Lots of space in the room. It is a bit scratch and mark everywhere. It could have been cleaner. You can see the beach view from the window. It offers the free internet but the quality is really bad.

location is the best thing. my room was clean enough but yes worn. if you're a seasoned SE Asian traveler looking for a cheap place at a prime location for Jomtien beach, it's fine. It got an interesting the Shining, post apocalyptic, empty huge hotel 1980s kinda vibe. the beds are firm and wobbly. if you're wanting a more modern Holiday inn or better 3 star type of place, I can't recommend. I think it's fine and good value for the location and place to sleep. I saw some small non biting ants..don't leave out any food/sugar. it's very inexpensive and comes w edible breakfast so I can't complain.

It was a reasonable hotel I thought. The place will do well with full refurbishment but it is not too bad. The room was clean enough. I only met the staff at the reception and they were ok. Very good breakfast with many varieties that was included in the price. Overall a reasonable stay there.

I booked this hotel last minute for a couple of nights. I booked the hotel based on the location being just across the street from the beach and only five minutes away from the Night Market. The location has lots of shops markets restaurants as well as evening bar venues close by. The hotel booking was done on booking.com based on the location and the property very inexpensive tonight's was the equivalent of about $60 us or $30 per night. Hotel room had everything I desire in a hotel room. Flat screen TV refrigerator good air conditioning good fast Wi-Fi. It included all of the personal items you would need even a razor as well as Q tips toothbrush shower caps plenty of soap nice large clean bath towels. The hotel also has a bowling alley attached that looks very very nice although I didn't use it. And I was very surprised when it included breakfast a large Buffet including many types of juices coffee Tea and milk. A full array of salads croissants cinnamon rolls and different types of bread for toast. It had a large egg station where you can get eggs cooked to order and omelettes. Also had five or six different Asian entrees as well as standard European ham sausage potatoes things you would expect to find on app American or British breakfast. The pool area is beautiful with many different areas in which the swim plenty of daybeds with umbrellas very very well-kept grounds. I recommend this hotel and I would use it again.

This hotel is on the opposite of the road along the beach. They have snooker tables and a multi lane bowling alley. The bowling alley was a lot of fun and they serve food and drinks there too. The breakfast was very nice with a lot of choice.

👍🥰Super nice and friendly staff. Phornchai picked up our luggagge and thanks to Yuthida at the Reception which gave us a higher room: 1418. Price Ratio was great. Also breakfast was super. And the big pool..we love it....too bad it closed at 7pm..other Hotels open until 8pm. Beach opposite the Hotel with Street Food and Money Exchanger near by. Everything walking distance. PERFECT PLACE for Holidays. 10Bath TukTuk stoped every 3 - 5 minutes to Pattaya Walking Street. Will come again. Rene IG: renepeter57

Great hotel, right at the waterfront. Clean, well maintained rooms. Amazing swimming pool. The staff seem to be quite firm about the 2pm check in, even if you arrive a bit early to the hotel. It will be great if they can be flexible about this, especially since people keep checking out early to catch flights, etc. Having said that, they were gracious enough to give us a room 1 hour early because we had kids with us.

The hotel is good, but they should improve the food service and quality. The rooms are good but the bathroom is a bit bad. They should improve it. In general, it is a good place to stay and it also has entertainment venues such as bowling. It is a very familiar place.

This hotel has been around for ages and often looks it. Pool area very good but cheap tourists reserve the inadequate number of sunbeds from 6am. Many Pensioners around and some families. Hotel reception and concierge work fine, clean rooms decent buffet breakfast. Some rooms have nice views, no bacolnies. Beach across the road was dirty when I visited... Surround by mostly cheap but also some decent bars in all sides, 10km to Pattaya.

Guests often praised the friendly staff and the hotel's proximity to local attractions. Jomtien Palm Beach Hotel, situated on the picturesque Jomtien Beach, offered a delightful stay with its stunning ocean views and convenient access to the sandy shores. I loved staying at this hotel! The service here is fantastic, and the room is clean and bright, which makes it feel like you’re at the beach. There is a 7-11 across the road, which was very convenient because I like to have a late-night snack before I go to sleep. Another thing that I would like to share is that there are lots of food options at Palm Terrace, and it is very authentic. The only suggestion that I would like the staff to keep in mind is that the Thai dishes are a little bit sweet, so if you could use a little less sugar or any ingredient that made the food too sweet, it would be perfect.

