If you're thinking of living here long-term then you may want to reconsider it, or at least have enough money for renovation because you WILL have to do one after living here for a bit. I've lived in this condo for 6 years and I hate it, mainly because of the way everything is built, its absolutely awful, there are just so many major problems and the staff can't get anything done at all when you need them to. Very unprofessional and untrained. This condo is trying very hard to make itself seem 'high-class' but it fact its very obvious its failing miserably, to the naked eye it may seem like this is a wonderful condo but it is not, it only looks fancy and thats about it. But on the other hand, if you're thinking of only staying here not for too long then this condo is perfect. Be it a trip with your family, or alone this condo has got a lot to provide, such as a lot of pools, sauna, gym, billiard, kids play room, library and a theatre. I mean its got everything you need for a short term trip, and its located very conveniently close to the beach, a super market and other cool places. So in conclusion, this place is only good if you're staying here for a short trip, not long-term.

the resort is great, the room was clean, and there was everything we needed. the pools were clean and often cleaned. it was a pity that Jacuzy and the other ship did not work, and it was also impossible to go up to the lighthouse. but we are still satisfied.

This was a decent condo, I stayed here for 2 weeks and enjoyed it, even though it was a little off the beaten path it was affordable and quite. The pool was a nice touch. Pirate ships and water slides. The jacuzzi was closed the entire time. There is a baht bus is right outside the property 10 baht to central Pattaya. I would recommend staying here.

Condo resort is 98% completed. All public facilities are working. Every day management company improves the quality of living. I found some negative feedbacks about this condo and went to check it before reservation. Everything is working now. I had vacations here with my family and I really liked this place. It's a little land of paradise in a city life. I recommend.

Nice rooms, very well presented and fitted out. Nice lobby and pool etc, but hey....why no washing machine or laundry anywhere on site?

Worst place ever ... we booked on 24th June 2023 and paid the whole amount for 2 nights ... We had a broken kettle with cockroaches eggs in it ... After checking with the owner she said use another one ... So unhygienic to keep a dirty broken kettle ..Anyway we went out to explore and came back after 3 hours ... We had a 7 months old baby ... we seen cockroaches small ones moving In the room white small insects too and there was some noise coming from behind the sofa ... we left the room immediately at 1am as we could not sleep in such a place and was not safe for our baby .. I guess the money also paid is gone .But atleast we are safe from such a place . Would recommend not to go .. better hotels nearby and housekeeping also will be provided if you stay in the hotel .. don't waste time and money .

Good location and decent swimming pools, needs a bit of maintenance on the building.

This is a condo not a hotel. So do not expect any hotel facilities if you book for a short stay here (and short stay is illegal by thai law in this kind of places). The location regarding transportation is good with song taews running outside the main entrance in both direction towards Pattaya and Jomtien. 7-11 and pharmacy nearby. It is located in Jomtien but a 20-30 minute walk to the nearest beach (Dongtan). Nice themed pool. One bedroom units are smallish. Quality of construction is very cheap. Sound insulation between units almost non-existent, you can hear the next door neighbors loud and clear as if they were in the same room with you. Security is good.

Fantastic facilities for kids with the pool(no food or drink allowed at pool strict), water slides, pirate ships. Gym and sauna too for adults. Corner rooms 93sqr m with great views off Pattaya Bay. Pool views quiet, pattaya Bay views noisy due to Thrapaya road(busy 247) . On baht bus route pattaya jomtien.

Be careful staying here! This is not short stay or hotel accommodation. There are no hotel facilities here, this is an apartment building that cannot legally allow short stay guests. People try to sell rooms like it is a hotel, and this might work out for you, but it also might not. Often the rooms are not appropriately described, for example, allowing a booking of four people in a room with only one double bed. There is no concierge, no check-in desk, no house keeping. If you are unhappy with your room, you have no recourse. If you short stay here, signs in the building advise that you are breaking Thai law.

Fantastic Location - Easy to catch a Baht bus outside to go to central pattaya or Jomtien Beach. Great swimming Pool with slides, Sauna & Gym is also good. Many restaurants and Bars are just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious with separate bedroom and living rooms.

