This experience was better than any of the 'big' jewellers we went to, and I loved that because they only do lab diamonds there was no judgement on choosing this over 'mined diamonds'. We spent months looking at engagement rings. We wanted lab grown however most places stock very little and are just as expensive. We procrastinated going to novita due to it being in the city. But in the end we thought we shouldn’t purchase until we at least check it out. Well it turned out to be worth it. Doria was fantastic to speak with and very educational. We got to try on different rings and diamonds. There was no pushing to buy which occurred at every jewellers. It was just such an easy experience. Then the end result was amazing. The ring is fantastic and hand made. I am so glad we decided to head in to the city, turned out to be much easier then all the close by jewellers.

It's been a pleasure dealing with Doria and the team at the Perth showroom! I had an idea of what I wanted for my engagement ring, and was able to write to the team before my appointment. At my appointment, they had a diamond ready for me to view that was in the specs I requested, and it was perfect! We never felt like we were getting upsold either - Doria really took the time to get to know me and what I wanted. We chose the initial diamond we viewed, and looked at a few different settings. We were able to order express manufacturing and it was ready within 3 weeks! I picked up my ring a few days ago and almost cried - it is stunning. I had been looking at engagement rings on a competitor site, with a US based jeweller, but the changes in exchange rate kept changing the price and taking me over a budget. I wanted to find a local jeweller and Novita was highly comparable but also more competitive on price for a like for like item. The added advantage was having a showroom practically on my doorstep. Novita sell themselves without selling themselves, making your buying experience enjoyable with no pressure or upwelling. Great communication throughout the buying and manufacturing process too. Will be back next year for our wedding bands!