This hotel (or is it a museum?) offers a time walk to the 1980s. Highly popular with chain smoking Chinese and Russian tourists (the ones that have not left for the special operation). Rooms with power boards for use by devices from last century, not 2023, and a variety of TV channels with news/propaganda feeding these tourists in their own language. Breakfast is a spectacle with regular loud arguments between these guests about table and seat reservations and who got the table first. If you by any chance reside outside these nations I recommend you look for accommodation elsewhere.

Vast property comprised of 2 multi storey buildings and two pools. Excellent value for money. Rooms are space and clean , the front swimming pool facing the beach is fantastic surrounded by tropical gardens . At the beginning of jomtien, very nice location. Breakfast is good and variety is not a problem. The property is well maintained even though it starts to show some signs of aging but just design wise. I would rate it as an excellent deal

Very nice and cozy room. Next to the beautiful and quiet Jomtien beach. They served delicious good food. Very friendly and professional staffs. Even I need to stay in the room 24/7 for 14 days. All of what I mentioned above makes it's such a unique experience to stay here as the quarantine place funded by Thai government!

Arrived around 4pm. Parking space is not full but it is an open space parking within hotel premises. Rooms were updated. I booked 2 rooms and we were given room with connecting door. Air conditioning can really cool down the room even settings at 26 C. Beds were soft but was sagging specially at the edges probably due to age. Breakfast has a lot of options and delicious, good enough for the price. Staff allowed us to extend check out time till 2pm. Good value for money if you want to just relax and enjoy beach area.

Reception was weird. Handed over our passports. She made copies and handed me an envelope with 1 key card in it and a room number written on the outside. A room on the 9th floor that was crossed off and a room number on the 12th floor written in its place. We went to the room. It was dirty. The floor, the windows, the mirrors all disgusting and a weird chemical smell. I returned to the front desk and was given a key card for a room on the 15th floor. It was exactly like the room on the 12th floor but it was cleaner. No balconies in this building but a large window that you can open wide. Definitely not child safe, with a low sill and I felt nervous standing close to the window when it was wide open. Very basic room with no safe. A note on the desktop suggested that if you had valuables you should give them to the front desk and they would lock them up for you. Really? The location is good. The pool is okay. The breakfast was okay.

We did not enjoy this hotel, we even chose to checkout one day earlier. The room was of bad standard and there were many things that we didn't like. The reception area is just weird, and the receptionsts didn't make us feel welcome. The power outlet next to the bed didn't work and the room was in general dirty. When we checked they didn't even ask us why we chose to checkout earlier. The pool area is good though!

Great rates, awesome location. So close to the beach. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are not modern but clean and everything worked. The best part of this hotel was the pool. Very clean and big. One down side during our stay was the adjoining room. I could hear the family next door. Not very quiet sometimes.

Nice hotel with nice beds and good staff. It's a little bit posh 90:s feeling about the hotel, however the price was fair, the location is spot on if you don't want to live in the busy pattaya, but have a 50 thb ride into central pattaya. The hotel have a pool, and should add some more chairs, nice laid-back feeling overall. The breakfast have all you need except bacon. . . When Thailand will stop to put ham in water instead of frying some bacon? The beds was good and bouncy, the cleaning staff nice and tidy. The bowling alley in the bottom floor is actually very good and they should lower the price, it's more expensive than the good bowling alleys in the US.

Rooms are good size but older looking. Beds are comfy. Breakfast is ok - waffles, toast, croissants, eggs, noodles etc. They make omelette on demand but NO separate pan for pork and eggs. They don’t keep iron in the rooms and when asked the housekeeper for the iron, she made a face and left! Other staff is nice and courteous especially Mr. Theerawut in the concierge area - always smiling and very helpful - can arrange for conveyance too. Not many people speak English so language can be a challenge. Hotel is across from the beach but doesn’t have a private beach. Overall, decent experience.

