    This has to be the WORST retail experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. When my daughters and I walked in the store only one worker, which was at the cash register was visible. When I asked for floor help, she and her name is Naomi, turned around with a nasty attitude and responded that she is and how can she help me in a hasty manner. After that, I grabbed some clothes and shoes to purchase for my daughter and when we get to the counter, my daughter mentioned how she noticed how Naomi was so rude. Then, after standing at the register for about 5 minutes, 4 others employees came out of the back to finally help. When Felix rang up my items he kept awkwardly asking me to sign up for a credit card which is so annoying if I said no the first time. Then he ran my debit card through 3 different machines and told me it was declined because the machines are acting up. I called my bank in the store and they clearly stated that they money was taken out of my account. I walked out with no merchandise or receipt but $45.96 was deducted from my account. I was so pissed!! Especially bc they lacked empathy and my daughter was very disappointed. I will never in my life shop here again and telling everyone I know not to either. I’d rather pay more money to their competitors than deal with them. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! I called customer service to escalate the situation, and received even worse customer service. No one cares about the fact that I walked out of a store with no merchandise but yet money was deducted from my account!!! I hope y’all go out of business I’m so mad!

    Read the reviews and listen. I ordered online and decided to pick up my order from this location. I got there early before they opened and waited a few minutes. I was flabbergasted to see the trash piles in the middle of the aisle( possibly from the day before). Mind you the store had just opened. The employees were in there before they opened the door. Why wasn't this cleaned up before? They didn't even seem to care that customers were walking in to see the trash piles in the store. I really hope someone from corporate reads this and gives the customers a better shopping experience.

    I a very perturbed with the service at this location. I also placed and online order and have not received and communication about my order besides the original order number. I physically went into the store to check and waited about 30 min in line. There were 3 cashiers and I was the 3rd person in line. (They are very slow) Also one of the staff members was very rude, I believe she was the manager. There were 2 sets of lines and after customers had been waiting in line prior to my arrival she decided to make the 2 lines into one line. The next customer was a pregnant woman who had been waiting in line for 20 mins and she told her she had to go to the back of the line where I was standing when all of the customers in the line agreed that this woman was here before all of us and she could check her out. The Cashier/Manager continued to give her a hard time but eventually cashed her out. By the time I got to the front they proceeded to tell me they did not have my order. One week later still no communication and no shirts. The online store posted a message that I the shop assistant can not help with in store orders so what am I supposed to do. TCP has to do better.

    I went to the store this past Friday to return and item I had purchased and the store was disgusting. The employees appearance was horrible and the store was upside down. It was a total mess not well taken care off and one cashier for a huge line. The employees look careless and lazy. Am sorry I understand that Covid has destroyed business but if you have a job please show that you care . And if you are a manager or supervisor see the way your store appearance is because it was disgusting. There was even old masks thrown on the floor the front counter was a wreck. Never stepping foot in that atore again.

    Terrible customer service by supervisor Robert. Over 10 people in line and only one cashier. Robert was asked can we get another register open and he said only one person was trained for the register all the other's to clean and his attitude was terrible. This store is the worst everytime so this is my last time in here.

    Hello, I am writing this review after helping a friend Mary. She returned clothes for her granddaughter, the store gave her a credit, so she decided to use it online. We shopped online however, the order wouldn't go through. After several attempts on our own and utilizing the online support center it didn't work. So the online support suggested for us to go into the store. Mary went into the store. The sales associate Cassandra spoke with me on the phone and helped Mary with the entire online purchase. She even opened an account with the store primarily because how supportive Cassandra assisted her. Special thank you to the company for helping Mary. Sometimes this online stuff is to overwhelming and your sales associate demonstrated compassion that day!

    Agree with other reviewers. Have been to this store multiple times, and the line goes from the register all the way to the back of the store, making it difficult to shop much less stick around to make a purchase. The customer service is slow, and unprofessional. Most of the staff do not speak english. Only 2 staff members on registers while the rest sat around and gossiped and at a volume loud enough for the guests to overhear. I purchase on line and pick up in store to speed things up, but now purchase on line and have shipped to avoid having to go in unless something has to be tried on or returned.

    Terrible place. Always look rundown and unorganized. Bought an item for sale ( the whole store was on sale) and when I got to register, the lady (looked like the manager) told me it wasn't the price that was on the tag but a higher price. I laughed in her face and said "this is the price". She was giving me excuses why it was not the price. I believe she was too lazy to change the correct price on the register so she lied. She finally gave me the correct price with an attitude. Unbelievable!! Never again will I go there.

    Long lines always nothing in stock personal is clueless and helpless store is dirty and a mess. Good prices at the cost of wasting your time waiting a long time. Do not have much in stock so don’t even bother going to exchange. There just employees not that nice unfortunately

    Literally have called this location several times for my order and no matter what time I call no one every answers the phone. This is very unfortunately as I can see that they just open so there should not be an excuse on why you aren't answering the phone

    Should be 0 stars. Let’s raise the minimum wage to normalize incompetency and promote pure laziness. 1 cashier with 2 other employees doing nothing next to her. When one employee asked if she could open another register to get the long line moving, the cashier/possible store manager, said no. Not only she portrayed her enthusiasm with her optimistic body language but she also loudly verbalized it.

    Horrible!!! I placed an online pick up order and they just disregarded my order. When I call the store they pick up then hang up without saying a word. Disrespectful….. I will not be doing business at this store again. ( Also I still did not receive my order)
