Ooh my!!! where do I begin? I apologize in advance for a long review but I was just blown away by the services that I received. This practice is amazing! As a first time patient, I was impressed. Everyone was super nice, polite and professional, from the front desk ladies,to the medical assistant Ana,the technician Elia, to Dr Sucre. The office was clean and the ambience very soothing. I love the little uplifting messages they have hanged throughout the whole place. I was seen right away, granted there was no one there waiting or anything.I spent 2 hours there which is normal for 1st time patient since they have to gather a lot of information. First the MA inputs them in the computer then the doctor has to go over them with you. I was glad they do testing in house for a $25 convenience fee which I rather pay than set up an appointment with the lab and drive there. I also did an allergy test there which lasted like 20 minutes more or less. Honestly if you are in search of a Practice check them out,you will not be disappointed. I totally recommend them, I give them 10 stars ⭐

Dr. T always makes you feel like family from the moment you’re greeted. Both her and nurse Elena take their time to listen and respond to your health concerns. Her functional medicine approach is perfect for those who want to get to the root of their health problems and not just take hundreds of medications to mask it. Everyone is very nice and helpful in her practice. The ambiance of the office is very soothing and makes you feel like you’re at a spa. I love her protein powder and supplements as well. I read some reviews with some complaints on scheduling and waiting a long time and though it is true you may have to possibly wait a half hour or a bit more past your appointment time I don’t view this as a downfall. Your health is the most important thing and the last thing you want is a Doctor who rushes through their appointments and misses something vital. When my immune system was clinically low another doctor turned me down when I asked for a doctors note during the start of the pandemic but Dr. T was gracious enough to do it and I am forever grateful for that. I wholeheartedly recommend Doctor Dr.T. -Arianie Hernandez

I just had a total work up to ensure my health is at it's best at Ohealth with Dr. T! The whole experience was so professional, her medical center looks and feels like a spa... her staff is so kind and I am grateful to have had my hormones checked, allergy testing, thermogenesis exam for a breast lump, and my heart and circulation function all examined in one day. Dr. T takes her time to really get to know her patients, and I felt so taken care of! I highly recommend her office and staff is the best!!!

Where do I begin.... I waited 3 hours for my visit while I was feeling unwell which exacerbated my sickness that day. Only for the doctor to very rudely say behind my back about how I knew my sickness wasn't covid (I tested positive for another ailment NOT covid and had a negative COVID result). Plus I heard them talking about this behind my back while I was doing a "stress" test, then they ask me why my stress is so high. Nurse practitioner was nice but there was a slight language barrier. It would have been appreciated if I knew. Too much disorganization and oversight. They schedule telehealth visits for EVERY single blood work that they give, and then charge you and your insurance. It's just a phone call, most places do that as part of your initial visit. So now I've been charged for 2 telehealth visits for results of bloodwork and testing if I would have known, I would have at least called to consolidate the appointments but clearly they care more about the bottom line and rather schedule you for several times and charge you than tell you in one shot.

Dr. T is one of a kind! She's always been pleasant to my wife and I for more than 20 years now. With the passage of time I can attest that her bedside manners have aged like fine wine. My wife & I like the way she makes us feel. I can't think of anywhere else to go get the consistent service she's given time and time again. Not to mention her attentiveness to medical issues we've encountered. Her approach is to allow the body to heal itself with minimal usage of medicine, however she will recommend or prescribe it as a last resort.

Dr. T is amazing. The new renovation of the office is beautiful. She provides a feeling of care and comfort. It’s been 3 years since I’ve been to the office. When I returned today it was like I never left. If you want a provider who cares, OHealth by Dr. T is the place to be.

I absolutely love Dr. T. I can’t see myself going to anyone but her. However, I’ve been trying to pay a bill for 3 months now. I call and leave messages, but they don’t answer. It’s very frustrating, but I know it will get resolved and Dr T is worth every little bit of trouble. It’s just her staff is usually very busy, so be prepared for that.

