000 Baht for videography and told me that one extra diver will go for the video shooting. But overall Only two divers took the whole boat and they took turn for the diving. Only one person went with me who never took any video. He took only few still photographs which were of worst quality. They wont show you the video and tell that we will send you over drive. he added few phots and did the worst editing and sent it over whatsapp. Never Go for this center. BTW thanks richard for making my first dive memorable and ruining the memory at same time. Reply to the response from owner: This person has the audacity to lie here too. for people who are reading this i am attaching the video that was sent to me and you can judge all by yourself. I never panicked, went for dive in a single go... and they dont give you any extra training even if its your first time. There was a demo of equipment on the boat then he took me directly in the water, we practiced breathing and mask cleaning for sometimes and dived. as informed by instructor we were dived to 4m deep for 35-40 mintues straight. Do watch the video which is only a collection of still photos and see yourself if i panicked.

Excellent experience with Real Divers Pattaya! We did 4 dives over two days and saw a giant turtle, starfish egg, moray eel, stone fish and a variety of other marine life. Luke (Chuck) was by far one of the best instructors we have come across. He was high on enthusiasm, ever helpful and an expert in what he did. He helped my wife overcome her initial jitters and complete two dives. He also followed up and sent across all our pics and videos. John and Richard, the two divemasters, were also very jovial and helpful. They guided us all along. And of course, Neil was there right from the stage of booking, helping us with all our questions and booking formalities. No wonder you guys have a high google rating! Thanks guys!

The dive school has great instructors. Luke and Nick were the best. Nick in particular was extraordinary in terms of his professionalism and commitment to training the students and diving safely. Want to specially mention Richard, X , Biff and Hammerhead as well. Niels the owner was really friendly and explained the process well. Would definitely recommend this dive centre.

Excellent dive shop! I did my rescue diver certification with them and it was a great experience throughout. Chuck did an amazing job as an instructor, explaining and demonstrating all the required skills very well while also being super fun and giving me ample opportunity to practice. All the other instructors and dive masters - Molly, Ross, Nick - were super friendly and helpful too. They provide a full lunch after the diving, one day Pete even cooked up pasta with meatballs :) Overall I can highly recommend real divers for doing trainings/PADI certifications!

Completed my AOW here and can’t recommend this place/team enough! Spoke to Neil over the phone beforehand, he was super friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain/answer any questions I had & was then exactly the same in person! Also have to mention my instructor Nick, who was fantastic too! Very calm, knowledgeable, and a great confidence builder, especially for any nervous divers in the group. Dives on both days were great, and did a combo of wreck/reef each day. Went out on the speedboat day 1, and joined another dive company on their larger boat for day 2. Pros/cons for both but I was here to dive, so didn’t matter how I got there. Great experience all round, and will definitely come back to dive with these guys in the future!

Excellent training centre for diving. Completed 3 day rescue diver course and was pleased with the cost and quality of the instruction. Dive training area is easily accessible by company speedboat. Equipment is well maintained. Food/snacks for lunch are basic but sufficient. Instruction was very enthusiastic, well briefed and executed. Very impressed.

Real Divers is an amazing dive shop. I completed my divemaster internship there and everything was above expectation. I have dived in several different places throughout the world and real divers is among the best in the business. They ensure their customers and students are not rushed and having fun. They make sure people are comfortable and dive within their limits, which is excellent role model behavior. I would encourage everyone to get certified at real divers and set yourself up for a successful diving journey. Shout out to Luke, James, Neil, Peter, and Kat who work hard operating the shop and producing high quality students in a fun way.

I am glad I came to Real Divers for my first scuba diving experience. Real Divers was very responsive to my emails. Neil helped me properly assess the scuba package that was right for me. They provided all my equipment. My instructor James took the photos I posted. James took me from "knowing nothing" to comfortable scuba diving in my first lesson. I will be back to get my certification with them.

Day out with the crew was excellent. Sorted out everything by email and when I got there the team really looked after me. Did my Nitrox certification with Ross. Instructions and feedback was very clear and efficient. Highlight dive was Hardeep shipwreck. Quite enjoyable. Looking forward to my next visit.

We had to nice dives with the guys at Ko Chang and Ko Rong Nang island. Peter, Neil and the whole team are nice guys, always friendly, customer - orientiented and with a good humour. The equipment, boat and lunch was all quite nice, we enjoyed the trip. Highly recommended!

