First let me say that I’ve been a Fresh Market customer for years prior to moving to S.FLA. The Pembroke Pines location is not near me but I go out of my way to go. Placed a phone order from the meat dpt with John who answered the phone after multiple attempts and no answer in the meat department. I called in the morning to verify that my order was ready before heading to the store. I was told that it was in fact ready. When I arrived at the store the extremely unpleasant employee behind meat counter told me that he had no idea who had taken my order and didn’t know anything about an order. This is the second encounter that I have with this person, who by the way, does not wear a name tag. He’s a tall bearded man with a black cap. Rude and very condescending. Perhaps he’d be better suited in an area where he has no contact with customers.

I came to this location a few times to give it another chance but disappointed every time. I'm new to this area and live my previous location but doesn't compare to it. I love getting the sushi from Fresh Market but I know the quality is good. However as you can see this is a spicy shrimp roll but there's no shrimp!! It's nothing but rice. It should be called the rice roll!!! I won't be back it's a waste of my money for what it is!!

I have been a customer of this shopping center for several years, so far I have had the best opinion of the place, however, yesterday June 1, around 2:30 pm, I had a bad experience in the place, one of the workers, whose name I do not know and supposedly have an administrative position, called my attention incorrectly and in the middle of the room, just to take two sample seeds and taste their flavor, due to my economic conditions, I cannot buy a product food, which at the same time is expensive, without knowing its flavor, when I left the place, the man was commenting what happened with a cashier, this he also did in the middle of the room and in a loud voice. I consider that the way of treating me was a lack of respect for the consumer and a public humiliation of my person, all this motivated me to inform the man that he was not going to continue attending that place anymore. I clarify that I only took two seeds, no more. Thank you very much and good day.

Came specifically for the pumpkin pie that was featured for todays special at. $6.49 each. Couldn’t find it and asked where it was. I didn’t get the lady’s name but she was very helpful. She went to the back to ask, when she came back she told me “he” said they had sold out. I questioned her how that could be possible as it was only 11:00. She had no answer. What a ridiculous answer. Very disappointing. This is not the first time this has happened at the bakery. The bakery at this store is very mediocre.

Nbr 1 for me! Always find the best & fresh produce, meats, fish! I love their "Daily specials" they are a great bargain, while still getting high quality products! Sign up for their daily emails. Staff is always helpful & friendly! Place is ALWAYS cleanest in town!

They have the BEST and freshest produce!! I love this location. A huge variety of healthy on the go meal options!! Great meat selection. The bakery items for special occasions (YUM!) Great staff. Very friendly!! I can't say this for other markets but it is truly a "pleasure" to shop at The Fresh Market.

The food is always fresh and delicious Tuesday is my favorite day because hamburger is on sale for 399 a pound occasionally it’s been going down to 299 a pound but it’s still worth it because they grind it right there and the grocery market enjoy all your food fresh market it’s our favorite

I have food allergies and everyone was very accommodating with printing the ingredients so I would know if I could have the food item or not. The lady in the deli and my cashier were absolutely the best.

Always great choices of fruit and vegetables..also prepared platters are very convenient.

I go to The fresh market because I love their freshly baked pies brownies cookies and they make the best blue cheese Patty's they're great on the grill!! The staff is friendly and they help you right away and also don't forget I love their freshly baked bread in particular the ciabatta bread.

For Upper Scale place it sure is not an amicable store to buy your groceries from..I was being followed by an staff member with a white shirt only because I was reading the labels of the most expensive wines...well I was not able to shop comfortably so I checked out and the cashier was unsympathetic.. afterwards I said Thank you I'll never coming back to this discourteous store...I rather go to TraderJoe's where the people are amiable and cordial..

The Fresh Market manager went out of his way to ensure the best experience using online services. I was floored by how helpful and attentive he was. I needed three bouquets of lilies because a friend had passed away. Ricardo was the manager. I will buy again.

Went today. They were playing beautiful Christmas classic music and so much delicious food and decor around the store. They just need new shopping carts as the ones now have noisy wheels and are rusted. Otherwise great store!!

Not one of the 3 meat department employees would wait on me. I stood there dodging the rain, yes rain, for over 10 minutes. Why rain? Because the roof leaks all throughout the store. FYI. Insurance companies tarp roofs while waiting for replacement. The meat department employees all saw me, yet ignored me. A manager walked by and then all of a sudden they were about helping me. The manager did not care they had left me waiting. Then, checkout. One lovely cashier, 5 customers. Again, the meat department priced a steak wrong. The customer brought it to their attention and they said the cashier would fix it. So here we stand. I’m next in line waiting patiently. Another manager comes up and takes a customer walking by, leaving me there. She waits on everyone else then helps the cashier correct the price. I brought her impropriety to her attention and she was indignant. Fresh Market should be ashamed to have a store in South Florida where their Managers and highest paid employees are rude and inept. Whole Foods will get my business from now on. Very sad 😞

Ordered the prime rib for two. I've never had prime rib or mascapone potatoes and I was supposed to get green beans and I didn't get green beans. I called them and they said when I'm in the area I can pick them up. So I wasn't happy that I'm having to drive back just to get green beans, the steak and potatoes for a first time eating. We're delicious

Great prices when you join Fresh Market on meat and chicken. Beautiful display for the holidays of absolutely every grocery item. The free coffee is so nice when you are shopping.

