I had what I felt was an emergency when the vernier of my front tooth broke off in the late morning, only a few days before I am going to Phuket on vacation. I reached out to my regular dentist and they couldn’t help until at least Tuesday and only for a consultation. I reached out to another local dentist in Naklua but they didn’t even respond to my text on their FB messenger account. I called Miradent Pattaya and their availability and quick response was amazing. 90 minutes later and after detailing every part of the procedure and putting my mind at ease they had given me a temporary front tooth which looks fantastic and will return for the Veneer in 10 days. They are a young amazing professional team who showed great skill and care. I left 100% satisfied and confident that the end result will be just as good as the temporary tooth. I also loved the youthful human relaxed atmosphere that made me also relax. Great job to all including the young lady at the front desk who couldn’t have been more professional and understanding. I can't thank the people at this clinic enough. Our two-year-old son fell on the chin and we were afraid that he had broken his teeth. We went to Bangkok hospital after booking an appointment over he phone, and when we arrived they turned us down saying there was a misunderstanding, the receptionist was even laughing about it. It was very scary for us. We were desperate for a pediatric dentist in Pattaya and another dentist recommended that we contact Miradent clinic. We explained the emergency of the situation on the phone, and they gave us an appointment immediately. The staff was extremely nice, and the doctors took care of our son with the utmost care. They were really patient with our toddler, and they gave us good advice. Thank you so much for helping us!!

This is my second experience at this dental practice having lived in Thailand 5 years. I have been immensely impressed by all the staff, their communication skills and rapport, wonderful customer service and 1st class dental abilities. A very friendly, informative and highly recommended dentist.

Clean and friendly staff, the only thing I didn’t like is that I was quoted 3000 for a treatment shown as 1500-2000. It took 4 hours for the treatment and was extremely painful. I would not recommend anyone to go here and i would never take a child. i’ve seen your response. because of how painful the first treatment is, i don’t wish to return for the further treatment to remove stitches. i didn’t accuse anything, i’ve never been to this clinic until then and I don’t wish to return. it may have seemed like i was trying to bargain, but actually i was just expecting to be charged the price on the price list so I was surprised that the quote given was different. I didn’t expect that. if you had provided an itemised receipt that matched the price list i took a photo of, i wouldn’t have anything to say about the price. i don’t expect anything for free

Clean place, friendly staff, kind doctors. My husband and me had teeth cleaning, the quality is really good. My daughter (7) had 2 caries, kid’s doctor gently deleted them. No pain. I had one caries too. Doctor made photo of my tooth and sad, that I don’t need dental canals cleaning. Just delete caries. No pain. Comfortable price.