I waited a while to write this review. But I do not recommend this doctor or the staff. One instance I set an appt at 9:00 and the doctor did not walk into the office until after 10 am. Every time I see her she makes me reintroduce myself as if she didn’t just see me 3 months prior. I also had a medical issue that was causing me real issues. She said it was because I was overweight. However it turns out I had real allergies that were developing until serious respiratory issues. I finally self referred to a specialist who properly diagnosed me and I feel a thousand times better. If you value your time and your self esteem I do not recommend this practice .

I called a couple of weeks ago to make an appointment as a new patient, there was a new guy that was handling the call. He sounded like he didn’t know what he was doing but had someone in the back assisting him, he was pleasant and apologized for the delay which I understood. I called today to confirm and receive the new patient forms and was told he never put me in and they are booked! Apparently he wrote me down but didn’t put me in the system. I was told I can be an add on which would basically mean I will sit for who knows how long before being seen all because someone didn’t do their job in the first place! I was offered a date weeks away, why should I have to adjust my schedule because of the staff’s incompetence?! What a shame, I was really looking for a new PCP but if this is how things are handled I will look elsewhere!

completely childish and unprofessional front staff!! Called to make an appointment, woman answers and is laughing puts me on hold and i call back 5 times to be put on hold without a word and hung up on twice. I’m livid and in shock at the level of unprofessional people working at the front desk. I asked for the names to make a formal complaint and she responded with “you can make a complaint and say it’s the front desk”. Save yourself the time and clearly the money and go somewhere else. People go through real life things and if I’m calling to make an appointment i expect it to be handled professionally and accordingly. Even after someone else picked up the phone, i could still hear the others laughing in the background. Go work anywhere else other than a PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL OFFICE.

No respect for the patient's time. They scheduled a 9am "telemedicine" appointment as a follow up to get blood work results. I called them 3 times between 9:05 and 9:15 so as to not miss my appointment. When they finally answered I was told I would be called in a few minutes. They called an hour and a half later to collect payment. Again I was told I would be called right back and 30 minutes later I'm still waiting.

I had a great experience with the nurse practitioner. Unfortunately, the office policies are clearly geared toward squeezing the most money out of a patient/insurance as possible. After an annual physical, they will not release lab results or refill Rx without you attending a follow-up appointment, which is billed separately from your physical. I learned that the hard way after my first physical when I got a bill for an office visit. Preventative care is covered at 100% (i.e., annual physicals), but other office visits are out of pocket for me until I hit my annual deductible. Even if your labs are perfect and you only need refills on allergy meds you can buy over the counter, they won’t refill your Rx or release your lab results without a separate appointment. (Luckily, I can view my labs online through Quest.) I tried to get them to understand I would be paying out of pocket for the visit for no good reason, but they would not make an exception. While I prefer to have medical appointments in person, my health plan offers $0 virtual primary care, so I told them they just lost a patient. Also, go to the lab for bloodwork. On my first visit, after 4 attempts to draw blood by 2 different people, I said no more needles! I went to Quest immediately afterward, and they were able to get my blood on the first try with no issue.

Worst office ever been calling since March to make an appointment after they made a mistake and booked me for 2 telehealth that I wasn't going to be able to make bc of my schedule. They were not supposed to be office visits. I ended up in emergency room in june called to follow up left tons of messages still waiting for call back. But they can text u when u owe something. Ridiculous time to find a new office. Sad bc I have been in this office since very young.

This office is a joke and conplete waste of time. After my initial appointment, I have been unable to make an appointment because they won't answer the phone or call back. My visit was suppose to be covered by insurance but they billed them a crazy amount. Service and location was sub par as well. Not going back.

😠 This place would actually run more smoothly if it were more organized, and had people who were just solely dedicated on answering the phone lines. No reason a patient should be on hold for almost 36minutes just for answers to a question. I see they’re also having there patients leave 5 star reviews...

😠 Very disappointed, Dr Sheikh has no time to listen to the patient, he said basically I was imagining my pain, would not let me talk, when I did he got mad and cut me off. He is totally incompetent.
