Had one of the best if not the best Chinese Buffet so far in the panhandle area. From greeting to finished I had a good experience, it wasn’t busy but you can feel that all the staffs are attentive and caring. Food was plentiful, great selection and taste was better than expected. Place was clean and well kept but I do have to say Chinese buffet restaurants are Chinese restaurants, this one is much cleaner than others. My sister recommended this. Value for the money, recommend and we will be back. Large capacity with different sections of seatings.

I have been to this location several times and it is has a good selection for the price. They have several different sushi rolls, which isn't as many as other places I have been to, but is still a decent amount. They have hibachi in the back which is nice. Not the largest selection of other foods I have been to, but still a decent selection for a Chinese buffet. It has always been decently clean and I haven't ever had an issue with the staff. There is lots of seating, so I have never had to wait to be seated. I would say my one main complaint is sometimes the sushi is not restocked. One visit I had, there wasn't much sushi to begin with, and after I was done with my second plate of other food, still no new sushi was made and there was none available. Most of the time it is refilled pretty quickly, but at other times, not so much. We don't have many other Chinese buffet options in the area, but overall it is still a good place to go if you are craving Chinese buffet, that is also pretty reasonably priced. I will continue to come back to eat here!

This is the best Chinese buffet in Pensacola area. Food is always hot and fresh. Everyone is nice and the restaurant is clean.

Excellent Food- Chicken & Broccoli delicious Hot * sour Spup - The dumplings- Friendly people satff- loved the most is the delicious Green beans love the garlic sauce

Wow!!! Was this a surprising place to eat at. Food was great and with all you can eat buffet, you can't go wrong. A huge variety of food, always fresh. The price is WELL WORTH IT. You will almost think it was a mistake. We will definitely be going back. You will not regret going here. I could not get enough of their shrimp scampi. I've passed by this place numerous times and I wish I would've tried it out sooner. Must try this place.

Just a all around great place too go have dinner with the family. Food was as fresh as it gets, very clean restaurant, our waitress was amazing and drinks never got below half. Great selection of food from seafood, sushi and much more

Here to make up for all the 3 star reviews. This place is great. Of course it's like any hometown Chinese buffet, don't expect a gourmet buffet. But it did have sushi, Korean & Hibachi. The staff was great too, multilingual and nice!

This place has a very large variety of food you can choose from. They also can cook on the spot (hibachi)for you and sushi it’s not bad. They have a lot of sitting and there is always foods available. I see they add food before it’s over. Service was good. Food was good. Great spot.

I think this is the best Chinese buffet style restaurant in Pensacola. It is always clean. The food offerings are numerous and most delicious. As evidence, you'll see quite a few large folks there; so you know you're in the right place. Also, there are many staff to assist you.

At this price point, there is no better Asian buffet in the area. Although we've hit them on an off night occasionally, it is typically fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced. They have a wide variety, from sushi to Mongolian grill to hot Chinese dishes to pizza to salmon, etc. It's best to go when they're very busy, because hot dishes are replenished more often. I mean, it's a buffet, so your expectations should be based on that. But given that it's not a made-to-order restaurant, they do a great job.

We love Chow Tyme Awesome atmosphere, food hot, and the price is right , but the waitress wait at your table after eating for you to pay , then wait to see if you’re gonna tip …… Don’t stand and stare in peoples mouth while still eating , That’s Rude Ugh

The cuisine is fantastic with a wide range of options, and the sushi is particularly enjoyable. Nevertheless, the carpet in the back room requires thorough cleaning, negatively impacting the overall atmosphere.

Really decent buffet and inexpensive. Wide variety of dishes of which the fish was excellent and I must have tried 5 different chicken dishes and all were tasty. The hot and sour soup sealed the deal as it was just perfect. Definitely going to revisit.

The food and service is amazing at chow Tyme! And the Manager up front always has a nice smile greeting you on the way in! He was so helpful and answered any questions we might have, will definitely be coming back !

