My favorite go-to coffee shop in Nola! I absolutely love the fact they offer redeemable stars that can earn you a FREE coffee! I also love how nice this location is and the staff is always welcoming and friendly despite the early hours! My favorite coffee is the Caramel Crème made with soy and Splenda with an extra espresso shot! I also love their delicious 🤤 options for a breakfast treat or meal. I personally love the Veggie Egg white bites! They’re always so hot and fresh whenever I order them! Plus they even offer a drive-thru service which is my #1 option 🤣 What you waiting for? You shouldn’t have to start the morning off without a delicious treat!

Best PJ’s in the City!! Monica and Brandon were kind enough to serve me a little early… that really helped me out😁👍🏽. Such a pleasant welcome when I walked in and we chatted about summertime while the hot and fresh beignets cooked. Absolutely recommend this one to everyone!!

The atmosphere and the decor at this place was really nice and spacious, and if I lived in the area I could see myself working out of there pretty often. I ordered a chai tea latte and it was delicious. I have a couple minor complaints though. It took us forever to get our order, and I believe it was because their work process isn’t very efficient. They also got our food order wrong. Overall though I would give this place another chance.

Cute little cafe. Beignets are delightful! Cold brew with heavy cream is out of the park. ♥️

I'm inside ya'll 😊 my favorite PJ'S lobby is open. The place is beautiful, clean and the staff was very friendly. The southern pecan roast was delicious.

I'm super excited that one of my fav coffee shops opened in this area. If you're from Nola, you know the East has a lack of biz. I like this location. They have drive through which I love. I tried something different this time and purchased a green tea mojito with a splash of peach tea and its delicious. BUT I will say if you're getting any iced teas, request lite ice (or a separate cup of ice) because as you can see from the picture most of the volume of the cup is ice so I'm disappointed with that. Too little tea for $5

Please have a Meeting on cross contamination. You don’t put my change in my hand. I normally tip but after this. Nope. It’s always something at this pj I swear this is so not right

I ordered a cookie dough oat milk latte with whipped cream and did not have whipped cream on my drink nor did anything in the drink taste as advertised. It honestly looks and tastes like a basic hot coffee. And my turkey sausage and egg sandwich was cold and look deformed/unappealing. If not for traveling out of state & not having time to turn around, I would have come back for a refund. Very dissatisfied with my order and would not come back here again.

I really like supporting local businesses. This PJs really made me happy. Sooooo happy I stopped in for a hot mocha. The ladies greeted me with a smile and had outstanding customer service. Anytime I'm in the area(or you are) I'll def stop in for a smile and coffee.

This review is LONG overdue! I ordered two cups of coffee and a muffin on December 6 to have delivered through an app. When I received my order, one cup was large, and the other was small. I immediately called to have my order “corrected“ the young lady who answered the phone was very pleasant and polite; she told me that she’d have the manager call me. To my surprise, my call was returned in less than 5 minutes. I explained my story to the manager and mentioned that I couldn’t leave my job to pick up my coffee, especially since it was “their error.” She patiently and politely took my work address and said she would personally deliver it to me. In just a few minutes, she arrived with a large cup of coffee in hand. The best part of this long story I’m sharing is that I was completely WRONG! My original order was, in fact, CORRECT! The manager (I feel so bad, but I forgot her name) NEVER argued, raised her voice, or got rude towards me at ANY point in the entire process. Instead, she patiently showed me where I went wrong in my order process. When I offered to pay her, she gracefully declined any payment or a tip! This lady made my day, not because she didn’t take additional money but because she showed me that there are still some wonderful people in this cruel world. It’s been two or three weeks since it happened, and I still think about the kindness and patience this manager showed me! She is a wonderful human; she could have easily told me I was wrong and hung up the phone or never called me back. She and her staff fulfilled my original order CORRECTLY the first time. They owed me NOTHING but still went above and beyond to satisfy me. Thank you so much to the manager that worked on December 6 of this year!

Food quality is horrible. Old food heated in a microwave. Spent $50 on breakfast for 3 people and nothing was decent. Stay away from this place. I hate McDonald’s but sadly as it is they serve better breakfast.

The two girls that worked in the drive thru today was the worst asking me for a tip after they got my order wrong then had an attitude with me. Brandon on the other hand handled the situation great remade my order the right way I tipped him great service. Just did not like how the girls told him he remade my order wrong.

I always go through the drive thru. The staff is always friendly and efficient! When I pull up to the window for my order, I'm always greeted with a warm smile. 😊 Thanks for your excellent customer service!

Coffee isn’t bad, prices are a little expensive though and when I was going through the drive thru they asked if I would like to leave a tip. A little bit of a tough and awkward question through the drive thru and it seemed if I said no I wouldn’t get my drinks or would get looked at bad. I don’t mind tipping, but asking someone in a drive thru if they want to tip you while holding their credit card is a little strange to me

This PJ’s consistently has top notch customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure that customers feel valued. Once, my Uber order was incorrect. They sent their own barista to deliver the correct order! Yesterday, I left my sandwich at the register. I called to see if I had left without it and they confirmed that I did. Then they offered to refund it! But, far beyond that, the following day they called me to make sure my refund went through. The staff at this PJ’s are so friendly and kind. This is the best PJ’s in NOLA!
