Unorganized employees. Pretzel was not good. Cashier seemed off somewhere in her head.

Customer service and pretzels both need improvement. I don't think there is a supervisor of any kind here.

Cashier was high and not giving out all the right orders. Employees were not welcome. I talked to young ladies Barbara and Yetiza I believe their names were and they were ones only helped me out with out giving attitude unlike the cashiers they were very polite and put a smile and showed interest. An employee had red eyes and were very very disrespectful it was outrageous and when she talked to customers smelled like straight drugs, when customers went up to her and told them what they actually wanted all she with was “ I didn’t charge you this is yours” and rolled her eyes. This place needs to close and fix some of their employees.

You get your food faster by standing in line instead of through pre-ordering online or through the app….

I absolutely love this brand, the salty original pretzels are absolutely delicious, the perfect amount of everything And the cinnamon rolls the perfect bite, and dessert

Always good, but the hotdog pretzel rolls tasted extra buttery for some reason...idk how healthy they are. What I love is the fact that I left my receipt and was able to go back and get a receipt for a larger purchase so that I could register it in my app!😁

It's about the third time I have visited this place within the past few months. I wasn't to impressed. Everything is cold and hard and the employees are not welcoming at all. I have a rewards card and it surprises me that at each of these establishment(Aventura Mall too) they never ask for it.

I recently bought a pretzel and the employee that served me was very well- mannered and and overall had a great attitude, I believe her name was Giselle, you should hire more employees like her :)

Now, I am a cinnamon bun lover, and I have purchased cinnamon bun from the Pembroke Lakes Mall on Auntie Annes for years. it seems as if they change people. The buns are not the same and I found a piece of plastic or something while I was eating the one I purchased yesterday come on guys do better.
