The area where the hotel is located has a lot of suspicious people walking around. The hotel is upgraded a little but it's cheap upgrades. The water pressure in the bathtub/shower area is horrendous. If you want hot water, you have to let the water run for 5 to 8 minutes. If you want to take a shower, good luck because the shower pressure is really bad. The gym area is OK. My only issue was it was cold one day. The next day it was really warm. I asked the front desk agent to turn the ac cooler but he wasn't very helpful. I'm definitely not staying here again. There are better hotels out there.

The only thing that could be made better is advertise the parking fee on your site so everyone is aware of those charges and not having to find out at check out that you guys charge $5.00 a day if staying less than four days. The front desk is not passing the information about the charges at the time of check in to the customers and then comes the surprises on the invoice. My charges were waived because they didn’t tell me about the charges before hand, but I shouldn’t have to question a charge if I wasn’t expecting it.

The hotel stay was just okay during my work visit. The first night, I did not have hot water to take a shower. I was told I have to let the water run for 15 minutes. The 2nd night, the technician came to check it out, so I had hot water in the shower, but not the sink. The bistro did not have any Starbucks drinks for breakfast or hot breakfast items. A yogurt, plain coffee and hot water to make tea was $18, which seemed very expensive for the lack of items. The employee that made my burger at the bistro in the evening was great! We also held our company meeting in the conference room. When we ran out of coffee, we were told there was no one to prepare and bring us more coffee. They also gave us a broken hit water caraf that we couldn't get water from. I've never experienced this many issues at a Marriot. We will not be using this hotel again.

Called the front desk, @5:30pm 4/29/2022 needing to set up 5 room for employees that where coming in on business for 22 days. The lady at the front desk told me she didn't have time to set up any reservation and she wouldn't ever look to see if they had available rooms. So I did what any consumer would do and took my 19k in business to their competitors down the street. If she was that rude to me on the phone, I wonder how she treats the guest after they have your money.

We stayed during Jazz in the garden weekend service was ok but surprised at check out price charge was different than quoted Also charge on credit card was also different than on my receipt

It's a very beautiful hotel for the price range. However, when I checked in as I was sitting on the couch, I got bit by something. When I started investigating the couch was infested. In these small bugs. I looked around the room and saw more small bugs on the microwave.

I was booked into a room that didn't have bathroom toiletries. I went down to the lobby and spoke with the front desk staff on three different occasions in a row before the situation was resolved. It's pretty bad that I got better service from a hotel during 2021 then now. Honestly, not worth the money if you are planning on staying here. Stay at the Marriot next door.

I found a old towel on top of my shower rack. Told front desk and it was removed. Microwave didn't work but I found out the next morning when I was about to check out. Didn't bother telling front desk since I was leaving. Other than those two things, the stay was nice. Beds comfy and room was spacious and clean

The room was updated. Very clean. Friendly staff. Even better, convenience to food and the Highway as had to be in Miami early the next morning.

I want to start by explaining that I only stay at Marriot Hotels with all my travels. That being said, the reviews on this location are completely inaccurate. The night shift crew for the front desk are not welcoming. The normally convenient snack market was stocked but when asking for utencils I received a blank stare and was told they dont have plastics anymore. The building itself seems to have been attempted to be updated, but the attempt was a failure. Recessed lighting hanging out of the ceilings. The room had a musty / moldy smell. The bathrooms were attempted to be update the bathrooms. Our bathroom had 2 body washes and a conditioner (it was pretty funny). The bathtubs are tiny and outdated. I am 6'3 with size 15 feet, I had to stand sideways to be able to comfortably stand. Every other Marriot I have stayed at have updated stand up style showers. The hotel as a whole smelled like Marijuana smoke, when we brought it to the staffs attention they just said "its rolling loud weekend, nothing we can do" On the way out when trying to verify my bonvoy member information the night crew I mentioned before never connected my reservation to my points account, even though I asked multiple times. Again, the reviews of this hotel are innaccurate and outdated. Beware consumers! This is not as clean as advertised and it is not family friendly at all.

The room was clean, nice big bathroom and good service. No continental breakfast only ala cart. I was not satisfied that you could not watch MSNBC on the television. Called the front desk and they sent up a maintenance employee who said the problem is with the cable provider. I find it curious that CNN, FOX available but not MSNBC. If they correct that issue I would definitely consider staying here again. I am a rewards member and have stayed in these hotel brands in other states and was always pleased.