The Rotisserie chicken is terrible. The chicken was dry and when you cut the chicken you hardly get enough for 2 people. Not worth the money. Costco chicken is so much better and tender and it only cost $5.00. Well worth it.

This place is so clean and so fresh. I love the varieties of all the things here. They always have new items and fresh foods to choice from!!

The selection of high quality foods is great, service is what you expect, staff will take you to the item you’re looking for, tge butcher will make the cuts you want, and meat selection is top notch. The olive station is great

Great place to find good chicken and meat. The place is pretty clean, and the location is very convenient. Fruits and vegetables are fresh although I can not say that about fish. Some of the croissants are good while others are not that great; I don’t suggest those that are packaged. Overall shopping at this store is nice; the personnel is accommodating, the food (vegetables, fruits, meat...) are mostly fresh. However, the cashier area could be better organized, the fish selection that they offer could be fresher as well as the nuts. By the way, they have the greatest fruit cocktails that are very nicely presented.

This is definitely not a budget grocery option, although they do have decently priced meal combos. Despite this, this remains one of favorite grocery stores. They have a great selections of quality meats, great hot and cold meal options, and a great nut section with so much variety. I also treat myself to a cup of their coffee everytime I'm there. It smells soooo good. You'll find all healthy diet products here.

To make a long story short, I ordered a blueberry pie without a glaze (honey) on the Crust to cut down on the sugar. The bakery manager took my order, name and number. We verified I would pick it up July 4 at noon. She said great because the pies come out of the oven at 11. July 4th at 12:15 I'm told they don't have my order it was picked up the day before. I asked how and the asst, who spoke with the bakery manager (who was on her break) stated again, it was picked up yesterday. I am a weekly customer and normally don't write reviews but if you are having a family gathering and need assurance that your baked item will be available, you should look elsewhere.

Amazing store with premium selections. Unfortunately they did not have a couple of things on my list. I really wanted a German Chocolate cake. Not available. And there was no Bulgar wheat on the shelf.

I ordered 3 platters from the Pembroke Pines store on Flamingo Road. At pickup I realized I had ordered the wrong sandwich platter, but was willing to purchase it. Raiko, the store manager, upon learning I mistakenly ordered the wrong sandwich platter, went the extra mile and had staff prepare the salad sandwich platter I desired even though I was willing to purchase the mini sandwich platter that was prepared. The platter was ready in 20 minutes and he even brought the platter out to my car. So very thankful and appreciative to him (Raiko) for being so accommodating and taking the time to ensure I was completely satisfied. Because of him, I will order platters from this store again. Raiko is an asset to your store!

I just spent 1 hour filling up a cart just to find out that the main ingredient I needed in the seafood sections has zero customer service. No line, numbers not being used and people who cut you off. Enjoy putting all my stuff back. People are rude in Broward including so much friendly help..not. I'll just go to publix.

I love Fresh Market especially the bakery & the fabulous little finds in the checkout area; like Muddy Bites. However, Marty in the bakery quickly takes the sweet taste from my mouth. In the past I have seen him by the table with the baked goods and solicited his help. He didnt have a greeting or any pleasantries in his mouth, he cut me off when I spoke with what I could only call an 'air of annoyance'. Today after many unanswered phone calls to the bakery (as i was preparing a shopping list for someone else to purchase from). I got John on the phone who offered to walk back to the bakery to get me some help. Marty was in rare form- argumentative with an escalated whiny voice. I go to Wholefoods a lot but The Fresh Market is closer to my home & is my specialty go-to but this behavior is rather distasteful. I am assuming he must have untreated boils, corn, or pain of some kind. I pray he gets some help and soon.

Love their produce. Always fresh and great quality. This is my preferred grocery store. Even my kids know that when the fruit is from here it will be exceptional!

I plan on visiting this one soon. I frequent the one in Scarsdale NY. Wonderful place for fine foods, meats and seafood. The deli (prepared foods) is great. The bakery as well. Love this chain

I ordered my New Years Eve country boil which was supposed to be ready to just put in the oven. When I picked up my order it was given to me in a bag and it’s my fault I didn’t check it. I was given a container with the shrimp, potatoes and corn inside. No crab legs, no butter, no seasoning, no lemon wedges. I don’t know how to season that at all. Improvised. Was not worth it. Very disappointed.