I was seated immediately. Told the waiter what I wanted to drink and went to get my food. When I came back to my table there was a man in a wheelchair sitting in my spot. I asked the wait staff where I should sit and they started to move the man. I stopped them because he had done nothing wrong and didn’t need to be disrupted. So finally they showed me where I could sit. The food was terrible. Chinese is one of my favorites and this was the worst I’ve ever had. The fried rice was just white rice with peas and carrots. It was also old and dry. None of the dishes tasted like they should. All of the sweet meat foods 不太好 tasted the same. The egg rolls were old and flavourless. I was not very impressed and will not be back. I don’t normally post bad reviews because I try to find the positive in life. This place was very difficult.

The food was okay, chicken was great. But the atmosphere, not so great... There was water dripping from the ceiling, I mean... they should've gotten that fixed, right? There were also many flies always trying to land in our food. The service was uhm okay, I guess. But they weren't that enthusiastic, if you know what I mean. They didn't even have any flytraps or fly swatters or anything, like they just ignored it. So yeah, service, isn't as polite. Overall, I give it 2 stars. Hope this helps y'all! 😀

This was a. Tasty buffet when we went on a busy Friday evening! There were wonderful things to have and things I didn’t want to have &things I didn’t care for but that is the reason why we go to a buffet with 10 people on Friday night anyway! Everyone was pleased with their food! The staff was great and people were very good to notice that some people needed a drink refill! Very pl easant The seafood was great and was always fresh and always hot like the oriental selections were . Those that wanted Southern selections were also happy with fried chicken . It was a huge buffet and very generous and very good food! I particularly enjoyed the seafood and oriental selections:

Depends on when you get there but f the time the food is hot and flavor is not bad for a buffet. Selection is fairly large. Serve sushi as well and my only real complaint there is they do not have low sodium soy sauce. All in all not bad.

The food is decent, many choices. Includes some sushi and hibachi station. The place itself is dated, as well as the plates and utensils. The ice cream area needs improvements. Ok for an all you can eat fairly priced buffet.

A little expensive for our family, but it was one of the only places open on Christmas. The food was good, they have Chinese food, American food, and sushi. and they have several flavors of Icecream as well.

Whenever i’m not working from home i usually go to Chow Tyme for a nice sized platter to last me through out my long day in the office . I usually bring half of the plate back home overall the food is delicious!

Good food. Went on a Sunday, very busy! Also, the price has gone up $13.99. But literally every I've been, everyone in the restaurant industry has raised their prices...you know, inflation. But with the amount I ate, it was still a good deal. They also have a sushi bar and a habachi bar.

Friendly staff and very very tasty food! My favorites are the peanut butter chicken, tiramisu, and fresh fruit. Delicious.

The first impression was thrilling for never being here at all and for being from out of state and picking a random buffet in this cuisine. The food was delicious everything each of us ate was to our likes for a buffet nothing was cold. The women how seated us handled our request to be seated in a less crowded area with no issue at all.The decoration of the place was very well handled and yes it kid friendly and honestly our only complaint was the waiter could use a little bit more of a understanding of his responsibilities of his job other than that the Chow Tyme is a Fav for the James

For some reason the majority of times that I've been there the waiters are expecting a tip and some of them will let you know about it and if they don't like the amount they give you this look, I honestly don't understand why they do that. Sorry, this has been my experience hopefully it doesn't happen to other people.

This place came as a nice surprise with a large variety of foods, seafood soup and freshly cooked 🦀. The restaurant is huge and fancy, 4 different rooms and the service is top. Fresh shrimps cooked in different dishes, salad bar, ice cream, they have everything but what impressed me most: it was past 8.15 pm and they were bringing out freshly cooked crabs. Hard to beat this place for 15 bucks.

Decent buffet food. Loads of unmannerly ppl coughing all over the place. Fairly clean. The variety was awesome! I have my favorites posted. Try the pineapple and peanut chicken 😋

This place is a excellent Chinese Buffet. The staff here are always so kind. The are always smiling and very attentive to everyone's needs. The food is typically delicious however, today it was a tad off that is why I had to give it a 4/5 stars. I will be returning to this restaurant again in the future and perhaps I will be able to retrieve it.

Love the variety of dishes on the buffet! Everything is fresh tasting! Love how they have more than just sesame chicken and chicken and broccoli but also a lot of other different entree dishes! Me and my dad love to eat here all the time. Reasonable prices. $10.99 for lunch and $14.99 for dinner.
