The check-in process was not very smooth or fast. My appointment was for 7:30 am, I arrived 10 minutes early and I had completed the online registration forms. Upon arrival, I was issued the same forms to complete again even though I told them I had done them online. The check-in person checked in others who came in after me before I. The X-ray technician was very understanding of my situation and helpful. I truly loved Dr. Feanny. He showed care and concern. He listened carefully to all of my questions. He asked questions and listened carefully before jumping to conclusions. He discussed several issues that could be occurring. He offered different suggestions and solutions. He explained the process completely so that I understood. He examined me thoroughly for my situation. His assistant and Nurse Practitioners were also very helpful and understanding as well. I must say that I am totally 100% pleased with the services I received today. If they can get the check-in process a little better, this place ROCKS! Check-out was smooth and everything was explained.

Awesome doctor and staff! Doctor is detailed oriented, very professional. He listen with attention trying to understand the history of the injury that you had. He did an examination of my left ankle, looked at MRIs and assessed the problem accurately. He recommended plasma treatment. He do cares about his patients. Great besides manners. I am looking forward to see him again. I have never said that about another orthopedist, as this was an accident that I had on my job. Some doctors only see a body due to the fact that insurance companies pay less for Workers Comp accidents. However, Dr. Feanny see you as a human that needs care and healing. Other doctors should learn from this great MD!

The office staff were attentive, efficient, and professional. The visit was fast & I did not have to wait at all. Dr Feanny was outstanding, he addressed my concerns/questions and recommended all treatment options and immediatly stated treatment. Great job everyone. Thank you, JP

I’ve been to this place several times before for problems with my knees. The last visit was to put a cast on my wrist. I had a temporary cast that I got from an urgent care facility on 4 July. I called the office on July 5 and they immediately made an appointment and had me in for my cast in 2hrs. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is I feel the waiting room could be made more comfortable. The staff and Doctors are great.

The most disappointing visit ever to a dr office. Physicians assistant came in and said the dr wasn’t in yet. Surprise to me. Physicians assistant was curt, abrupt and rude. I get cortisone shots for a knee problem. The shot that I received has left me with so much pain that I am unable to walk today. Unnecessary to make someone in such pain and rudeness. Not someone I’d like to see again. The dr is wonderful. Obviously good help is hard to find

My experience with dr Feanny MD was short and professional as I cancelled my visit. I drove 6hrs for this visit even arriving 1hr early as requested for X-rays only to be taken into a room and to discover the X-rays posted were not mine. I was asked to continue waiting. After several hours of being in a packed hot no air circulating very small waiting area , with .chairs inches from one another I was very concerned. I could hear the pt next to me full phone conversation without the call being on speaker. I had been there for over 2 hours, when I asked how much longer before I would see the doctor? I was then told there were many others ahead of me . I elected to end this torture. I was once a pt many years ago And was in hopes the pt. mgmt. would have changed however it’ has only gotten worse. I will never again visit this facility. And would highly not recommend it to others

Doctor Feanny has perform 3 knee surgeries, and a shoulder surgery on me. To say he is amazing, it’s a true understatement. He is an amazing human being, with a true love and passion for his patients. I have referred many individuals to him, and every person has had positive life changing results. He is the best! And his medical assistant Sonia, is a saint.

Very professional medical office. Superb, and very efficient front desk staff. The X-ray technician was excellent. The orthopedist I saw was magnificent, and he quickly corrected my own misunderstood hip problem. He took additional L/S x-rays, and saw my problem as a lumbar radiculitis. I was very satisfied with my visit. I recommend this doctor.

4.5 stars Everything was fine. Just giving a 4.5 because it was too busy for my liking. The waiting room is for dr office patients and physical therapy patients. Someone who gets anxiety easily might feel uncomfortable. That said the space is big , so there is more than enough space between people and you can just focus on watching the tv. Staff was very friendly, wait time was ok. Got email for patient portal just hours after being in the office. I loved the PA that saw me.Bianca Meneses,PA-C . I'm a patient with moderate/ severe rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia and neuropathy , she was knowledgeable and very caring and was concerned for the state of my bones could be in and will be doing further exams and monitoring, which was a surprise to me having a rheumatologist that takes care of me, I thought she would just check and care about the injury I got on my shoulder. Also, very important, the office is handicapp friendly, on first floor with parking in front or next to office, that is a biggie for me

A comforting environment. Dr Feanny has the uncanny ability to make you feel at ease at a time when you are uncertain about the surgery you are about to take.

What I did not appreciate was the waiting time I had to wait 2 1/2 hours before I saw the doctor. I must say that the young ladies at the reception area and the lady that takes x-rays were great.

A clean and comfortable atmosphere. A high display of professionalism among staff members. Mannerism good and patients are greeted with smiles.

Dr. Feanny is a miracle worker. Such a wonderful bedside manner! Total shoulder replacement on dominant side one month ago. Feel like a new woman! Looking forward to doing the other side soon.

I had a 1:00 appointment and I arrived at 12:45 , didn't get called for xray until around 3:00. They called me in to see the doctor at 3:15 and I got out at 4:00. They have a very nice clean renovated office just need better service. The doctor was very nice and took care of me.

I was seen on time, given the pre-visit xray which I expected. I was seen by the PA, who was thorough. Knowing that ahead of time would've been appreciated but nevertheless I was given a diagnosis, treatment plan and follow up guidelines. I would highly recommend.

The staff was very courteous and helpful Dr. Feanny was very knowledgeable and helpful and addressed my problem and I felt much better the next day and his treatment has really being helpful and my level of pain seems to have subsided thank you Dr. Feanny and staff A++++

Everyone is very friendly and caring. Love Dr.Feany he has been my Dr since 2018 for different issues he is very patient, takes his time to explain and has always been very helpful and compassionate. Plenty of parking space and very clean. P.T. is in the same Facility clean with a variety of equipment to to date and the Therapist are knowledgeable and helpful . Recommend.

Dr.. Feanny is a fantastic doctor! He listens at you patiently and treats you with concern and care. If you need to see another doctor he will help you. I saw him for my back I needed surgery. Doctor Feanny was stright and to the point. My surgery went very well. I love the kind of person he is . Compassionate professional. He sees my two Daughter's, my Sister and my friend. He is a true blessing to Total Orthopaedic.

When I called to make my appointment, i indicated that I had pain in my knee and lower back, but I have just be informed by their receptionist, that i have to select ONE PAIN since the doctor doesn't like to "see more than one pain at a time"... In their words, "take the one that hurts the most". We are starting very wrongly, should I leave?

Been coming to TOC since 2007 for a work related injury. Dr. Feanny is not only a brilliant MD but also compassionate, honest and truly concerned with my well being. The staff are professional and caring. I didn’t even have to wait that long yesterday on my visit for my right hand this time.

All staff members are very polite and sweet. They are very cool. The lady who takes my knee X-ray very nice and gentle. The entire team is awesome. The doctor is beyond wonderful and knowledgeable. This office is wayyy better than the office in Lauderaale.

Very respectful people working there. I was there for awhile, but everyone should know when you have an appointment somewhere, you will have to have patience, there is no getting in and out real fast.

I have been going to Dr. Feanny for about a year now. Everyone in the office is polite and very professional, as well as the Physical Therapy side. Dr. Feanny always explains everything and give you options and trys to stay away from surgery as much as possible. My number one complaint is that the wait time to see him is extremely too long, l 1/2 up to 2 hours long maybe a lil longer. I told him today from now on I will be bringing a lunch and a blanket (smile) from now on.