Convenient Location and Value: Jomtien Palm Beach Hotel & Resort is ideally located, offering proximity to the lively atmosphere of Pattaya while also providing a comfortable stay. For those looking for an economical yet pleasant stay BB House poolside and sea view rooms within 100 meters offer great value for money.

Excellent location of the hotel. Close to the beach, shopping, bars, local doctor. The hotel is clean with a beautiful pool. There is also a restaurant where you can have breakfast in the form of a buffet. Directly at the hotel is the ATM so you withdraw money safely, shop, billiards room, bowling. The staff is also willing and helpful. It is relatively quiet at night and you can sleep soundly.

Smell old, humid, no aircondition. Don't choose this hotel. Just awful. I had to leave 1 hour after getting here because I felt sick because of the smell, and humid heat making it impossible to breathe. Oh, and the Windows doesn't open. So it's not possible to get any fresh air.

I visit Thailand frequently. Stay at various hotels when in BKK and Pattaya. We like to try a different hotels when we arrive. Usually change hotels and stay at the always reliable and satisfying Palm Beach Resort. Excellent buffet, large American style bowling alley, billiards room with nice equipment and great health room and spa. The multiple swimming pools are the Best on the Jomtien beach front strip.

Nice Rooms with central location. Nice staff and good room service. Bathrooms are very old and a bit musty and breakfast is strange and very boring. Definitely a good option for budget focusing trips. A lot of locals and slow elevators. The pool is a the best thing about the hotel, the only problem is it is not deep at all.

Nice hotels at an amazing location, Nice spacious rooms with an amazing swimming pool. Gym was bad, you can do bowling also, i am not happy with service because the reception desk got angry because I have extended one more day, Laundry service denied doing the laundry because they thought I don't have time but I was there for 3 more days .

We wanted a place away from the busy areas of Pattaya and so this suited us perfect. The rooms were spacious and clean and with a clean view of Jomtien beach and the boulevard below. The pool was nice and big and the design was such that it provided ample privacy to multiple users. Oh, the wifi on my 10 floor rooms were very erratic.

Quite an old hotel but room cleanliness and facilities are ok. Service is good, breakfast is quite good. Location is quite ok, at the beginning of Jomtien beach. It is value for money.

It's reasonable. The room at first glance seems clean but under the bed was awful. The breakfast was ok and the pool is nice. The place needs a touch up though and the Aircon needs cleaning. The staff are friendly and helpful. For the price it should be better though in terms of cleanliness.

Nice hotel for a fair price, big pool and advanced breakfast. I recently enjoyed my staying for 9 nights at room 1402, for sure I'll book your hotel whenever in Jomtien again. Special word of thanks for the friendly ladies working at the 14th floor

Hotel is worth the price staff is efficient and breakfast is huge variety as it under renovation in parts so lots of facility like spa gym was not yet open pool was untidy with rocks not so clean A good attraction is The Bowling place inside the lobby good time pass for bowling lovers as it's not so crowded these days.

Service is very bad. We request 3 bottles of water 2 hours and it still has not arrives. When we asked about where the water is, the receptionist didn't seem to care about the situation. Wish I could say I has a pleasant stay, but it sadly was not pleasant. Not recommended to stay!!

I had a wonderful experience in this hotel. Receptionist is so friendly. Room is so clearly and cool. Jomtien Palm Beach Hotel & Resort have beatifyl pool, gym fitness, entertainment place,… But the hotel can be better if the hotel can improve the TV in the room ( for example we can’t find the youtube on the TV). I see the hotel have more construction aren’t finish. I hove you will have more the wonderful place in the future.

I and my girlfriend stay at Jomtien Palm Beach is a moment of happiness and tranquility that is diffucult to imagine. A simple road to cross and you go from the superb two-level swimming pool to the shaded beach. The interior of the hotel has nothing to envy of the most beautiful place and its charming and always smiling staff watches over you throughout the stay. Mr.Sorat ,General manager welcomes you warmly as you would invite a long-time friend with the desire that your stay be completely successful which is the case. Leaving this place is a heartbreak. We promise to return there very quickly. JP Royer
