LONG
overdue!
I
ordered
two
cups
of
coffee
and
a
muffin
on
December
6
to
have
delivered
through
an
app.
When
I
received
my
order,
one
cup
was
large,
and
the
other
was
small.
I
immediately
called
to
have
my
order
“corrected“
the
young
lady
who
answered
the
phone
was
very
pleasant
and
polite;
she
told
me
that
she’d
have
the
manager
call
me.
To
my
surprise,
my
call
was
returned
in
less
than
5
minutes.
I
explained
my
story
to
the
manager
and
mentioned
that
I
couldn’t
leave
my
job
to
pick
up
my
coffee,
especially
since
it
was
“their
error.”
She
patiently
and
politely
took
my
work
address
and
said
she
would
personally
deliver
it
to
me.
In
just
a
few
minutes,
she
arrived
with
a
large
cup
of
coffee
in
hand.
The
best
part
of
this
long
story
I’m
sharing
is
that
I
was
completely
WRONG!
My
original
order
was,
in
fact,
CORRECT!
The
manager
(I
feel
so
bad,
but
I
forgot
her
name)
NEVER
argued,
raised
her
voice,
or
got
rude
towards
me
at
ANY
point
in
the
entire
process.
Instead,
she
patiently
showed
me
where
I
went
wrong
in
my
order
process.
When
I
offered
to
pay
her,
she
gracefully
declined
any
payment
or
a
tip!
This
lady
made
my
day,
not
because
she
didn’t
take
additional
money
but
because
she
showed
me
that
there
are
still
some
wonderful
people
in
this
cruel
world.
It’s
been
two
or
three
weeks
since
it
happened,
and
I
still
think
about
the
kindness
and
patience
this
manager
showed
me!
She
is
a
wonderful
human;
she
could
have
easily
told
me
I
was
wrong
and
hung
up
the
phone
or
never
called
me
back.
She
and
her
staff
fulfilled
my
original
order
CORRECTLY
the
first
time.
They
owed
me
NOTHING
but
still
went
above
and
beyond
to
satisfy
me.
Thank
you
so
much
to
the
manager
that
worked
on
December
6
of
this
year!