This is a condo, NOT an Hotel. Daily and weekly rentals are illegal according to the juristic person at Grande Caribbean..

Went there with a view to rent of 1 yr and was shocked at the poor condition of the building.. Needs some paint and the cracks in the walls filling in.... Whom ever the maintenance company responsible should be shot!.. It was horrible.

good view. Very happy hoilday there. Close to the beach and market. 5 Mins walk to the bus stop. Super convenient and with 24hours security around. Want to come back again.

Good place for many reasons, safe, guarded. Awesome pools, free gym and sauna. Very good location that does not get flooded during raining season. Office works, helps to answer questions and sorting delivery packages But has some minor problems : some gym equipment sometimes is broken for too long, have cockroaches on some floors (it's more about people living in there, but still nasty). Also i think bathrooms have not the best placement, they get wet and long time to dry, because they are deep insids the room. Doors slam from the wind often, and sound isolation is not the best and you can hear other people rather clearly.

Hello everybody. I don't recommend this place, I was there with a girl. When looking at a condo with rooms, everything is always noisy and being repaired, the security and especially the reception are extremely unfriendly. They pretend they don't understand when they ask questions they don't like. Extremely not friendly staff.

Bit old but nice appartments, minimal kitchen items. Great pools with 3 small slides. Kids 6 and 8 loved the pirate theme, pools and slides.

A nice place for a family with small children. Centrally located with the baht buses running just in the front to both directions, Jomtien beach or Pattaya. The pools are ok but not for adults in the sense of long distance swimming. The Gym is also ok.

Good facilities and staff, reception is neat and clean and rooms offered especially 2 bedroom on ground floor are worth renting coz it offers spacious rooms as well as access to pool attached to balcony...

My flat is so big ( 1 bedroom ) it’s really have space ! Pool also very big , but if u want to sunbathe u need to come before 1pm the sun will gone down building after. Location the best also.just go outside and here is road. I don’t like it’s haven’t place for chill outside. Like some tables or chairs at territory .pool and gym are close at 9pm. Its early I think.

City Center project, necessity is just right at your door step. Good unit sizes. Good quality room designs. Good City View and Sea View if you're on the right unit floor of the building!

Truly amazing condominium project. The moment you enter, you will be speechless when you see the swimming pool..... I have never see swimming pool which is theme based like this.. And, location is very good. Staff is very courteous and helpful.

Stayed in an airbnb 1 bed condo unit. Nice condo. Pool area designed for children, waterfalls, slides and pirate ships. Smaller pools for adults. Jomtien Beach area. Close to stores/restaurants.

Convenient location. Good swimming pool. Bad staff. I asked to turn on the air conditioner in the gym (in the afternoon for some reason they began to turn it off) they answered that they would turn it on now. 15 minutes passed and the air conditioner did not turn on. I ask again, they answered that they would turn it on for ten minutes. As a result, I left the gym after 40 minutes, the air conditioner was still not working. The staff just don't care about the guests.

Loved the apartment with a sea view, very quiet and calm place… Booked a double bedded room, it’s quite spacious loved staying here and the Jomtien beach is 1.5 kms walking distance, though you can view the sea from the rooms & got a beautiful huge balcony…

at Common Area the staff alway so noisy, annoying I can't even sitting for work there soooooooooo can you tell your staff please 🙄🙄🙄🙄

I​ am​ in​ a 2 bedroom apartment. This is very spacy. Good if you have children. Very short to beach and to city. You have 7/11 and familymart supermarket in a short walking. You walk out to the road and there is bus to the beach or to the city. 10 bath for one person. This is not a hotel. This is condo. There is mostly 1 bedroom apartment. Go to airbnb and there you can book. I think this is 2 year old so every thing is new. Here are some photos. Now I am here again in July 2022 and I am in 1 bedroom apartment. It’s no more than okay. I had one and after 3 day I needed to ask to get another apartment. The apartment starts to look old quickly. It’s a very good area if you are travelling with children. Do your research before you travel

Great location in the Jomtein area. Reasonably priced apartments with a good reputation. Good security to get into the property.