Great location and the room was average size and clean. The issue I have is they said they have a restaurant in the hotel. One of those convection ovens doesn’t count as a restaurant guys sorry. The menu had three things on it. I tried the cheeseburger. It wasn’t good. The bar is tiny and the guy who was working it used a shot measure to make my drink. Come on dude really. I was there for business so it wasn’t that bad but I would never take my family there. The pool was out of order. We had to go to the hotel next store if we wanted to swim. I thought I’d give it a try. It was filled with a family who had no concern for anyone else in the pool. Not the hotels fault. And honestly I’m glad the family was having fun. It’s good to see that.

This is the most disgusting site of business I’ve ever slept at. This white lady manager she calls herself stole a perfume and lied about it trying to speak about the room because I got my cycle the night n bleed a little it is a shame to be a business so big stealing residents belongings I suggest if you stay never leave no items in this filthy cheap poorly set up residence

granted that thay did over all the decor and it's pretty nice.. they picked nice colors. dark colors. however we have bad luck with this hotel: first room they put us in into.. had a very very pungent chemical odor .. from some cleaning chemicals nothing like I've ever seen in any hotel.. looks like they're trying to get rid of some kind of smoke smell or something.. it was very apparent to my wife and I that we had to ask for another room which they obliged.. however the next room we got had this faint nursing home geriatric smell going on .. first I thought it was in the toilet so I tried to clean around the toilet floor. that smell would be from a geriatric who took residence for many months. I couldn't wait to get out of there.

Always pleased with the Marriott family. Close enough to walk to dinner and within a few minutes drive to just about anything. We'll appointed and all staff we encountered we absolutely wonderful. We stayed one night before our cruise and chose this location because the boat show was in town and most rooms near the port were sold out. Perfect stay for a perfect price.

The rooms were very clean and extremely large. I am had multiple dressers, and two closets. I had a large bathroom with a tub and shower and toilet. The sink for the bathroom was right outside in a very large area with a large countertop to store all your belongings.

My parents needed a hotel for an overnight stay so they could attend a funeral. We were pleased with the accommodations. Staff was kind & friendly, very convenient location just off I-75, clean, spacious. Easy to check in and out. No billing errors. Highly recommend this hotel.

Came here on a trip with my husband through a group stay the hotel was beautiful. Staff was nice & friendly. Rooms were clean, pool and hot tub were amazing. Would return!

Customer service is definitely a priority. Staff is welcoming and attentive. Traveling with my church and a group rate was provided. Great rate. Nice location. Rooms were spacious. Beds provided a restful sleep. Nicely insulated rooms. My rating would have been a 5 but there were several strands of hair in the shower and the toilet needed attention. I travel with Lysol wipes so I cleaned it myself. Someone rushed to prep that room. Would stay again because of the window view and customer service.

Don't stay at this hotel. They have no security cameras looking into the parking lots. The catalytic converter was stolen from my rental car overnight. The rental agency is making me liable for the damages. Someone from the hotel claims did send me email as I reported the incident but have not been able to get in touch with anyone over the phone or any indication they will cover the damages

Courtyard Marriott my star was amazing ⭐️ My room was immaculate the service provided was Excellent!! Than you ask for Kayla she’s amazing. She’s consistently professional.

This place was amazing we stayed for 5-6 days minus the little hick up at first it was perfect for us it was our anniversary and we had a great time the staff was perfect the room was perfect the bistro really knows how to cook. Unfortunately my husband got food posion from the sushi he stopped and picked up from the Publix as a surprise for me because I told him that was what I wanted to eat for dinner but it got really warm so it went bad we were heading to the keys for our anniversary but we stopped because he was tired of driving and we ended up staying the whole vacation at courtyard Marriott hotel by the airport and we had a great time it might not have been the keys but the hotel was quiet and beautiful and staff was great and helpful . And like I said before the bistro really knows what they are doing. And the Starbucks coffee was perfect to

Terrible. The television was clitching and blacking out my entire stay. And the bed was extremely uncomfortable, was tossing and turning my entire stay😪. For the prices they charging it sure as hell wasn't worth it.

This a very clean and very nice staff. I have stayed here and a few other Courtyard by Marriott and they always make me feel amazing. I’m a truck driver and love my rest time and they make me feel like home.

Pool was small and was unheated at the end of March- too cold to enjoy. Has a Starbucks inside for those that enjoy such a store. Pretty quiet during the week.

Clean hotel with comfortable beds. Parts of the hotel were recently remodeled so it was pretty nice.e new carpeting on the third floor which was nice to see compared to other places. We upgraded to a suite but they gave us a room with two queen beds and a balcony, I wouldn't call it a suite. The balcony wasn't very nice. We requested the King room but they said that they couldn't accommodate so we will be trying to get our rewards back.