Many thanks to team Real Divers for fitting us in at short notice and teaching my son to dive. The team were professional and safety conscious at all times leaving me fully confident that we were in safe hands. With the location of Real Divers being close to the beach there was only a short taxi ride to the boat that then took us on a short run out to the dive spots, this all added to a great and fun experience. I now have a son who enjoys going around telling his friends and family he is now a Diver. So from myself and Bodhi thanks to Neil, Pete, Luke, Zoe, Xander and Captain for such a good time and hope to dive with you again.

I was interested to do my first ever diving in Pattaya and came across real divers online. Their ratings online caught my attention and I have to say that it has definitely exceeded my expectations. Neil and the team are incredibly professional and friendly. Not once I have felt that I was in danger of any kind. The whole experience was very pleasant and we managed to see many cool stuff despite the rain and low visibility. If you are planning for your first ever dive, you need to feel absolutely safe and comfortable, and the team has delivered that 100%. For that reason I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone. After the trip I met this nice bloke at a steakhouse and he too was an acquaintance of Neil! Neil if you're reading this he asked me to take a photo of him and send it to you but I decided to post it here.

Excellent, professional dive shop that replies promptly to queries, weather conditions, and makes PADI certification easy. Their speedboats launch straight off Jomtien beach, avoiding the chaos of the main port in Pattaya and keeping the experience more intimate without scores of people on a slow dive boat.

Did my advanced dive course with this shop. The staff are absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful to any concerns. If you are a beginner or master diver it doesn't matter, this is the shop to go. Definitely five star.

This dive shop was amazing. The courses were very technical, yet still incredibly fun. Prices were great and the staff was super friendly/accommodating. A great three days. Neil, James, Zoe and Pete (the whole team) could not have been better. I did the advanced course and my son the open water. I could not recommend strongly enough. A great bunch to have some great dives with.

I began my scuba diving journey with Real Divers in February 2020, when I earned my PADI Open Water certification with them. I went back to Real Divers for my Advanced Open Water certification in September 2020, and then my Rescue Diver certification in February 2021. Team RD runs a tight ship — they dive hard yet they dive safe. Instructors Neil, James and Ross are as good as recreational scuba instructors ever get. I have had the pleasure of training with each of them, and have learned a lot from their skills and experiences. The shop's nifty speedboat The Reef Seeker is a pleasure to dive out of, their rental gear is well-maintained and well-serviced, and top boss Peter does an excellent job maintaining diver relations, telling immensely enjoyable diving anecdotes and imparting oceanic wisdom to anyone who is interested in knowing more. Apart from PADI certifications, Real Divers also organises great weekend outings from time to time, featuring night dives, wreck dives, coral dives and treasure hunts at the innumerable dive sites off Pattaya. All in all, a fantastic outfit to trust with diver training and fun diving — highly recommended.

Excellent dive school with highly skilled instructors. Just finished my dive master (pro) education. I highly appreciated the personal approach. One lead instructor who took care of the progress of my training and a program based on my needs and opportunities to develop my competences from the various instructors at Real Divers. Especially valuable to be able to run the course over several weekends without any extra costs. This approach allowed me to do the full course in combination with my regular day job.

So I was digging around online to find a reputable dive shop in Thailand and the reviews this shop have are right on. The guys at Real Divers Pattaya are amazing! I just recently obtained my open water certification from them and the process was really great. I learned so much from my awesome instructor Dirk who did an really good of job explaining every aspect of the course to me. I hope to go back in the future to further my diving education with them. The crew, the boat and the dive sites were all top notch! I would highly recommend you check them out if you are considering diving in Pattaya!

The best experience I had in Thailand! Neil and the team are absolutely phenomenal. My friend and I took their Open Water Diver Course, certified through PADI, and now we are hooked. The staff are super friendly and treat you like family. We predominantly interacted with Luke, where he was our instructor for our 4 ocean dives; his experience supersedes his age tenfold. What a great guy that is full of knowledge. We never felt unsafe in the slightest, and we came out of the course very confident. We are already planning dive trips again, and plan on furthering the PADI curriculum to Rescue Diver when we come back to Pattaya! Also, not too shabby that the team has a speed boat to get you out to the dive sites much quicker. One of the recreational divers took pictures of us underwater - can’t wait to see those! A true 10/10 experience! Can’t recommend Real Divers enough!

After recently receiving my open water certificate. The first dive shop I visited was Real divers. They were fun, understanding, supportive and created a great environment to continue my diving endeavors. I would highly recommend this dive shop to anyone at any level. These guys are pros and provide a remarkable experience.

I would 100% recommend real divers! We dove with them yesterday and the whole experience was amazing. The instructors were so patient and all communicated so well. Nick really calmed me down as I was nervous and made my experience so much better! I would definitely book with them again!
